The modern school requires the teacher to search for new ideas, a creative approach to conducting lessons. The advanced training courses were attended by 38 young teachers with work experience up to 1 year from municipal districts and urban districts. Young teachers were offered theoretical and practical materials and was designed for an 18-hour training course.
