For this constructor, 2 sets of tutorials were prepared:
The basic set is designed for 38 lessons with basic models, 4 lessons with basic models and 6 creative lessons. Base models are simple machines that are quick and easy to build. Collecting basic models, the guys learn the basic mechanical principles: lever, wedge, screw, block system, gear train, cam, ratchet and others.
After learning the basic models, students can move on to 4 basic models - beam scale, tower crane, ramp, and race car. It's over complex models, so they are assembled together using technological maps. The routing is an assembly instruction for one half of the model. Guys use 2 different technological maps (A and B) - each one assembles its part of the mechanism, and then they join both halves together into a single model. For each model, materials for the teacher have been prepared, which provide theoretical information, useful tips, interesting questions and answers to them. In the worksheets, students can read the necessary theory, as well as answer questions about the assembled model.
To consolidate the acquired skills at the end of the course, it is proposed to conduct 6 creative classes, in each of which the children will come up with their own mechanism for solving real problems. An example of a possible (but, of course, not required) design is given in the teacher resources.
Tasks of increased complexity are a logical continuation of the first manual and will help children study more complex physical concepts in a similar game form - gear ratio, friction force, energy.
