In this article, we will look at best ideas hangers with your own hands. A hand-made product is of great importance, even such a seemingly inconspicuous thing as a hanger. There is nothing difficult in this, so even a beginner can cope with this lesson.

Material for work

There are a lot of ideas of what an unusual hanger can be made of, but we will consider wood as a material. As tools, a list will be given, with the help of which you can easily make a hanger with your own hands.

So, you need the tree itself, from which the hanger, a screwdriver and self-tapping screws will be made, a grinder for external sawing work, a dowel, if it is assumed that the hanger will be screwed to the wall, a drill or you can do with a screwdriver, a pencil, a tape measure and a level, hooks for clothes and sandpaper for surface treatment.

Floor hanger

Consider detailed instructionshow to make a hanger. As materials, you will need six copper elbows, four tees, also four plugs that have the same diameter, as well as a wooden stick with a total length of about 5.5 m.It is necessary to make a frame in the form of a rectangle, and as a stand in the same way make transverse legs that will hold the structure.

For greater reliability, we recommend that you coat all holes and joints with glue, so your hanger will withstand optimal loads. On the one hand, this hanger will interest passers-by with its "copper" solution, and on the other hand, it will be reliable and durable.

Wooden wall hanger

This element is required for use in the hallway. Therefore, this piece of furniture can be made from wood, or you can take chipboard to save money. A minimum of tools are required, including a screwdriver, drills, drill, pencil and tape measure, as well as clothes hooks.

The manufacturing principle is quite simple, for this you need to screw the hooks to the base, and then hang the finished hanger on the wall.

However, there are more interesting options. For example, instead of hooks, you can use hammers, five or six tuk in this case are fine. To do this, you need to saw off the hammer handles almost at the very base, and then attach to wooden base across the surface so you can hang your clothes.

Handmade hanging and floor hangers, which are made in a non-standard form, attract attention and look very original and interesting.

Non-standard ideas

As an extraordinary way, you can use a wall-hanger, on which there are many hooks of the same or different style. This requires only a free wall, as well as a lot of hooks.

Many in the modern world use a pitchfork or rake to make them a hanger. Of course, you will need to refine and improve the tool, as well as cover the sharp ends so that no one gets hurt, but the result will bypass all expectations, since no one is ready to see this when they come to visit. For photos of the original hangers, see our article.

DIY hanger class

When we talked about a tree, we did not mean a board, we talked about a real tree with branches. For this, it is better to use oak tree varieties. If there are knots, then this is even better, since you do not have to arrange hooks.

The first step is to pick up a suitable tree, and then split it in half so that the flat side can then be processed with a plane. Branches in diameter should not exceed 3-4 cm, as otherwise the structure will be too bulky.

Further, the surface of the entire tree must be treated with special agents against fungus and mold, as well as varnished. After that, you can proceed with the installation of the hanger to the wall, which will require self-tapping screws.

First, it is better to drill a hole, and then screw it with larger diameter screws. Such a hanger will undoubtedly become the property of the entire apartment, your guests will be impressed and want the same for themselves.

Conclusion

If you want the atmosphere of your home to be filled with new colors, then try making a custom hanger and place it in the hallway. Undoubtedly, this result will be appreciated in all respects.

Note!

Note!

In the hallway, you can't do without a hanger. Of course, outerwear can be hung directly into the closet, but this is longer and not so practical. The wall hanger is very convenient for narrow and small hallways, it is quite spacious and does not take up much space.

We offer you 5 workshops on making wall hangers with your own hands from available tools: wood, leather, branches or pipes, as well as inspiring photo ideas.

This hanger in every sense will display the phrase "and I can also embroider with a cross", show your creativity and become good decoration houses.

Materials

In order to create it, you will need the following materials:

  • plastic or metal panel with perforation,
  • multicolored floss threads (in principle, knitting threads are also suitable),
  • scissors,
  • hooks (in this case 4 pieces with a ball at the end).

TIP: where to get such a perforated sheet? At any hardware store or furniture store - ask for a perforated sheet. And they will cut you the size you want

Work order:

  1. We buy a perforated sheet of the required size.
  2. Do the usual cross-stitching with threads, only a larger canvas.
  3. You can choose any word you like, or a simple picture (heart, for example), the main thing is to calculate so that everything fits and the spaces between the letters are the same.
  4. When the inscription is ready, attach the hooks through the holes in the panel and hang the hanger on the wall (you don't even need to drill holes for fasteners, they are already there).

Wooden hanger

If you have a pallet lying around in your country house, then this master class will help you find useful application... If there is none, then the hanger can be made from an ordinary wooden board.

Necessary materials:

  • Pallet or wood board
  • Hooks
  • Paint and paint container
  • Brush or roller
  • Protective gloves
  • Drill
  • Jigsaw
  • Sander or sandpaper
  • Measuring tape
  • Pencil
  • Wood cloth

Step-by-step instruction:

Step 1: wood preparation

  1. Separate one board from the pallet (or take a regular wooden board), clean it of dirt. Cut to size if it is too large.
  2. Use a sander to make the surface even and smooth, if there is no machine, you can use sandpaper by hand, it will take more time, but the desired result can be achieved.

Step 2: outline where the hooks will be

Use a measuring tape to mark the points where you will attach the hooks. They can be located in one line at regular intervals, or higher and lower in one line, as you like.

Step 3: drill holes for the hooks

  • Drill the holes for the hooks (check first that the width is correct).
  • When finished, clean the dust off the board.

Step 4: paint the boards

  • Choose the color and type of paint, depending on your preference and interior. A bright blue water based acrylic paint was used here.
  • The paint can be applied with a roller or brush, along and across the board, evenly filling the entire space, the last ball should go along.

Optionally, you can use a wood preservative before painting to ensure long shelf life.

Step 5: insert the fasteners

  1. On the back of the board, insert the fasteners to hang the board from the wall. They should be located symmetrically to each other, relative to the middle of the board.
  2. Here hooks were used that screw into the holes drilled earlier. They are easy to attach, the main thing is that there is an appropriate diameter.

Create your own design - pick a color, paint with patterns, choose the location of the hooks, as well as their color and size. All is ready!

Copper pipe

This hanger is especially suitable for hat lovers. It is difficult for them to find a place where they would be stored and not wrinkled, it takes up too much space in the closet. This is also an excellent option for use with a direct purpose - for clothing, and for decorating a room. Of course, in addition to hats, a clothes hanger will also fit here.

Necessary materials:

  • Copper pipe
  • Scissors
  • Clothespins
  • Rope

Step-by-step instruction:

Step 1: prepare the base

Cut the rope just enough to hang the hanger. Pass the rope through the copper pipe.

Step 2: Attach the Hat Ropes

Cut a few more pieces of rope and tie them to the pipe, leaving enough space between them so that the hats don't get in the way of each other.

Step 3: Hang the hanger

Attach the ends of the rope with copper pipe to a wall or ceiling (for this there must be hooks or a pipe). Attach clothespins to the ropes hanging from the pipe, you can now hang hats on them. You can also hang a clothes hanger on the pipe.

TIP: Choose the length of the pipe, depending on the amount of free space on the wall, hats and clothes.

As you can see, it is done very quickly, you can do it even in half an hour, but it looks very original.

Leather belt hanger

Such a wall hanger is suitable for a hallway, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It is similar in type to the hanger described in the previous master class, but its application is more universal. It will beautifully complement the interior of your apartment, while requiring very little effort and time to manufacture.

Necessary materials:

  • Leather straps (2 pieces of fairly soft leather)
  • Two small pieces of leather (harder)
  • Wooden stick (from a tree branch)
  • S-hooks
  • Scissors
  • Thread and needle (suitable for leather)
  • Punch for leather

Step-by-step instruction:

Step 1: Harvesting the belts

  1. Cut the two leather straps to the desired length, they should be the same. Wrap the stick with a belt and mark how much you need to girth it.
  2. In the place where the strap converges after the grip, it needs to be sewn to fix the stick, and it will not fall out. Do the same with the second belt.
  3. To hide the seam, make decorative leather straps: grab the belt attached to the stick with a narrow strap, at the seam, and sew it by connecting the ends (the same with the second belt).

Step 2: attach the hanger

Use a leather punch on top of the straps (in the center of the width) to make holes for hanging this structure on the wall or ceiling (on the previously attached hooks).

Step 3: hang the hooks

Hang the required number of S-hooks on a wooden stick and the hanger is ready to use.

From branches and cuts

Branches and cuts are great material for a wall hanger. Firstly, it's very budgetary! And secondly, wood will never go out of fashion and will perfectly complement the style of any apartment!

You can make many crafts for the home from the branches - about this in the article .

From pallets

If you are going to make a hanger on the wall and choose a cheap and quick option, then a hanger from wooden boards or pallets is exactly what you need. If you think that it will look ordinary and unoriginal, look at the selection of photos below and make sure that from these materials you can create a truly unique thing that will decorate the interior of the apartment.

Pick up paint (or just treat the wood with an antiseptic, keeping its natural color), hooks, give the board the desired shape, come up with your own way to decorate the boards.

More complex hangers can be made from wood. More precisely, it's not even a matter of complexity, they are laborious, you need to spend more time on them.

Hanger manufacturing technology from improvised means

Summing up all the master classes, I would like to deduce a single formula for making and creating over hangers. It can be conditionally divided:

  • The foundation - can be any item from a finished board to old items.
  • Hanger hooks - it is not necessary to buy, you can remove them from the coat hanger.

The basis of improvised means

Also, for manufacturing, you can use things that at first glance are completely inappropriate for this: skis, oars, rulers, etc. how much fantasy is enough. A wonderful way to find a use for things lying around in the closet.

Hanger hooks

Hooks also do not have to be standard (although their range of choice is quite wide). Start looking at things with the thought "where else can you be applied?" I'm sure that with a little practice, interesting ideas will begin to come more and more often, and this applies not only to hangers, of course.

Attach individual hooks to the wall, their design should look like a decorative element, even if there are no items on them.

Wall hanger ideas

The designer is offering more and more ideas for creative and functional clothes hangers. Sometimes, their designs are quite elementary and not difficult for home execution.

Metal, of course, is more difficult to work with, but if you want to create such a hanger, it will not be difficult. Make branches in the shape of a tree or hang hangers on a pipe - it will be durable and functional.

All these photos are a piece of what you can create with your own hands. Take the elements you like, combine, and most importantly - have fun with it!

As you know, not only the theater begins with the hanger, but also visits to other less pretentious institutions. Each hostess, of course, wants her house to be remembered by guests not only with abundant treats, but with unique furniture.

Not just a decorative element

Making a piece of furniture both beautiful and multifunctional is not easy. But with regard to the clothes hanger, these two points are fundamental, because a limited number of square meters in the hallway obliges to save not only free, but also "work" space.

For small rooms, only floor options hangers. Why?

Firstly, the things that should be in the hallway belong to the demi-season or to the cold season. Jackets, fur coats, down jackets weigh a lot, which is why ordinary coat hangers rarely support their weight. And when not only parents' coats, but also children's jackets, guests' coats, grandmothers' umbrellas are hung on one hanger - even the most persistent "fighters" cannot withstand this load. The "right" floor hanger allows you to place all the necessary things, and can also easily support their weight!

Secondly, winter and demi-season coats often differ dramatically in weight. As you know, it is impossible to release fighters of different weight categories into the ring. The same case: if a September raincoat hangs on one side of the scales, and a fox fur coat perches on the other, the mechanism will crack. From the fine fur of a fur coat, you will have to erase stains from drips of dirt, and an unstable hanger will need to be handed over for repair.

Thirdly, things need space and air - they wither without it. The lack of the required distance between several warm things gives rise to bad smell, infection. That is why it is important to leave some space between the fur of a fur coat and, for example, sheepskin coats. Floor standing with a strong bar allows you to correctly place almost all warm items into categories without the risk of mold, unpleasant plaque or a suffocating odor.

Here she is, my only ...

Unfortunately, often ready-made versions of floor hangers are designed for large-sized apartments or private houses, and the inhabitants of modest "odnushki" or "kopeck piece" are allowed to be content with only wall-mounted fragile mechanisms: compact, but absolutely impractical.

In this case, you can develop the design yourself or assign such a task professional designer ... He will take into account your wishes, the number of free meters in the hallway, the color scheme and the amount of warm clothes.

What options should you choose?

Corner

The high ceilings of the hallway (in this part of the apartment, the ceiling can reach a height of 3-3.5 meters) allows you to make a wardrobe that reaches the very ceiling. This allows, in addition to the hanger itself, to fill the space inside the cabinet with various useful insides:

  • shelves open / closed;
  • pull-out drawers / just drawers;
  • boxes / hooks.

Your hanger transforms from an ordinary rod into a multifunctional closet in which you can hide everything: from shoes and umbrellas to a butterfly net or fishing rods.

Mirror corner

One of the types of corner, the appearance of which brings it as close as possible to the wardrobe (including in the matter of multifunctionality). It makes sense to mount a large number of mirrors in the closet only if the lighting in your hallway is set correctly. If desired, it can be supplemented with wall lamps or mini-floor lamps, but it must be borne in mind that such a light source is still not enough if you want, for example, to apply makeup or try on a new skirt.

If you nevertheless decide to install a mirror, then you need to choose the option that is most convenient for you: external or internal. The external mirror will have to be washed more often, but there will be no problems with light (if other lamps are present). The interior will be in constant twilight, but the surface will always remain clean. The choice is yours.

Hanger hooks

The design of the hanger-hook, known to us from the old Soviet times, has now been significantly improved. We are all used to the fact that hooks are usually located on a bar that is attached directly to the wall. This makes the structure completely dependent on the strength of the wall and the strength of the material from which it is made. Usually, hangers of this design are left for the bathroom or closet: these rooms do not require much physical effort from the furniture.

Meanwhile, correct design a floor hanger with a small amount of crochet, allows you to increase the functionality, will solve some problems associated with the low growth of the inhabitants of the apartment. Floor standing usually means the presence of an upper shelf on which they put:

  • hats;
  • scarves;
  • gloves;
  • umbrellas and other necessary trifles.

This is not always the right decision for families with children or for adults whose height is less than 170 cm: if, for example, a person who cannot reach the cherished line comes to visit you, this can put you in an awkward position.

The decision to put things on the lower shelves also causes some difficulties, since many apartments live with pets: your beret may not go well.

Panel hanger - for classic style

In this case, the only correct solution would be either a closed wardrobe, or special hooks for small things. Of course, the whole hanger cannot consist of such hooks. But they will be a great addition to those elements that are already in the lice design.

Actually, the wardrobe

A sliding wardrobe is now one of the most common, most expensive and, unfortunately, the most impractical options. What's the catch here?

  • A standard wardrobe takes up too much space. This is a great option for a bedroom or hall, but there are too many left in the hallway. free space... Most sliding wardrobes are designed according to the same principle: two doors + several shelves + several pencil cases + several hooks. Any additions are considered superfluous as this model has gone through fire and water.
  • The assembly of sliding wardrobes makes them very fragile for such a conflict zone as a hallway. You must admit that anything can happen in this small area of \u200b\u200bspace: a soccer ball will break the outer glass of the cabinet, the cat will jump into the lower pencil case, and the door will slam shut, a neighbor who has gone to fetch salt will accidentally hit the door with his shoulder, and it will jump out of the rut. Movable structures are always not the best solution for rooms in which there is active movement.

Open hanger bench

This is one of the most conservative and most acceptable solutions for small apartments. A bench-hanger usually consists of the following modules:

  • several upper cases (options with open shelves or mezzanine models are possible);
  • several lower cases for shoes (open shelves or pull-out shelves are also possible);
  • base with attached different models hooks and a crossbar (sometimes a mirror is added);
  • shop.

These are rarely metal or plastic. The design of this somewhat old-fashioned, but very practical unit is exclusively handled by people who know a lot about organizing space. Products, as a rule, are made of wood, hooks, base and crossbars in this case should be metal or also wooden.

In addition to strength, it is good for apartments where the elderly or disabled people live. The stool next to the wardrobe takes up an unacceptable amount of space. The bench hanger is more compact. The option that, between us, you can think of ...

Crossbar hanger

“Minimalism is our everything” - this phrase has become practically the motto of postmodern interior design. A small apartment with small rooms and small furniture needs a small hanger.

The hanger-crossbar can accommodate everything that is necessary for a couple, who are assigned a cozy "odnushka":

  • several warm coats;
  • several down jackets;
  • demi-season raincoats;
  • sport jacket;
  • vest;
  • scarf;
  • several hats.

Several (6-8) pairs of shoes (for one season) will fit on the stand below. True, the shoes will have to be removed from time to time (alternating summer and winter seasons), but the same problem appears in the case of a wardrobe.

Remember the simple truth: the more space for things appears, the more things try to fill this space.

Advice

When buying a crossbar, pay attention to the material from which the crossbar is made, the holders and the mounts themselves. The rod must be able to support the weight of coats and jackets, as well as all the hangers that you will hook onto this crossbar.

At the bottom there may be an additional shelf for shoes, made of a material that will not be too easily soiled (note the color).

Chose a type but still confused about the material it will be made of? Both the appearance and its strength depend on the material.

What to choose from?

Plastic, wood, metal: which is more practical?

Plastic

Hangers made of plastic are the most impractical of all that offers us furniture market... Weak strength, inability to attach heavy and strong fasteners, fragility. Things made of plastic are now less and less common in rooms where a child may be.

Plastic furniture offers a multitude of design solutions:

  • mixing colors;
  • the ability to melt and create original shapes;
  • matt and gloss.

This is especially true for manufacturers of wardrobes: how more beautiful furniture, the faster the owner will be found. Meanwhile, after a few months, the same owner is forced to get a warranty card out of the box, since a cabinet or shelf made of plastic will show its real face after a few weeks of operation: a screw will fly off, a glossy surface will be scratched, or even worse: a door will fall off ...

Sad prospect, isn't it?

Metal

Good durability, but not too high a degree of practicality - it's all about metal cabinets. Metal constructions can withstand the outerwear of a giant, and a dozen of the heaviest sheepskin coats, and many pairs of boots ... However, the obtrusive shine and too harsh reaction to temperature changes may not like too much. flooringand wall cladding.

Often, due to a too sharp temperature drop (condensation has formed on the hanger), excess moisture begins to decompose the space of the wall near the hanger: wallpaper peels off, plaster "flows", unpleasant tracks appear on the paint. Parquet or linoleum can sometimes deform. Moreover, the deformation is caused not so much by condensation as by the large weight of the hanger: metal constructions weigh up to several tens of kilograms.

The external strength is very attractive for a floor hanger. But is this characteristic worth redecorating the hallway?

Wood

Last but not least, material.

1 First, quality. Wood furniture (made from real wood, not recycled sawdust) is renowned for its durability.

2 Secondly, good interaction with the external environment. The tree does not lend itself to internal deformation, and still does not spoil the floor, walls, ceiling. "Sweat", "condensation" - these are words that are not known to wooden furniture. When you buy a hanger made from durable wood, know that it won't ruin the color of your walls, deform your parquet flooring, or stain your ceiling.

3 Thirdly, wood is a “healthy” material. The trend towards improving the environment is most fully manifested in the furniture industry: interior items began to be made from environmentally friendly materials. This is not the cheapest option. But on the other hand, what could be safer for your health and the health of your child than wooden furniture. The natural material promises the absence of unpleasant odors - a fairly important criterion for closed hangers. Winter items that should be kept in this makeshift pantry during the long spring, fall and summer months (even if packed in covers) absorb unpleasant odorsproduced by furniture. For environmentally friendly wood, this problem does not exist: you can forget about mothballs. The clothes will retain their marketable appearance and “marketable smell”.

4 Fourthly, wooden hangers look very beneficial, for example, with key holders or wooden umbrella baskets. It is very difficult to find the appropriate software colors and the design of little things for furniture made of plastic or, moreover, metal. They have to be bought either in a set or made individual elements to order after you have decided on the main accent (in the case of a small hallway, this accent will almost always be a hanger). Wood goes well not only with other wood products, but also with furniture made of plastic and metal.

The first impression of the landlord begins in the hallway. It is not always possible to place large-sized furniture here. A wall hanger is sufficient. Usability and durability depend on its design and the material from which it is made.

Depending on the number of family members, the wall hanger in the hallway can be large or small, on one or two walls. A double hanger on two walls is called a corner hanger. There is only one drawback of such a hanger: in order to install it, you need to drill the walls and install dowels. To do this, you need a puncher or you need to invite a specialist.

What are the wall hangers

Let's decide right away, wall hangers are those that hang on the wall. Make them from various materials:

  • wood;
  • chipboard, MDF boards;
  • metal;
  • combined.

There are many styles of furniture in the interior. Since the majority of the population does not live in the royal chambers, the following styles are most suitable for the mass consumer:

  • functionalism,
  • minimalism,
  • country,
  • high tech,
  • ethnics.

If the hallway small wall hanger solves a lot of problems. Additionally, hangers are completed with pedestals, mirrors, shelves. Depending on the height of the room structural elements placed horizontally or vertically.

In small hallways, you can choose a design that takes up a minimum of space. Structurally, they are assembled or collapsible. Prefabricated structures are assembled in the factory and sold ready-made. The prefabricated ones include solid wood and metal. Collapsible must be assembled at home from purchased parts.

Advice: Choose a hanger for the design of an apartment or hallway

Solid wood hangers

Various types of wood are used for wooden hangers in the hallway: oak, beech, ash, birch, spruce, pine. Hooks can be wooden or metal. Modern stains for wood allow you to give wood any shade.

Design options come with or without a shelf for storing hats. Large hangers can be completed with mirrors, shelves, boxes for storing small items, shoes.

Wooden products are always expensive. Moreover, it should be noted that soft pine or spruce wood can cost more than oak or beech. It has nothing to do with the price source material, but with the difficulties of technological surface treatment. Spruce softwood is poorly processed; after grinding, there are risks from abrasives. The array is varnished, waxed or simply painted. The advantages of solid wood products are their environmental friendliness and long service life.

Hangers made of chipboard, laminated chipboard, MDF

Chipboards and MDF boards in furniture production occupy a strong position. They are inexpensive, covered with laminated films for valuable species of wood, they are not jarred, they keep the geometric dimensions for the entire period of operation.

MDF is a finely dispersed fraction of fibreboard. They are excellently milled, covered with paints, varnishes, films for valuable wood species. In terms of their consumer qualities, MDF surpasses chipboard, but they are more expensive.

Chipboard, laminated chipboard and MDF boards are sold ready-to-use for DIYers. It is only necessary to glue the ends with a laminate or special plastic overlays after cutting.

Metal

The design of wrought metal wall hangers gives the hallway a novelty and originality. Structurally, it can be performed in different options: with or without a shelf for hats, with a decorative mesh that separates clothes from the wall, with various decorative hooks.

However, to complete the picture for a metal hanger, additional products made by forging are needed: a shoe stand, a mirror, a key holder, and others.

Combined

For combined hangers, all are used famous materials... There are no restrictions here. Appearance depend on the imagination of the designer. The choice of materials for making wall hangers is huge.

Pay attention to the hooks. Preference should be given to metal. In winter, heavy clothes will be hung on hooks: coats, sheepskin coats, jackets. Further operation of the furniture will depend on their strength.

Color selection

Since there are no windows in the hallway, the choice color scheme furniture plays a huge role. Please be aware that white color expands the space and narrows the dark colors of the furniture. Choose wall hangers in light shades. If the hallway is connected to other rooms, then in this case the style of the hallway should be in harmony with the common room.

How to choose a wall hanger

It is necessary to choose based on:

  • the number of family members;
  • design;
  • financial capabilities;
  • prefabricated or non-separable construction.

Before buying, decide on additional accessories:

  • shoe sections;
  • shelves;
  • hanging or floor boxes;
  • shoe rack;
  • mirrors.

The leaders in the production of this type of furniture are Ikea and Leroy.

In addition to complete wall hangers, Ikea offers hundreds of options for hooks for clothes made of various materials, ranging from plastic to metal hooks, anodized to gold or silver.

Leroy Merlin is not lagging behind its competitor. The main thing is not to get lost among hundreds of options for clothes hooks. Both firms use modern materials MDF, chipboard, metal, plastic, glass.

How to make a wall hanger yourself

In order not to waste time and overestimate your strengths, let's say right away what you can do yourself, inexpensively and with a minimum of tools, and what not. It is impossible to make a hanger out of solid wood without a specialized tool and work skills. Buy circular saw, router, grinder and other tools is meaningless. For this money, you can buy several products.

In reality, you can make a wall hanger from forged elements plus chipboard or MDF panels. You can also use laminated chipboard.

Procedure

  1. Pick up a photo from the Internet and make your own design. Make a sketch of the future hanger with all dimensions.
  2. Provide vertical or horizontal strips to keep clothes from wiping off the wall.
  3. Choose the required texture Chipboard laminated film and order cutting to your size in the construction hypermarket.
  4. Sand and glue the ends with a special film on PVA glue.
  5. If there are connections on screws or furniture ties, pick up special plastic plugs to hide them.
  6. Choose hooks with more than two screws for fastening. Consider chipboard is shavings and sawdust. Before screwing in the self-tapping screws, drill a hole with a diameter of 1 mm and put a few drops of PVA glue into it.
  7. The same goes for wall mounts. Be careful not to let the screws come out on the front side.
  8. Drill holes for plastic dowels in the wall with a puncher and drive them into the wall.
  9. Install hooks or loops on which the wall hanger will fit.
  10. Replace the hanger.
