Decorative coating. Which is better?

Manufacturers offer several options for finishing panels: porcelain stoneware; concrete, ceramics, clinker tiles, etc.

The above Russian companies for the production of thermal panels can be divided into two categories. The first is a complete production with the manufacture of both an insulating layer and a decorative coating, the second is the purchase of foreign-made finishing materials with the subsequent manufacture of finished products. The cost of the panels depends on the choice of finishing material and the thickness of the insulation.

Which is better - a bar or a foam block?

What to build from - foam blocks or timber? When the budget doesn't tolerate mistakes, every little detail matters. We have compared the main characteristics of these completely different building materials only so that you independently decide in favor of one of them. Let it be a comparison of dry with warm, but it really can help you choose!

It will be possible to speak only when these products are of high quality, produced with exact observance of the required dimensions, do not have defective areas, and ensure reliable fastening of all layers of the panel "sandwich".

The demand for thermal panels is growing, and more and more large enterprises and private entrepreneurs are mastering the technology of their production.

External coating production - clinker or other ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, artificial stone, etc. - this is a separate issue, and, as a rule, most manufacturers of facade thermal panels acquire ready-made material.

The secret of making panels lies in the technology of reliable joining of the finishing and insulation layer.

Everything here mainly depends on the type of insulation.

Basis - PPU

Production of panels based on polyurethane foam, as a rule, is the "privilege" of large industrial enterprises. The problem lies precisely in the insulation - its production is associated with the exact observance of complex technological conditions.

First of all, the component composition of the chemical mixture is extremely important, its thorough mixing in a very limited time mode.

Foaming of the mass occurs in a matter of seconds, and in this case, you simply cannot do without complex automatic equipment with a process control system.

Any error in the preparatory phase is fraught with changes in the physicochemical properties of the resulting product, and as a consequence - a decrease in the strength and thermal insulation qualities of polyurethane foam boards.

The very technology for the production of thermal panels with clinker tiles is as follows.

  1. The required clinker tiles are laid in special aluminum molds - matrices, treated with a release agent, with exact observance of the established distances (achieved by special grooves).
  2. Then a thin layer of quartz sand or fine marble chips is laid.

Such a measure is necessary to protect the polyurethane foam at the seams from exposure to ultraviolet rays - it has a weak resistance to such radiation.

In some models, embedded elements, metal or polymer, are additionally installed to facilitate the installation of panels on the plane of the facade.

  1. Next, a freshly prepared component composition of the future insulation is poured into the mold.

Under the influence of complex chemical reactions, it actively foams with subsequent solidification to the required dense state.

This process must take place with a hermetically sealed mold under high pressure conditions.

The foaming and hardening cycle is accompanied by an increase in the temperature of the mixture - this takes up to 1 minute.

A distinctive feature of polyurethane foam is the highest adhesion to almost any material: a simple example is the usual polyurethane foam, which is extremely difficult to clean if necessary.

Thus, during the production process there is no need to use any additional adhesives - tiles and embedded elements will hold perfectly.

Even this short description allows you to see the importance of automation of the process and the accuracy of the execution of the forming dies. The properties of polyurethane foam declared by manufacturers (low thermal conductivity and durability) are possible only with full compliance with all technological modes.

Unfortunately, some entrepreneurs take the path of maximizing production costs by installing low pressure - at the same time, a significant part of the thermal insulation properties of PU foam is lost. In addition, with this approach, it is almost impossible to achieve perfectly consistent panel geometry.

By itself, polyurethane foam tends to bend the plane, and non-observance of the barometric pressing mode only exacerbates this negative quality. In order to give the panels the required rigidity, they often resort to the inclusion of an additional back layer in the composition of the "sandwich" - from OSB or magnesite slab.

All this is also a sign of the production of panels using low pressure technology.

Only the presence of highly qualified personnel, ideal press dies, expensive automated lines, the use of high-quality raw materials for insulation will make it possible to produce real thermal panels from polyurethane foam.

Installation "TMP-01 Avtomat". Productivity over 700 sq.m. thermal panels per day.

With extruded polystyrene foam

The technology for the production of front thermal panels based on EPS is fundamentally different from the above.

  1. The raw material is not a component composition for obtaining a foamed polymer, but finished sheets of high quality extruded polystyrene foam, with a density of at least 35 kg / cubic meter from leading manufacturers.

As a rule, the material goes through a multi-stage quality control process, so the probability of panel defects due to the fault of the insulation is practically excluded.

  1. The main technological task is to give the EPSP the required complex geometric shape - external outlines, a system of locks, guide grooves for installing tiles, etc.

This can only be done on computerized machines that carry out three-dimensional thermal cutting of the material with the highest precision.

  1. After the final formation of the base, it goes to the line for laying and gluing clinker tiles.

Special adhesives guarantee reliable adhesion of the tile to the base - there were no cases of spontaneous loss of the cladding.

The physical qualities of the EPSP provide the finished panel with the required mechanical strength, provide an accurate fit of the mating parts of the facade with each other.

Why is it worth buying EPPS-based thermal panels only from well-known manufacturers?

The answer, again, lies in the need for complex, high-precision expensive equipment for the manufacture of thermal panels, which can only be afforded by large "promoted" companies "with a name".

Naturally, such costs will be recouped only with large volumes of finished products.

In addition, leading manufacturers have mastered the technology to combat the main disadvantage of EPS - its almost complete vapor tightness.

To make the walls "breathe", a special developed technique called "closed asymmetric perforation" is used, which keeps the vapor exchange through the panel within the required rate.

It is clear that a small semi-handicraft manufacturer does not have the possibilities of using such advanced technologies, and he hardly thinks about it.

How and where are polystyrene-based thermal panels produced?

First of all - the answer to the question "where?" - almost everywhere.

Despite the fact that these panels are at the very bottom in terms of quality and durability, there is a fairly steady demand for them - not everyone can afford expensive products made of polyurethane foam or EPS of leading brands.

Demand gives rise to supply - including on the line for the production of such thermal panels.

Many machine-building companies, both foreign and Russian, have mastered the production of sets of equipment for the production of front thermal panels from foam plastic, including very small lines that can fit even on a small area.

The cost of such kits is relatively low - from several hundred thousand to a million rubles, depending on the productivity and degree of process automation.

That is why most of the products based on expanded polystyrene are produced at small enterprises.

They are also produced by larger firms, but, as a rule, not as the main products, but simply to supplement the assortment with inexpensive models, of course, without giving such guarantees as for PU foam or EPS.

Thermal panels based on foam are produced in one of two ways:

Method number 1

Tiles are placed in a closed aluminum mold for thermal panels (guiding grooves are provided for it).

Important note - the tiles must have a special "dovetail" groove on the back side. Such tiles do not look different from ordinary tiles, but their cost can be 25-30% higher.

Polystyrene granules are poured over the laid tiles until the mold is filled. Then it is closed and hot steam is supplied under pressure through the holes provided. The granules swelling and foaming under its action fill all the voids, fasten together, and the product acquires the dimensions of a mold.

The pressed tile is held by the penetration of the foam polystyrene mass into the groove of the "dovetail" and its subsequent solidification. After 6-8 minutes, the finished panel is removed and sent for mechanical revision.

Method number 2

Another method is to pre-fabricate the base for the panels using the same technique, but without the initial laying of the tiles. The result is a foam board of the required size and configuration, with guide grooves for the tile material, which is later glued into place.

In this case, you can use tiles with a normal back surface - the adhesive must firmly hold it in place. As a rule, manufacturers using this technology supply the market with “bare” panels, leaving the choice of tiles and the process of gluing them to the buyer.

By the way, PPS itself is a material, like insulation, not bad. However, many unscrupulous manufacturers, in pursuit of maximum profits, use low-quality raw materials for its manufacture, or, in order to speed up the process, do not comply with the established technology requirements, use cheap equipment that is simply not able to create a material of the required density and quality. As a result, a facade made of such panels is unlikely to last long.

Finally

The full value of the facade cladding with thermal panels, with obtaining a long-term effect of good building insulation and high decorative qualities, directly depends on the properties of the selected material. It is not cheap - and this is another argument to approach the problem of choice with all the scrupulousness.

It is better to dwell on the products of a well-known manufacturer that has a well-deserved long-term reputation, one that guarantees the quality of raw materials, strict adherence to technological standards, and careful control of the compliance of its products with established standards.

Thermal panels production is a great business idea in the construction industry. This material is considered relatively new. It allows you to speed up and simplify the process of building houses and carrying out repairs in them. Due to the novelty of the idea, the entrepreneur will be able to quickly recoup his investment. The demand for this product today exceeds the supply, which is also a positive moment for the manufacturer. Such a state of the market will provide an easy search for buyers of thermal panels.

Thermal panels(heat panels) are a modern alternative to facade building materials. Such products have a long service life, have excellent thermal insulation. In Russia, the issue of heat preservation is most acute. The production of facade thermal panels can significantly reduce heating costs. It is this property that ensures the high interest of consumers in the material.

The materials used for insulation today have a lot of disadvantages. The most important is vulnerability - external factors can nullify everything beneficial features such products. Therefore, the use of foam or mineral wool is accompanied by additional work, allowing to protect the material from external influences.

There is one more important point - any owner wants his house to look beautiful. Therefore, the heaters used have to be hidden so that the housing is aesthetic. It turns out that by easy use thermal insulation materials, the need to apply siding, tiles is added.

The business in the production of thermal panels is popular precisely because of the absence of such difficulties in use. This building material has the following advantages:

  • saving money (the owner of the house does not have to look for additional options for insulation, the purchased thermal panels themselves will perfectly retain heat);
  • aesthetic appearance (the variety of such panels allows you to choose an option that is suitable in color and shape);
  • excellent sound insulation (sound waves do not pass through the thermal panels, which will allow the owners to live in their house in peace and quiet);
  • versatility (heat panels are used not only for insulating houses, but also for building walls, thereby performing several functions at once);
  • long term of use (manufacturers give a guarantee for this material for 50 years);
  • ease of use;
  • the ability to carry out work on the application of thermal panels at any time of the year (even in cold weather, the material does not lose its properties);
  • ecological cleanliness.

Thermal panels - what are they?

The production of thermal panels as a business requires an entrepreneur to study the very process of their manufacture. And this is impossible without understanding what a heat panel is, what components it has. It includes:

  • Metallic profile... This component ensures high strength of the finished product. It is with the help of the profile that the thermal panel is securely attached to the facade.
  • Cladding... Concrete is used for its manufacture. That, in turn, is obtained by mixing cement and granite screening. A little water is poured into them to eliminate the possibility of cracks on the surface of the cladding. This allows you to get a thermal panel that perfectly tolerates changes in temperature and humidity. The surface of the product itself can be painted in desired color - the paint will be evenly distributed over the surface, no streaks and stains will appear.
  • Insulation... It is expanded polystyrene with a thickness of 5-10 centimeters. Depending on the size of the insulation, the entrepreneur receives thermal panels with a different range of applications. Some of them are suitable for insulating ready-made houses, some can be used to build walls.

The parts are connected to each other using high strength adhesives. This ensures excellent quality and durability of the panels.

Varieties of thermal panels

The most popular types of thermal panels are the following:

  1. Clinker... This form is highly resistant to external influences - the indicators are often higher than those of some varieties natural stones... The production of clinker thermal panels is accompanied by the application of clinker tiles as a decorative layer. This variety attracts buyers with its impeccable appearance. The thermal panels themselves look very natural. Shale clay is used as the main raw material for production, which indicates the naturalness and environmental friendliness of the finished product. It contains no chemical additives or impurities. High strength is achieved through firing. The main properties of such panels are: high water tightness, frost resistance, thermal insulation, noise insulation, auxiliary waterproofing. This type is used not only for insulating facades, but also for interior decoration, construction of fountains, swimming pools.
  2. With porcelain stoneware tiles... In this case, porcelain stoneware is used for facing the panels (one of the varieties of ceramic tiles obtained by firing and pressure). It is due to pressing the product that a high-strength building material is obtained, which is not afraid of the effects of the elements. An important feature such panels are their pronounced texture. Externally, the details resemble masonry - this effect is achieved due to the large size of the products. Connoisseurs of the Scandinavian and Mediterranean style purchase just such panels. They are used to decorate brand shops, large restaurants and cafes, small hotels.
  3. With glazed tiles... This type of thermal panels is used to insulate low-rise residential buildings. Externally, the products resemble brickwork, which makes the facade attractive and noble.

All the presented types of thermal panels are very popular among Russians today, but who is the main consumer?

Consumer circle

The main issue of any entrepreneur is finding consumers. In the case of the production of thermal panels, you need to focus on the following categories of people:

  • large construction organizations;
  • companies engaged in repair work;
  • ordinary citizens building houses for personal use;
  • wholesale bases of building materials.

The latter need to sell finished products in bulk. This will reduce the cost per unit of production, but the lost profits can be offset by the volume of supplies and reduced transportation costs.

Even a novice entrepreneur should be well aware of the technology for the production of thermal panels. The following stages of manufacturing finished products can be distinguished:

  1. Preparatory stage. The polystyrene granules are foamed and then dried.
  2. Clinker tiles (or another, depending on the type of panel) are placed in a special form. It is attached to the block using special clips.
  3. After that, pre-prepared polystyrene granules are sent to the workpiece. There, the temperature rises, due to which the width of the insulation increases, filling everything free space in the shape of.
  4. The panel of the desired shape is cooled in a specialized vacuum unit.
  5. The cooled panel is left to ripen for another 24 hours, after which it is packed and sent to the warehouse or to the customer.

Necessary equipment

You will also need specialized equipment for the production of thermal panels. These should be high-tech machines that facilitate the work of the service personnel. Production can be almost entirely automated. Technologists will only need to monitor the correct manufacturing of the panels. To work, you need the following tools:

  • foaming agent;
  • chamber for polystyrene ripening;
  • steam plant;
  • special molding container;
  • vacuum tanks for cooling;
  • pneumatic cushion;
  • fans.

If the initial investment is sufficient, then you can additionally purchase your own line for the production of clinker plates. It will consist of special molds and a kiln. If there is no money for this, then you can do without your own line, buying ready-made tiles from other manufacturers. But this option would mean that the final cost of finished products will increase due to the high cost of tiles.

When looking for suitable equipment, an entrepreneur must evaluate not only the price but also other factors. The level of line performance is important. A small enterprise will be satisfied with a mechanical line with low productivity, and large organizations should buy an automated line that produces at least 100 pieces of heat panels per shift. It is important that the supplier can not only sell, but also deliver, install, test the equipment. Availability of a warranty period of service and free education staff will be an additional plus in favor of the seller.

Financial results

If an entrepreneur wants to produce about 100 heat panels per day, then he will need a start-up capital of 1,500,000 rubles. For work, you will need a room with an area of \u200b\u200b120 m 2. The staff should consist of 7 people. The production profit will amount to about 120,000 - 130,000 rubles per month. It will be possible to recoup investments in 1-2 years. The greatest revenue can be obtained in the warm season.

If you open a large production with the number of panels produced up to 400 pieces per day, then purchasing the necessary equipment will require about 5,000,000 rubles. It will take 2 times more premises and people. The profitability of such an enterprise can reach 400,000 rubles a month. The payback period will decrease to 1-1.5 years.

Today production of thermal panels and flexible stone is considered a profitable investment. This type of business can be developed with your own hands, but get ready for the fact that the initial financial investment in the business will be impressive.

Thermal panels and flexible stone are widely used by builders in the process of external finishing work, namely for finishing fireplaces, swimming pools, stairs, making frescoes and landscape design of varying complexity. This innovative thermal insulation material consists of two pieces of insulation and decorative tiles. In addition to the thermal insulation properties, the thermal panel is resistant to aggressive natural phenomena and wear. Their use in construction will solve several problems at once in one fell swoop, providing thermal insulation, sound insulation and a beautiful appearance in the place of laying. The most commonly used types are clinker and facade thermal panels.

One more a good idea - production of flexible stone. This material is sold in sheets and resembles rough linoleum in structure. The raw material for flexible stone is marble chips. The main advantages of using flexible stone and thermal panels include: aesthetics, environmental friendliness, resistance to aggressive external factors and moisture, fire safety and easy maintenance during operation.

High-quality products will be bought by construction companies and private repair teams that are engaged in active construction and finishing works... Wholesale bases of building materials can also become a good distribution channel, which will gladly take away thermal panels at a reasonable price in bulk.

Business idea implementationproduction of thermal panels and flexible stone will be a profitable and profitable investment for aspiring entrepreneurs who seek to work in the manufacturing sector.

It is worth thinking in advance about drawing up a business plan, in which the following points should be considered in detail:

    monitoring of competitors and analysis of demand channels for future products;

    development productionconcepts;

    overview production technologies;

    collection of the necessary documentation to obtain a work permit;

    selection and preparation of premises for workshop equipment;

    selection and acquisition equipment and subsidiary inventory;

    honing production processes;

    possible distribution channels finished products;

    financial calculations for each of the items of expenditure.

Technological nuances of production

The process of manufacturing thermal panels cannot be called easy, it involves a number of processes, ranging from the preparation of raw materials (foaming polystyrene granules, drying them) and ending with the formation of tiles. The formation of the product begins with the laying of clinker tiles and fasteners, which will serve to fix the product on the wall. After that, the mold is filled with foamed granules and heated with steam, which leads to the expansion of the raw material granules, filling the mold and the formation of a future thermal panel. After that, the finished product is cooled using a vacuum unit, and before the sale must lie at least one day to acquire all the necessary characteristics and "ripen".

Before deciding to make a natural flexible stone, it should be borne in mind that the technology involves a lot of labor. Ideally, the production line is best located at the location where the raw material is mined. There, workers carefully cut the sandstone with a thin layer, after which they carefully attach the cut to a base made of textiles. Such material is very expensive and not every resident of Russia can order a finish from this material.

But entrepreneurs also found a way out here, having developed technologies for the production of artificial flexible stone, which became an alternative to buying expensive natural sandstone cuts. Such a solution will allow organizing cost-effective production with obtaining high quality products at an affordable price.

Selection of equipment and auxiliary inventory

To set up the production of thermal panels with your own hands, you will need to purchase a minimum set of special equipment. The production line should consist of the devices that are necessary for the production of foam, the thermal panels themselves, auxiliary equipment and devices that are responsible for the production of clinker tiles. At the initial stage of development, many refuse to install the line responsible for the production of clinker tiles, since it is not so necessary. Small factories purchase ready-made tile samples from other wholesalers, which is much more profitable. In today's market, only high quality products can become competitive if affordable price... The higher the production cost, the lower the income from its sale will be, and this is not profitable.

A mini-enterprise will require starting costs for the purchase of basic equipment of about 800 thousand rubles, but such a line will be able to produce no more than a hundred finished products per shift. The price can vary up to 1.5 million rubles, if you give preference to foreign manufacturers. Some entrepreneurs, striving to save money, prefer to buy used equipment, but it should be borne in mind that having saved on the purchase, an additional line for repairs and additional costs for maintaining supported machines will be added to the expense item.

Finding the right equipment shouldn't be a big deal becauseproduction of thermal panels in Russia is not a novelty and you can find whole lines for enterprises of different performance. Fully selected for large production automated line high power, and for a small workshop, you can also find suitable equipment of appropriate capacity based on the planned daily output of thermal panels.

Premises for a workshop

The most the right choice there will be a search for premises in the industrial zone of the city, since the production of this type, despite the volumes, is toxic. The dimensions of the premises directly depend on the volume of production. For a mini workshop, a room of 100 "squares" is enough, and if it is planned to open a line for the production of thermal panels for brick, then the room should be looked for twice as much. Since the technology is associated with toxic fumes, make sure that the room under the workshop is equipped with powerful ventilation. If there is none, then you will have to spend money on its development and installation - this moment is very important, and you shouldn't miss it. Plus, you can add a considerable amount to the expense item that will be required to repair the premises (required).

The room temperature should not be lower than 15ºС and above 25 ºС , lighting is quite general artificial. In this case, the workshop should be divided into the following zones: a room for conducting the main technological processes, a room for drying products and a warehouse for storing products until the moment of their sale.

Advantages of thermal panels over other heaters

Each of modern heaters has certain drawbacks and cannot be called an ideal option, each of them, to some extent, requires additional protection from excess moisture, direct sun rays or gusts of wind. If you use polystyrene or mineral wool as insulation on the walls of any room, they must be covered with a layer of plaster or tiles, and this stretches the terms of construction work and their price.

Thermal panels perform a double function, both insulating and decorative, therefore they are in demand among builders who do not want to waste their time and money. This is an ideal option for heat and sound insulation of a new building, and is also actively used in the process of renovating old houses. Thermal panels and flexible stone fit well on any kind of walls, even with an uneven surface, without requiring additional leveling. Wide color spectrum of panels and appearance similar to decorative brick (smooth or textured) will allow you to choose the right design for any room. At the same time, a beautiful appearance and quick installation of products are guaranteed. The exact joining of the slabs is guaranteed under all weather conditions, and their durability, safety and beauty will delight any customer.

The financial part of the business plan

The main item of expenses includes renting a room, preparing it for work and repairing it, purchasing equipment and raw materials, which will be enough to manufacture the first batch of thermal panels. All this will require initially spending at least 2 million rubles, plus the cost of paying salaries to employees.

So, the production of thermal panels business plan necessarily includes the following items of expenses:

    the purchase of equipment will need about 800 thousand rubles;

    rental of premises - about 600-700 thousand rubles;

    paperwork and work permits - 5-6 thousand roubles.;

    preparation and renovation of the premises - 200 thousand rubles.

Taking into account the purchase of raw materials and wages, it will be necessary to invest at the initial stage about - 2 million rubles. For optimal operation of the mini-workshop, you will need to hire at least seven people. The business will pay off within two years of active work and streamlined sales of manufactured products. It is recommended that you establish distribution channels for your products in advance among local construction companies, home improvement stores and wholesalers and individuals who are engaged in repair and finishing work for hire.

Sales volumes are strongly influenced by the season, since the peak of construction is observed from late spring to late autumn, then sales at this time will be very high, while in winter time years of sales of thermal panels, as well as other construction materials, will come to a minimum.

To calculate the cost of production, we suggest considering the following table.

If we turn to the market, then the price for square meter flexible stone ranges from 1,000 to 1,500 rubles, and thermal panels from 1,300 to 1,800 rubles. Profit depends on the quality of the product, the volume of production and the speed of product sales. For the calculation, we took the minimum price threshold. We can say that successful entrepreneurs, developing this idea, can make a profit of up to 700 thousand rubles a month.

To get started, you will need to register the production as an individual entrepreneur or LLC and issue certificates of quality and compliance with GOST.

As a result, we can say that with the required amount of initial capital production of thermal panels and flexible stone can be a profitable business. The most expensive item of expenses relates to the purchase of special equipment, but with the correct organization of the business, all costs will pay off within one, maximum two years, allowing you to receive high and regular profits.

But now our country can offer a completely competitive product, which does not differ qualitatively and externally from the best Western samples. In the article, we will pay attention to Russian-made thermal panels, find out their characteristics, features, advantages, and decide on prices.

Description of facade thermal panels for a house of Russian production

Facade thermal panels are a facing plate, which is a "sandwich" of the upper decorative layer and heat-insulating material. Usually, the latter is either expanded polystyrene or mineral wool... It should be noted that the thickness of the insulating pad can vary from 30 to 100 mm, which affects the heat-saving properties of the material.

The decorative exterior cladding is usually brickwork with regular or glazed elements. The thickness of the outer layer is about 12 mm, due to which the entire board becomes strong, reliable and able to serve for a long time. Also now more and more expensive and solid imitation of natural stone is being used.

Thermal panels are designed for external finishing of buildings along with their thermal insulation. Thus, the material kills "two birds with one stone" at once: both decorates and warms. A very advantageous combination that allows you to save on additional thermal insulation.

Facade thermal panels are usually used for cladding small private houses. However, this modern technologically advanced and environmentally friendly material may well be used for finishing high-rise buildings.

Types of tiles

We will find out what types of facade thermal panels are presented in the modern Russian construction market.

So, all thermal panels intended for facing facades are subdivided into:

Clinker thermal panels are a combination of clinker tiles that resemble externally brickwork and an insulating polyurethane foam layer. This material is suitable for cladding even wooden houses. Sometimes manufacturers try to make this product cheaper and more affordable, and therefore replace polyurethane foam with cheap foam, and clinker tiles with cement-sand. However, the result is a deterioration in both thermal insulation and external indicators.

Rigid facade thermal panels represent an OSB board, on which a layer of insulation is applied, and, as a finishing touch, an external decorative layer.

In this case, the following types of materials are used to create decorative cladding:

This type of panel has a rigid base, due to which the manufacturers managed to reduce the vapor permeability of the final product several times.

The price of rigid thermal panels, first of all, depends on the type of cladding that is used. So, clinker is the cheapest type of finish, but also less presentable, and glazed tiles and porcelain stoneware are expensive, but also more aesthetically attractive.

Both of these types are well-deserved success in the building materials market, as they perfectly retain heat, and in a wonderful way transform the outer facade of the building.

pros

What are the advantages of facade thermal panels in comparison with other types of thermal insulation materials, we will find out.

As already mentioned, this material is a unique product that is both thermal insulation and an external decorative coating. The panels retain heat very well, and therefore their use in our latitudes is very justified.

Modern manufacturers in Russia offer such a wide range of external finishing of thermal panels that it is impossible not to choose the right one. There are a wide range of different colors and textures on the market, suitable for any design. It is also worth paying attention to how

Facade thermal panels made by domestic manufacturers perfectly resist the harsh climate of our country: they safely tolerate Siberian frost and dry southern summers.

The price of the material is quite affordable: due to the fact that there are no monopolists in this market, the buyer always has the opportunity to choose a suitable combination of panel quality and their price.

Products are distinguished by high strength, which ensures durability and resistance of the facing to precipitation and other external influences.

Installation of front thermal panels is quite simple. For this, it is not even necessary to invite specialists: the owner of the house himself may well carry out the installation.

The panels retain heat remarkably, so that even in the most cold winter there will be a comfortable microclimate.

But what are the facade materials for exterior decoration at home, and which of them are the best, you can see

Minuses

A little about the shortcomings of the material.

In order to reliably and competently carry out the installation of facade thermal panels, you must first align and prepare the walls of the house. This forced necessity sometimes takes a lot of time and takes a lot of effort.

There is a risk of "running into" low-quality products, since new "players" are constantly appearing on the building materials market, which often turn out to be "one-day". To avoid such a misfortune, we advise you to focus on well-known manufacturers and purchase materials in trusted stores. For example, you may well trust our list of Russian companies - manufacturers of facade thermal panels.

The expensive cost is another drawback. However, having invested once in quality material, you will provide your home with reliable thermal insulation for many years, and give the building a presentable and solid appearance.

Choice of decorative coating

  • Porcelain stoneware

Not afraid chemical substances, has a fair amount of wear resistance, durable, not afraid of dirt. Moreover, the porcelain stoneware panels are not afraid of precipitation.

Porcelain stoneware

  • Ceramics

It has the same positive features as porcelain stoneware, however, it is less durable.

Ceramics

  • Concrete tile

This type of cladding is not suitable for a changeable climate, since concrete absorbs moisture too much, which is fraught with cracking of the material if drought begins immediately after precipitation. But more expensive models have a waterproof coating. But what to decorate the facade of a house made of aerated concrete, and what material should be used first, is indicated

  • Clinker

The optimal, inexpensive, neat and most frequently used type of external decorative cladding for facade thermal panels.
