The modern school requires the teacher to search for new ideas, a creative approach to conducting lessons. The advanced training courses were attended by 38 young teachers with work experience up to 1 year from municipal districts and urban districts. Young teachers were offered theoretical and practical materials and was designed for an 18-hour training course.

For students of advanced training courses, the final lesson was round table, where students exchanged information received in advanced training courses.

During the course, young teachers received necessary information for continued success. Upon completion of advanced training courses, all young teachers received a certificate of completion of the courses.
