• The mixture is mixed (you need about 300 g of flour, 1/4 tbsp cold water and the same amount is hot).

• It turns out very interesting if you make two lumps of different colors, and then crush them together.
• As soon as the mixture is homogeneous in consistency, it is removed in a cool place for three hours.

This is a simple slime that even a child can safely play with.

Shaving foam

How to make a shaving foam slime? Basically, shaving foam slime is easy - you need a tube of glue and some shaving foam.

It is difficult to predict the exact amount, so we do this - put 100-200 g of glue (the whole bottle) in a plate, and then inject the foam into the eye and start kneading. It is necessary to add foam, achieving the consistency you need.

In general, shaving foam slime can be pure white (the color is dense and beautiful), or you can drop a couple of milliliters of dye. By the way, you can drop several different droplets, then you get a marble handgum.

Shampoo and salt

We also learned how to make a slime from shampoo and salt. You need to take any shampoo (we took Dad's transparent shampoo blue) - you need 3-4 tablespoons. And then you need to pour salt into the shampoo and stir well. You will see how gradually the liquid mass becomes thicker and stops being so sticky.

We didn't like this option too much, it is more like sticky jelly, and not like a standard regular handgum, but it is also a very interesting thing, it will be fun to play with.

First, make liquid starch (I wrote above how to make it right - corn starch with water), and then you need to add shampoo and mix well. The mass must be kept in the refrigerator.

Soda

If you need to make handgum for adults, then I advise you to watch a video on how to make a slime from soda. However, it should be borne in mind that it is better not to give this mass to babies, and after fun, you should wash your hands.

Soap and glue

Another recipe is how to make a slime from liquid soap. Again, nothing complicated. Go to a hardware store and buy polymer glue - well, for example, "Titan". Then mix three parts of glue and two parts of liquid soap. If you take a colored transparent soap, then the slime will turn out to be transparent.

By the way, there is another cool recipe for making a slime out of soap - just add soda and salt to it by eye and mix well, and then keep the mixture in the refrigerator.

Toothpaste

An easy way to make a toothpaste slime is to mix a small tube of glue and a pack of gel toothpaste. Then you need to mix the mixture well and cool in the refrigerator for about half an hour. I must say right away that toothpaste slime smells very strongly of toothpaste, so it's best to add a couple of drops of perfume composition to the mixture or regular essential oil.

Another interesting slime from toothpaste is obtained using polymer glue - if you beat the mixture well, then there will even be air bubbles in it (it looks very nice in the photo and video). The ratio is this - for 100 grams of toothpaste you need 40 grams of glue (the same "Titan" will do).

How to make a toothpaste slime without glue? You can experiment with sodium tetraborate - add a few drops of tetraborate to the mixture of toothpaste, salt and shampoo, then mix well and cool.

By the way, while I was googling the recipes, I saw that many people were asking how to make a slime out of paper. The simplest knowledge of chemistry tells me that there is no way. However, you can make handgums with paper glitter or confetti.

To make the soap slime stretch better, drip vinegar into the mixture, and add a little glycerin to make it smooth.

In a house where there are small children, finding PVA glue is not a problem. But besides the applique, it is also useful for creating a slime. The main thing is that it should not be "stagnant".

Ingredients:

• pVA glue - 1-2 tbsp. l .;
• water - 150 ml;
• salt - 3 tsp;
• glass container.

If you want to make a colored slime, then you will also need food coloring (1/3 tsp) for these components.

Preparation method:

1. Hot water is poured into the dishes and salt is added, after which everything is stirred well. It is best to use fine salt as it dissolves quickly and well.
2. Further, while stirring the liquid, a dye is added to it. By the way, if it is not at hand, then you can use ordinary gouache (1 tsp).
3. As soon as the water cools a little, all the glue is poured into it without stirring and left for 20 minutes.
4. After the specified time, the mass is slowly kneaded with a tablespoon. This process will cause the glue to gradually separate from the water, while its consistency will just begin to gain the desired appearance.
5. As soon as all the substance has gathered around the spoon, you can pick it up.

The proposed version of the slime will have a somewhat stiff consistency. But if you want to do more soft option slim, then you should use the following recipe.

How to make slime from sodium tetraborate at home

The specified substance is easy to obtain at any pharmacy. It is also called burat, which allows you to soften the toy. To create a slime required:

• 1/2 tsp sodium tetraborate;
• 30 g PVA glue (transparent is recommended);
• 2 containers;
• 300 ml of warm water;
• culinary dye, if desired.

The whole the process looks like this:

1. A glass of water is poured into one of the containers, into which the burat is gradually poured, stirring constantly.
2. 1/2 glass of water is poured into the second container, glue is added.
3. If a dye is used in the manufacture, then it is added to the diluted glue. For an intense color, 5-7 drops are recommended. You can also experiment with the scale, for example add 3 drops of green and 4 drops of yellow.
4. As soon as the glue and dye are homogeneous, add the first container. This should be done in a thin stream, while constantly stirring.
5. As soon as the desired consistency is reached, the slime is taken out of the container. The toy is ready!

Another version of tetraborate slime

There is another recipe based on sodium tetraborate. But in this case, you still need polyvinyl alcohol in powder. The whole work is as follows:

1. Powdered alcohol is boiled over a fire for 40 minutes. The label has detailed instructions on its preparation (it may differ slightly for each manufacturer). The main thing is to constantly stir the mixture in order to form a homogeneous mass and prevent it from burning.
2. 2 tbsp sodium tetraborate is mixed with 250 ml of warm water. The mixture is stirred until the powder is completely dissolved. Then it is filtered through fine gauze.
3. The purified solution is slowly poured into the alcohol mixture and mixed thoroughly. The mass will gradually thicken.
4. At this stage, 5 drops of dye are added to give the slime a bright color. But gouache will not give an intense shade, so it is better to use food coloring.

Important! Sodium tetraborate is quite toxic. Therefore, the main task of parents is to control so that the baby does not pull handgam into his mouth. If this happens, then you need to rinse the child's mouth and preferably clear the stomach. And also urgently consult a doctor!

A slime made of tetraborate is more suitable for children from 4-5 years old, since it is easier for them to explain the safety of using the toy.

Starch slime

If you can't buy sodium tetraborate or you just want to make a safer version of lizun, then a recipe with starch can easily solve this problem. Perhaps every mother in the kitchen has:

• 100-200 g starch.
• Water.

Manufacturing method:

1. Both ingredients are taken in equal proportions. To make the starch easier to dissolve, it is recommended to use warm water, but not hot. Otherwise, the starch will begin to curl up strongly, which will disrupt the correctness of the substance.
2. To make the consistency elastic, the powder is added gradually.
3. It is convenient to use an ordinary spoon or skewer for altering. Thus, the entire mass will be wrapped around the object, after which it will be easy to remove.

To add color to the slime, you can add food coloring, gouache or even brilliant green to the water.

Shampoo slime recipe

Handgum can also be made from shampoo. It is even more convenient, because modern products have not only a pleasant smell, but also different colors... This means that you can save on food coloring.

1. To create a small toy, take 75 g of shampoo and detergent, with which the dishes (or liquid soap) are put in order. It is desirable that they match in color.
2. The components mix well until smooth. But! The main thing here is not to foam them, so all movements should be slow.
3. The resulting mass is placed in a refrigerator on the lower shelf for a day.
4. After the specified time, the slime is ready for use.

Shampoo and salt slime recipe

There is another way to make slime, but here the detergent is replaced with a pinch of fine salt. In a container, all the ingredients are mixed and placed in the refrigerator.

But unlike the above option, it will take only half an hour to "solidify" the slime. Objectively judging, such a toy is more suitable as an anti-stress. Or even to warm up your fingers, as it has increased stickiness.

Important! Although this option is simple to manufacture, it requires certain operating and storage conditions.

• Firstly, after the games it must be put back in the refrigerator, otherwise it will "melt".
• Secondly, it is not suitable for long-term games, since at elevated temperatures it begins to lose its plasticity.
• Thirdly, we must not forget what the slim is made of, that is, after each game, the baby must wash his hands.

And this is not to mention the fact that parents should be careful that he does not take the toy in his mouth. Well, if the slime has collected a lot of garbage on itself, then it will not work to clean it - it is better to throw it out and start making a new toy.

Toothpaste slime at home

In this case, the main ingredients will be the floor of the tube (about 50-70g) of toothpaste and PVA glue (1 tablespoon).

It should be said right away that at first the slime will have a smell, but it disappears quickly enough, so that mom may not worry too much about this.

Both ingredients are placed in a container and mixed well. If the consistency is not plastic enough, then a little more glue is added to the container. Then the mass is placed in a refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

This slim has two roles:

• if played with it when it is warm (at room temperature), then it will be a slime;
• while the product remains cold, an adult can use it as an anti-stress.

There are also two more ways to make toothpaste slime:

Method 1: Water bath. Pasta is placed in a saucepan (the amount depends on the desired volume of the toy) and placed on a container with boiling water. After that, the heat is reduced to a minimum and stirring begins. The whole process takes 10-15 minutes.

As moisture is removed from the paste, it will acquire a looser consistency. Before you take the substance in your hands, they are lubricated with ordinary sunflower oil... The mass needs to be kneaded well until the product takes on the desired appearance.

Method 2: In the microwave. Again, required amount the paste is placed in a container. But in this case, it is better to use glass or ceramic dishes. The timer is set for 2 minutes.

Then the paste is taken out and mixed well, then the mass is placed again in the microwave, but already for 3 minutes. The final stage is the same as in the previous one: with pre-oiled hands, knead the mass until fully cooked.

Since this slime will be slightly greasy, the mother must control how the baby plays. Otherwise, there will be a lot of washing and cleaning.

How to make a shaving foam slime

And this option is great for creative dads. The main advantage of the method is that the airy foam for shaving allows you to create large-volume slims.

Required components:

• shaving foam (how much dad does not mind);
• borax - 1.5 tsp;
• stationery glue;
• water - 50 ml.

Manufacturing:

1. First, the burata powder is completely dissolved in warm water, so that the crystals are no longer visible.
2. After that, place the foam in a separate bowl and mix with 1 tbsp. glue.
3. Now the first solution is gradually poured into the resulting mass. The mass will gradually begin to thicken, due to which it will lag behind the walls of the container itself.
4. As soon as the slime stops sticking, including to the hands, it can be considered ready.

Advice! Borax is gradually poured into the foam, since it is difficult to say what quality the foam itself is. It is possible that more solution will be required to thicken it, or dad simply will not regret his product for the baby. Therefore, during preparation, it is best to keep the borax on hand in order to have time to prepare another portion of the solution.

We make slime at home from detergent

Above, a recipe has already been presented, where detergent appeared. But there is another way to use the specified ingredient in the manufacture of slime.

Components:

• detergent - 1 tbsp;
• soda - 1 tsp;
• hand cream - 1/2 tablespoon;
• food coloring of the desired color, if desired.

Manufacturing:

1. Detergent is poured into a glass container and soda is added, after which everything is thoroughly mixed. Stir so that the mixture does not foam, but at the same time gradually acquires a thicker consistency. If it feels too thick, then it is diluted with water - pour in a teaspoon.
2. Next, the cream is added to the container and again mixed until smooth.
3. Next comes the chosen dye - 5-7 drops.
4. The solution will be thick, but for better plasticity, it is recommended to pour it into a bag and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

It should be said right away that as the mass cools, the color of the slime may change somewhat.

How to make a simple slime out of salt

Salt can be used not only in cooking, but also in making homemade toys. A striking example of this is not only plasticine dough, but also slime. For such work, in addition to salt, you also need a little liquid soap and dye.

The stages of creation are as follows:

• liquid soap (3-4 tsp) is mixed with a dye;
• a pinch of salt is added to the resulting mass and stirred;
• the substance is placed in a refrigerator for 10 minutes;
• after the specified time, another stirring is carried out.

In this case, salt does not act as the main ingredient, but as a thickener. Therefore, you need to be careful with its quantity so as not to get rubber.

How to make yourself a slime from sugar

Sugar, like salt, can be found in any home. The next method will create a transparent slime. However, provided that no dye is used.

The two main ingredients are 2 tsp. sugar for 5 tbsp. l. thick shampoo. If you want to get exactly a transparent slime, then you should choose a shampoo of the same color.

The preparation is very simple:

1. The two main components are mixed well in a cup.
2. Then it is tightly closed, for which you can use cellophane and elastic.
3. The container is placed in the refrigerator for 48 hours.
4. As they pass, the toy is ready to use.

Slim made from sugar is also temperature sensitive, so it is best to store it in the refrigerator.

Soda slime at home

There is another recipe for making slime at home, where soda will be used. Liquid soap or dish detergent is added to it, and the amount of the last ingredient directly depends on the desired volume of slime.

1. Pour detergent (soap) into a saucepan and mix with baking soda.
2. Then add one or several dyes at once.
3. Knead until the mass is thick enough and ready to use.

How to make a slime from flour yourself

This option is suitable for the smallest children, since nothing dangerous to health is included in the slime recipe. If the baby tastes slim, then mom will not worry too much. Although, for the sake of fairness, it should be said: flour toy does not remain plastic for long.

For making slime from flour you will need:

• wheat flour (it is not necessary to take the most best grade) - 400 g;
• hot and cold water - 50 ml each;
• dye.

Council. If you want to make a completely natural slime, then for painting you can use boiled onion husks, beetroot or carrot juice, spinach.

Preparation has several main stages:

1. Initially, the flour is sieved into a separate container.
2. Next, first cold and then warm water is added to it in turn. In order not to suffer with lumps, it is best to pour in the liquid in a thin stream, constantly mixing the resulting mass.
3. Dye or juice is now added. The amount of paint directly affects the color intensity.
4. Then the mass is allowed to cool for 4 hours. Best on the bottom shelf in the refrigerator.
5. When the cooling time is over, the slime is taken out of the container. If the product is a little sticky, it is lightly sprinkled with flour or greased with sunflower oil.

The finished slim retains its elasticity for 1-2 days, and if stored in a bag, it will last a couple of days. But, despite such a short period, this slime is the safest for the baby, since it does not include any chemistry.
