  1. Soak the cereal in kefir and leave for an hour.
  2. Add chopped nuts or dried fruits.
  3. Add honey, cinnamon and vanilla to the mixture.
  4. After mixing, a thick dough is obtained, from which flattened balls are formed.
  5. Put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment or a baking mat.
  6. Bake the cookies for 25 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
