Structures are classified according to several criteria:
- By placement in the object - there are internal (interroom) and external (input);
- According to the material, products made of metal, wood, glass and combined options are distinguished;
- According to the filling of the deaf panel, there are glazed and deaf systems;
- According to the number of panels, one-, one-and-a-half and two-field options are distinguished.

Considering the dimensions of internal doors with a box, one should take into account the height, width and weight of the parts. If we consider the parameters of any sliding and hinged door, each person provides for the width that he will use every day. But the state standard offers a door width of 70 cm for kitchens, 60 cm for bathrooms and 80 cm for residential facilities. The market offers designs for bedrooms 90 cm wide, and 55 cm for bathrooms.

The total height and width of the canvas with the box increases by 10-15 cm, but a gap should be left between the wall and the mounting latch, so the parameters of the cloth should be less than the characteristics of the frame (to protect against abrasion). In this case, the width of the panel is formed with a double indicator of the frame and a two-sided gap. As a rule, it is equal to 1.5 cm. For example, 90.0 + 3.0 * 2 + 1.5 * 2 = 99.0 cm.
The height of the opening is also calculated: without a threshold, it will be equal to 200 + 3 + 1.5 + 0.5 = 205 (0.5 is the distance between the panel and the floor for air exchange, it can increase up to 1 cm, and for a house with liquefied gas - up to 1.5-2 cm). In the presence of a threshold, the height of the opening is determined by adding the size of the opening and the parameters of the canvas, the width of the mounting seam and the box.

Thick canvases well emphasize the design of the living room, made in the Baroque, Renaissance or Empire style, and movable partitions and thin screens will complement the openings of dressing rooms and pantries. The threshold height must be considered for entrance and interior doors installed at the entrance to the bathrooms. For other doors, there must be a gap between the floor and the leaf. It is 15-20 mm for kitchen doors if liquefied gas is used in the house and 5-10 mm in all other cases. The horizontal gap in the upper part of the door, like the vertical ones, is 3-4 mm.

Assembling door frames
The door unit frame consists of three main parts:
- The feigned part of a box or key bar. This is one of the vertical beams into which the striker of the door lock is mounted;
- The hinged part is a bar that, through the hinges, perceives and holds the weight of the doors;
- The lintels or the upper transverse beam connecting the vertical racks.
If the doors are heavy enough or large width, a threshold is additionally installed in the box. Otherwise, for interior structures of ordinary width, the U-shaped version of the loot is more suitable.
After measuring the door leaf, the actual size of the box, its width and height are calculated. It is impossible to simply take and sheathe the doors along the contour, in this case the canvas simply will not open and close. Therefore, it is necessary to add the width of the gaps to the measured dimensions, as in the above diagram.
Before cutting the vertical and horizontal elements of the box, it is necessary to decide on the method of joining boards or timber into one structure. The most durable and easiest to manufacture is a thorn-groove joint. To do this, cut out two blanks of vertical racks - hinged and feigned parts. If the width of the opening in the wall over size boxes, in this case, on the outer part of the loot, from the side of the hinged or hinged beam, an additional beam segment is sewn, as in the diagram. If the width of the opening is too large, the feigned part of the box is also supplemented in a similar way.
On the side, the loot is performed on the door leaf laid in a horizontal position. After fitting all the parts and aligning the corners of the box, the joints are glued and connected with carpentry screws. To preserve the resulting geometry of the loot, the structure is sheathed with wooden planks - spacers, carefully removed from the door leaf and installed in the doorway.
Door frame installation
The plow will be set correctly if every movement or alignment is controlled with a spirit level. Due to the low rigidity, the design “plays”, therefore, immediately after installation, the box opening is slightly wedged with thin wooden blocks. To avoid extrusion of the sidewalls and the ceiling beam into the frame, use a pair of wooden spacers, as in the photo.
The box is pre-aligned according to the readings of the level gauge and notches are made on the walls, in the future they will help to quickly restore the previous position of the loot. Wooden structure fasten to the wall with long self-tapping screws, for heavy doors you can use anchor fasteners.
On the lintel and vertical racks, we drill two thin holes with an electric drill, 0.5 mm less than the diameter of the self-tapping screw. Next, we remove the loot, according to the marks of the drill on the walls, we punch holes and install dowels for 6 mm self-tapping screws.
We return the loot to its place, insert the screws and wrap it by 10-15 mm. After that, using the level, we restore the correct position of the box and screw the fasteners to the full length. The gap between the beam and the wall is blown with foam.

Before the foam hardens, it is necessary to once again check the position of the door frame according to the building level, if necessary, carefully knock out at the place of deviation. After polyurethane foam will pick up half the rigidity, you need to tighten the screws again and close the hats with decorative caps. After installing the canopies, we fix the platbands.
