Shapoklyak: I was in a hurry to visit you, but not empty-handed, I brought you a gift. Who knows what it is? (shows calendar)

Children: This is a calendar.

Shapoklyak: Right. But look: in the calendar, some numbers are blue, while others are red. Why do you think?

Children: Red numbers are holidays and weekends, and blue numbers are weekdays.

Shapoklyak: Right. Only there are so few red numbers, all blue, yes blue, but it should be the other way around: all red or just a little blue numbers. That's not the point! Not only are there few holidays, but all of them are invented for adults. But the children do not have their holidays at all!

Himself, granddaughter, stroke, or something.

Mother. We respect your rights

Of course they should.

Grandmother. But you just have to know

Everyone's rights are equal.

(Poem Reznik F.E.)

Teacher: And so that this does not happen, students in grade 8 will introduce you to the rights and obligations. They will tell you about the right to life, personal integrity, freedom, including freedom of movement, the right to housing, work, and rest.

1 child: The right to live- this is a right that is enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, proclaimed in the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen.

It means that a person's life is supreme value and no one can deprive us of it with impunity. The unlawful deprivation of a person's life is called murder and is severely punished by the court in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Deprivation of life on legal grounds is possible only in certain states - for example, in some states of the United States of America, and then only in relation to criminals for committing especially serious crimes against a person (for example, killing a lot of people, blowing up a building with people, etc.) and it is mandatory by court order.

We have in Russia criminals convicted by the court death penalty for especially serious crimes, they are not executed, since the state imposed a moratorium (ban) on the death penalty.

2 student: Right to liberty and security of person also enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Constitution of the Russian Federation. It means that both physically and morally a person, i.e. a person cannot be subjected to coercion by other persons.

For example, you cannot force a person, a child to do something against his will: work, get married, keep him locked up in some room, forcibly take him in a car, etc. According to the Family Code of Russia, marriage between a man and a woman can be concluded only by mutual consent and desire.

3 student: The right to free labor enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. People, incl. And children from the age of 14 have the right, at their choice, to perform work under a written contract for a monetary reward(Article 20 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). Nobody can be forced to work.

Right to rest also enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. This right extends to those people who work (study, work for wages(like your parents, for example). So, adults are supposed to work no more than 8 hours a day with a lunch break. The deprivation of the right to rest is actually the deprivation of the right to freedom of labor, but it is worth paying attention that the rest time is clearly defined by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, otherwise everyone will only do what to rest, not work.

4 student: Right to housing enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. These laws say that human habitation(this is a house, apartment or other housing in which he lives legally - that is, he did not take it from someone, but bought it, received it from his grandmother by inheritance - inviolable ).

This means that no one can enter your apartment without an invitation, no one can be deprived of their home (that is, you cannot be kicked out of your home, spoil it, destroy it), since our housing is a guarantee that our other rights are the right life, health, personal integrity will be ensured that you can sleep peacefully, eat, learn lessons and grow.

5 student: This year (2017) marks the 22nd anniversary of the adoption of the Family Code of the Russian Federation in Russia. The Family Code is a law that establishes the rights and obligations of family members.

Family Code it is written that parents are required to support their children(feed, water, clothe, provide a place to live, educate, and so on), which the rights of father and mother in the family are equal- that is, as they agree, they will share homework: who cooks dinner, who teaches lessons with you, and the like. By agreement between themselves, it is the parents who come up with names for their children.

And now we invite you to participate in the QUIZ.

And show their knowledge of the rights and responsibilities of children.

Teams take turns choosing tasks, answering, receiving points.

The jury writes down the scores and sums up the game at the end.

At first Legal Knowledge Weeks booths were colorfully decorated in order to attract the attention of all participants educational process, which posted: a plan of events for this week, the basic rights of the child (according to the UN Convention), puzzles on the law, etc. On the first day, the opening of the “Week of Law” took place, at which students watched the Presentations, remembered and got acquainted with the rights of children and where they are recorded; got acquainted with the plan of the Week; received assignments.

In elementary school, students receive their first ideas about human rights, values human life. At this age, the skills of correct behavior are formed at school and at home, in public places and on the street. In the course of the classes, students received their first ideas about human rights, the value of human life, and an idea of the Convention as a document that protects their rights. Preference was given to the game form and work with colorful illustrations. All the children were active during the conversations, they watched cartoons with enthusiasm and interest.

In the basic school, work continues on the formation of a legal culture, the skills of lawful behavior are developed and responsibility for one's behavior is increased on the basis of knowledge of one's rights and obligations. Taking into account the knowledge of students and life experience, a complex of cognitive and practical classes, work with Internet resources was used. During intellectual games, students with great desire shared the knowledge acquired within the framework of the Law Week, had a discussion, learned the rights and obligations of a modern schoolchild, discussed questions about the foundations of the order of society, considered issues of law obedience and delinquency.

Within the framework of the week, a drawing contest was announced on the theme6 “Don't count crows – study the law” and a poster contest: “We choose a healthy lifestyle”. I would like to note the great activity and originality in this nomination of students in the 8th grade, 5th grade and 6th grade.

The meeting of the children with the specialists of the children's diagnostic center on the topic: "We choose a healthy lifestyle" was interesting. This event aroused interest among middle and high school students. They easily entered into a conversation, asked questions on all the problems they were interested in, received complete competent answers. The guys were talking about bad habits about fighting them. All students underwent psychological diagnostics, on special equipment, at the request of the children, they examined the amount of harmful resins in the lungs.

Students of grades 8-9 made an introductory tour to the Vichugsky District Court, where they got acquainted with the specifics of the work of the court, listened to the conversation of the senior judge: “Criminal and administrative responsibility of minors”

All students of the school visited the library, where the exhibition “Me and my rights” was arranged for the children

In middle and high school, the personality-oriented nature of mastering knowledge and rational ways of exercising one's rights and freedoms is enhanced. As part of the "Week of Law" in all classes, there were conversations - discussions, conversations - disputes on the topics: "I am a child! I am human!"; "I have a right"; "I am a citizen!"; "Rights and obligations of the student". Opening of the "WEEK OF LAW"

Good afternoon friends. Today, on February 10, "Week of Law" opens at our school, during which we will talk about the rights of children, i.e. about your rights. This is due to an important date: November 20 is annually celebrated as World Children's Rights Day, dedicated to the adoption of a very important document - Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Tell me, who, first of all, shows concern for you, tries to save you from troubles, create all the conditions necessary for your development, protect your interests and rights?

Of course, first of all, these are your parents, family and, of course, your teachers and educators. But children are taken care of not only in the family. There are different public organizations whose main task is to protect children. There are such organizations in many countries of the world, and the most authoritative international organization is the UN.

The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945 and headquartered in New York. The UN was created by the victorious Allied Powers after the end of World War II. The main goals of this organization are peace, progress, democracy. It cares about the rights of each individual person, which is why it was developed Declaration of Human Rights .

The Declaration includes 30 articles that establish the fundamental human rights and freedoms that all men and women, without exception, should have. Further, the UN recognized the need to develop special document on the rights of the child. The hard work went on for many years. Finally, on November 20, 1989, the Convention on the Rights of the Child , which has 54 articles.

A convention (treaty, agreement) is an agreement on a special issue, binding on the states that have acceded to it, that is, they have signed the agreement.

- "Convention on the Rights of the Child" - a document that reflects all the rights of children. They must be respected by all countries that have signed this document. It was adopted on November 20, 1989 by many countries that are members of the United Nations (UN), and entered into force on September 2, 1990. This document should be known to all the children of the world, as it is of an international nature. The convention exists because grown-ups understand very well that only a disenfranchised and frightened adult can grow out of a disenfranchised, frightened child. This is what the world community thought about when adopting the Convention, which comes into force from the first breath of a born child. F.M. Dostoevsky wrote: "The happiness of the whole world is not worth one tear on the cheek of an innocent child."

These words are now very often repeated, but few people are guided by this absolutely moral thought.

In our country, the problem of protecting childhood has been and is particularly acute.

PRESENTATION "CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD"

We got acquainted with the main content of the document. During this week we will try to apply them to situations in our daily life.

- “I have a right to it!”, “Why are you violating my rights?” - these words, unfortunately, are often pronounced out of place, in situations where a person is clearly wrong. Very often, claiming one's rights serves as an excuse for passivity, the desire to receive rather than give. It must be remembered that in addition to rights, there are duties, and they are interrelated. Let's look at this connection on the example of a game.

Game "My Rights"

Target:demonstrate the relationship between rights and obligations.

Inventory:balls, markers, threads, scissors.

Game progress:We call 8-14 people who want to play, put them in a circle. Each of the participants in the game exposes the index fingers. We stretch the web, catching the thread on our fingers. Spectators inflate balloons and write their rights on them. We lower the balls onto the cobweb: a well-stretched web keeps the rights in the air, does not allow them to fall, and only when the task is performed responsibly, the web does not break or sag. We take scissors and cut one, second, third thread - the rights begin to fall to the ground.

Discussion of the results of the game.

During the week in each class there will be class hours, extra-curricular activities on the rights of the child (according to the plan).

Students in grades 5-9 need to answer Quiz questions within a week, guess right puzzles, draw pictures and posters.

Pupils in grades 1-4 to conduct practical work "We study human rights", read fairy tales according to the plan, draw pictures.

At the close of the week, we will gather again in this hall and sum up the results of the “Week of Law”. Let's see which class will name more correct answers of the quiz, and which class will more and correctly complete all the tasks of the planned practical work. The most active class will be awarded the title of "Expert in Law" and awarded a PRIZE!

Good luck!

(distribute the quiz and practice tasks to the classes).

Introductory speech of the moderator.

On November 20, we celebrate the World Children's Day and the All-Russian Day of Legal Aid to Children in the Russian Federation (since 2013)

In 1954 year, the UN General Assembly recommended that all countries introduce the practice of celebrating World Children's Day (Universal Children's Day), as a day of world brotherhood and understanding of children, dedicated to activities aimed at ensuring the well-being of children around the world. The UN invited governments to celebrate this day on any of the days that each of them consider appropriate, and suggested that the universal celebration of the World Children's Day will serve to strengthen solidarity and cooperation between nations.And November 20 marks the day on which the Assembly adopted in 1959 the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, and in 1989 - the Convention about the rights of the child.

According to the UN, every year eleven million children die before their fifth birthday, and tens of millions more remain physically or mentally ill, unable to grow up, live and develop. Many of these deaths are due to easily preventable or easily treatable diseases; others, the devastating consequences of poverty, ignorance, discrimination and violence. Together, these causes bring heavy losses to families, communities, states and the whole world. Not only in early childhood have to face forces that threaten the lives and well-being of children. They become more vulnerable, as they are often deprived of their rights, including the right to education, participation in public and political life, and protection from harm to health.

The Convention, for the first time, treats the child as a person with rights that states that have ratified the Convention are required to "respect and guarantee". This provision indicates that the child is a particularly vulnerable member of society and therefore requires and deserves special protection.

The Convention considers the child as an independent person. The Convention characterizes the child as a person endowed with specific rights: the right to life (art. 6), to have a family (art. 9), to a name and citizenship (art. 7), to education (art. 28), to protection from violence ( Article 19), equality, freedom of thought and speech (Article 13), rest and leisure (Article 31), medical care and health care (Article 24), state assistance (Article 18- 27), etc.

According to this document all children have the right to the development of their abilities, freedom from hunger and want, as well as cruelty and other forms of abuse.

The Convention on the Rights of the Child connects the possibilities of children with all the rights and obligations of parents or persons responsible for them. Based on this, children can participate in decision-making that can affect their present and future.

The Convention makes it possible for a child to protect their rights through national judicial or administrative procedures (art. 12).

The Convention affirms the priority of the interests of children, considers the principle of observance of the rights and interests of all children without any exceptions or any discrimination (Article 2). In this case, according to Article.Article. 5, 12 of the Convention, the implementation of a number of rights of the child depends on his age, maturity and degree of development; and according to Art. 20, 23, special needs are recognized by the Convention for persons with disabilities and children permanently or temporarily deprived of a family.

During the time that has passed since Russia ratified the Convention, legislators have made significant efforts to bring Russian legislation into line with the Convention.

The rights of the child in Russia are regulated by such legislative documents as:

the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Family Code of the Russian Federation;

Legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of the health of citizens;

Law on Basic Guarantees of the Rights of the Child in the Russian Federation;

the federal law"On education";

Law on additional guarantees for the protection of orphans and children left without parents;

Law on social protection of disabled people in the Russian Federation.

federal guardianship law

In development of the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the protection of motherhood, childhood and the family by the state (Article 38), civil, criminal, administrative and other branches of legislation contain rules on the protection of the rights of the child.

The Family Code of the Russian Federation of 1995 assigns an entire chapter to the rights of minor children (Chapter 11 of the RF IC).

Almost all the norms on the protection of the family rights of the child, enshrined in it, one way or another, reflect the requirements of the Convention.

Chapter 11 (Art. 54-60) of the Family Code assigns the following basic rights to children:

the right to live and be brought up in a family;

the right to communicate with parents and relatives;

the right to protection;

the right to express one's opinion;

the right to a given name, patronymic and surname;

property rights, including the rights of the owner.

Russian legislation enshrines all the rights guaranteed to the child by the Convention.

The protection of children's rights in Russia is carried out by both the Commissioner for Human Rights and the Commissioner for Children's Rights, whose position was introduced by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of September 1, 2009 No.

On December 30, 2009, Pavel Astakhov was appointed to the position of Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of the Russian Federation by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation N 1518 "On the Commissioner for the President of the Russian Federation Russian Federation on the rights of the child". Analysis of the legal week at school.

At first Weeks of legal culture a colorful stand was designed to attract the attention of all participants in the educational process, which contains some provisions from the Charter of the school, the basic rights of the child (according to the UN Convention), data from services that ensure the protection of the rights of the child, an action plan for this week, etc.

According to the work plan, events were held in all classes. In elementary school, students get their first ideas about human rights, the value of human life. Here the skills of correct behavior are formed at school and at home, in public places and on the street. In the course of the classes, students got an idea of the Convention as a document that protects their rights. Preference was given to working with colorful illustrations, all the children were active during the conversations, they watched cartoons with enthusiasm and interest. In the basic school, work continues on the formation of a legal culture, the skills of lawful behavior are being developed. It is based on such important characteristics as knowledge of one's rights and obligations, increased responsibility for one's behavior. Taking into account the knowledge of students and life experience in the classroom, we used a complex of cognitive and practical classes. For grades 5-6 Morozova S.A. spent oral magazine "I HAVE THE RIGHT". This event was educational in nature, students with great desire shared their knowledge acquired within the framework of the Week of Legal Knowledge, had a discussion, learned new things. For the 8th grade, a round table “Misdemeanor. Offense. Crime” These activities aroused interest among students. They easily entered into a conversation, asked questions on all the problems they were interested in, received complete competent answers.

At school within the week was announced drawing competition . I would like to note the great activity of children in this nomination. Students from grades 1-5 took an active part. The students chose the most diverse themes: “I and my rights”, “I draw childhood”, “The colorful world of childhood”, “Me and the Convention”, “My family”, etc. The brightest, most meaningful drawings were presented by the following students: Kovaleva A. (grade 4), Baranov S (grade 4). Bunkova M (grade 4), Pudovkin K (grade 4). At the school-wide lineup, the results of the legal week were summed up, the winners, prize-winners and active participants were awarded with certificates. Conducted monitoring with all participants in the educational process. Based on the monitoring made some conclusions .

To the question "Did you know that a week of legal knowledge was held at school" 100% of students answered "yes"

To the question “Do you know what events took place this week?” 91% answered yes

To the question “Did you take part in the week of law?” 82% answered yes.

“Do you think there is a need for the school to hold such a week? 93% answered "Yes"

Analyzing the work carried out, it is possible to draw conclusions

    During the week, students learned and consolidated their ideas about the rights and obligations of children, learned to apply the acquired legal knowledge in situations where illegal actions were indicated.

    All the activities carried out aroused the interest of the students.
