So that the skin of the hands does not peel off and does not look like sandpaper, you can massage yourself using a mixture of apple cider vinegar and natural olive oil.

To make your hair strong and shiny, after washing, you can rinse it with a solution of apple cider vinegar: 2 tablespoons per liter of water. This will also make it possible to save on expensive professional hair conditioners. A natural rinse from chamomile decoction is also effective.

Masks made from vinegar mixed with grated potatoes will help get rid of dandruff. This mixture must be rubbed into the scalp. The mask can be left for an hour and a half, after having wrapped your head with polyethylene and a towel.
