TREATMENT METHODS

The control of cells that show physical malaise is carried out by personal methods of mental healing. They can be divided into three types:

1. Treatment with prana, or healing by sending prana to diseased parts, thus stimulating the cells and tissues to normal activity, as a result of which the unprofitable substance is expelled from the body and thus normal conditions are restored. This type of treatment is known in the West under the name "Magnetic Healing". Many have been cured in this way, although many healers have not realized the principle behind it, despite the fact that they have acquired serious knowledge of the method of healing they use.

2. Treatment by thought, which refers to the control of the thinking of cells in a direct way or through the subconscious thinking of the patient. Included in this type of healing is what is known in the Western world as "Healing directly or indirectly by thought: Healing by Suggestion." This also includes many religious methods of healing, which are methods of the same healing by thought, hidden under the cover of religious teachings and theories.

3. Spiritual treatment, denoting an exalted way of healing, coming from a healer who has reached an exalted degree of spiritual development and sheds light on the thinking of the patient, showering him with sublime thoughts and raising his own thinking to a higher plane of being. This type of healing is far from being as common as one might conclude from the conversations of healers and their patients. In fact, it is very rare and is available only to healers who have reached a very high spiritual development. Many who imagine that they have it, usually adhere to the simple methods of thought healing, and have not the slightest idea of what true spiritual healing consists in. But there is no harm in this, since they work successfully, and we mention this only so that the reader will get a correct idea of \u200b\u200beverything. Here it should be remembered mainly that in essence all types of mental healing are carried out by Thought. Even treatment with the help of prana is driven by Thought and is the power of thought itself. An illness or ailment is called “physical,” that is, it manifests itself in the cells of the physical body, but on closer examination we will see that in reality it is the malaise of the thought of a certain, sick cell. And, therefore, the only successful way of treatment is to reach the thinking particle of this cell and bring it to a normal state. This can be achieved in various ways, but in the end the ways constitute the Ways of Thought, because it is not the way or the way that produces the cure, but the thought aroused by the way.

To understand anything about healing with prana, we must understand what prana is.

1) Prana is " " - This WATER OF LIFE, green-blue Energy. This "River" (Life Energy) permeates everything living and non-living on the surface of the Earth.

2) - PRANIC Body (LIFE) is the source of life for the Physical Body. The carrier of Prana in man is the Etheric Body - the field of Prana (chi/chi/ki). Prana endows matter with the ability to change. The ethereal sponge absorbs "life" from all the Kingdoms of Nature.

3) PRANA(Phenomena of Nature, vital current) - vital Force, area of influence of Elemental Spirits.

4) According to Daniil Andreev Arugvilta Prana- an impersonal, unconscious subtle substance, poured into our world, overflowing from body to body and providing the possibility of individual organic existences.

5) Yoga philosophers call prana the “active force” or energy that is in the body of every living being. Prana is endowed with the ability to think (Elemental Spirits and elemental consciousness-elementals) and represent the energy of the universal mind of Nature.
Prana manifests itself in the form of electrical forces (magnetic perception), vital forces, warmth (receiver of emotional waves), light (receiver of "astral light").
Prana is the force that sets the whole body in motion, contributing to all actions to the manifestation of all signs of life. Prana is that vital principle found in air, water, food, etc., the absorption of which serves to work the whole organism.

The principles of pranic healing are based on the fact that prana can be transferred or transmitted from one person to another in various ways.
- The most common and effective way is to pass the movement of the hand over the body of the patient, at the same time directing the current of prana to the sore spot, as a result of which the lazy cell groups again come to life and begin to move. Prana thus transmitted acts on the patient as a tonic, energizing him, which helps to heal the sore spot.
- Prana can be transmitted in the form of exciting thought energy directed by the doctor to the patient.

Healing the sick through the "laying on of hands" known since ancient times. Traces of it can be found from the very beginning of history and it is very likely that this treatment was practiced before, when events were not yet recorded. Nowadays it is widespread everywhere, even among savage tribes. People seem to feel instinctively that they should seek healing in this direction.

Hindus, Egyptians, Jews, Chinese of ancient times knew this method of healing well. Ancient Egyptian stone engravings depict healers holding one hand on the abdomen and the other on the patient's back. Ancient researchers in China report that the same treatment was common there.

IN old testament many examples are given of the same healing, it is said about that in the New Testament. It is reported that St. Patrick, healing the blind in Ireland, laid his hands on their eyes, They say, St. Bernard healed eleven blind and eighteen crippled in one day, and that he healed in Cologne twelve lame, three dumb and ten deaf by the laying on of hands. The history of the ancient church is replete with examples of this kind, and admitting that they are partly embellished to a certain extent, as always happens in such cases, it is nevertheless clear that in this way much success has been achieved in this direction.

There is an indication in history that the king of Zmir, Pyrrhus, had the ability to heal spasm and melancholy by touching the sick and the blind with the laying on of hands. Andrion healed those suffering from dropsy by placing his fingertips on them. King Olaf instantly healed the sick by the laying on of hands. Ancient English and French kings used the Royal Touch to treat goiter and all sorts of other throat ailments. In England, there was an ailment called "royal evil", and it was believed that it could be cured only by a royal touch. It is said that the Habsburg counts had the ability to heal stuttering through a kiss. Pliny said that in ancient times, some people healed snake bites with their touch. Many celebrities from the spiritual environment were treated by the laying on of hands.

In England, Gretrex made a sensation and was persecuted. Thus, various ailments succumbed only to the royal touch, so many decided that he was claiming the royal throne. In the seventeenth century, a certain gardener named Levret successfully healed the sick in the streets of London by stroking them with his hand. In 1817, a Sicilian innkeeper healed 1,000 people by the laying on of hands.

From all this it can be seen that pranic healing has been manifested since ancient times among all peoples, and that those who had sufficient confidence in themselves, in their healing abilities, were considered especially gifted people. But in reality this "gift" is universal, and anyone who has sufficient confidence and seriousness to devote himself to the cause with all his heart can manifest it.

Twenty-five centuries ago, ancient yoga scholars turned this form of healing into a science. And traces of their knowledge penetrated all parts of the world. The ancient Greek physicians treated mainly by the laying on of hands and the "treatment" of the affected parts of the body. Hippocrates wrote: "The soul with closed eyes sees the ailments from which the body suffers." Already in ancient times, wise doctors were aware of how good for the blood is light rubbing of the body with hands and believed that the warmth emanating from the hands has a beneficial and pleasant effect on the patient. This remedy is equally successfully used for both sudden and habitual pains and for all kinds of ailments, it always acts encouragingly and strengthening. When treating my patients in this way, it often seemed to me that from my hands emanated special property(removing, pulling out all the pain and all the dirt from sore spots). Therefore, some scientists know that the sick can be cured by certain movements and touches, just as the infection of certain diseases is transmitted by the touch of one person to another. Vokupanius treated the sick by blowing on the sore spots and stroking them with his hand. The ancient druids also treated, and these techniques were used during religious rites. This is reported of the Druids, and striking proofs of their giftedness are given.

Medieval records are full of similar accounts of miraculous healings achieved by the laying on of hands, and this took place in churches. Van Helmont, who lived in the early seventeenth century, seemed to be familiar with the principles of pranic healing because he writes: “Magnetism is at work everywhere, and there is nothing new in it except the name itself, it seems a paradox only to those who ridicule everything and who attributes everything inexplicable to Satan.
At about the same time, the Scotsman Macavell taught similar methods of healing. He believed in a vital spirit that spread throughout the world, which people could use to heal from ailments. In 1734, Father Hal, a priest, taught about the existence of a "universal fluid" that could be used for healing. He achieved many amazing healings, but was expelled from the church for possessing and misusing diabolical power. Mesmer taught the theory of animal magnetism and healed with its help, applying his hands. After Mesmer, many followers and students remained, many of them achieved greater fame, among them stood out the Marquis Lenzegur. In Germany, the dogmas of Mesmer and his followers enjoyed great success, Bremen was an extensive center of the dogma of "animal magnetism" and from here this teaching spread throughout Germany. The Prussian government showed great interest in this matter and established a hospital for treatment in the "magnetic way". Many continental governments passed strict laws that kept magnetic healing under the control of physicians.

So the new way of healing has spread from country to country, often stifled by government interference, hindered by medical obstruction, it continues to flourish in various series and theories. During the last ten years it has enjoyed great success in America and England, having spread from various schools of magnetic healing, and from the new thought movement. To explain it, many theories have been developed, ranging from purely material to religious ones. But despite all the theories, the work itself continued with an increase in healings.

Many still believe that the ability to heal is special gift, inherent and bestowed only by some persons, but this is not true, because this gift is inherent in everyone, although some achieve more success than others, depending on the degree of manifestation of their temperament in this work.
Everyone has the opportunity to develop this gift in themselves..

The life force underlies all physical movement in the body. It promotes the circulation of blood, the movement of cells, in general, all the actions on which the life of the physical body depends. Without this vital force there could be no life, no movement, no action. Some call it the Nerve Force - but it's still the same force, no matter how you call it. This is the force sent by the voltage, if from nervous system when we want to set some muscle in motion. And it is this force that makes the muscle move.

Man is supplied with a supply of vital force through cosmic prana, the Life Force, and especially from the air. Through the power of thought, a person can also draw energy from the great repositories to himself. This vital energy is located in the brain and in various nerve centers of the body and is taken from there to supply the weak parts of the body that need it. With the help of the nervous system, it spreads to all parts of the body. Indeed, every nerve is stored life force and serves as a wire that transmits the life force further. Even more, every cell in the body, no matter where it is, and no matter what work it does, always contains a certain share of vital energy.

A healthy person is one who has a significant supply of vitality, penetrating into all parts of the body, refreshing, exciting and invigorating him in daily activities. A person with a weakened vitality feels bad, feels a lack of it, and achieves a normal state only when the vitality is replenished.

All people, to a greater or lesser extent, have vitality, everyone has the opportunity to increase its reserves and transfer it to others, healing them from ailments. In other words, healing is inherent in all people. Everyone has this gift and can develop it with certain exercises.
The basic rule of pranic healing is to fill diseased cells with a fresh supply of vitality or prana, leading the cells to normal activity and work. With the correct activity of the cells, the organ acquires its former energy, and the whole organism is again healed, and health is just its normal activity.

PRANA HEALING IN PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Way healing through the laying on of hands applied by people somehow instinctively. The mother instinctively puts her hand on the head of the child who has come running to her with a complaint that he has fallen and hurt himself, the touch of the mother immediately soothes his pain. How often one has to see and hear that mothers calm their children in this way. Or, if we ourselves hurt ourselves, we also instinctively put our hand on the sore spot. And this gives a certain relief.

It is customary to treat a headache by applying the hand, and with this the nurse calms the patient. These simple instinctive movements form the basis of the application of practical healing. The course of treatment is so simple that it needs little instruction, although we are going to turn our attention to the main methods used by those who have achieved outstanding results with this method of healing. The main methods of transferring the life force or prana in healing are as follows:
1. Staring or transmitting through the eyes.
2. Passes or passing with hands.
3. Breathing or transmission by breath.

All three methods work properly and can be used together. In view of the fact that the transmission of the vital force is primarily mental, and the eye serves as a channel for the transmission of thought force, it follows that the eye can be successfully used for the transmission of vital force in healing. When using the method of laying a hand on a sore spot, healers will notice an enhanced effect of the treatment if, at the same time, they gaze intently at the part of the body being healed and at the same time focus their thoughts and their will so that this force passes over the sore spot and the diseased cells can restore their normal activity. .

Many successfully use breathing in healing. At the same time, for the most part, they blow directly on the sore spot, on which warm breath produces a striking revitalizing effect. But sometimes they blow on a piece of flannel, then applying it to a sore spot. Flannel traps heat.
But the main transfers of vital force in such healing are passes and manipulative techniques. We will first discuss passes, and then we will look at manipulative techniques.

Hand position in healing can be described as follows:
bend your arms and fingers so that the latter do not touch each other. If the patient is seated, then raise your arms above his head and then slowly and gradually lower them in front of him, ending with quick movements a little above the knees. Having finished the movements, wave your fingers to the side, as if shaking off water from them and then, closing your fingers and placing your palms on the sides of the patient, stroke him from the bottom up. When your fingers go above your head, lower them again in front of him, spreading your fingers. By mentally imagining that you are bathing it with a stream of life force emanating from your fingertips, you will soon acquire the power of movement, moreover, each healer uses his own favorite movements, resorting to them instinctively.
The movement of the hands downwards has a calming effect on the patient, and the movement upwards, in front of the face, excites him to wakefulness and activity.

There are different types of passes, or hand movements, and we will discuss them now. But let us advise readers to familiarize themselves with these various species, so as not to be embarrassed if, for example, the patient wishes to suddenly be reassured. Having become accustomed to the movements, we gain confidence, which is difficult for us to achieve otherwise: then the healer also works calmly and can concentrate all his attention on healing.

1. Longitudinal passes- movements of the arms along the body in the direction from top to bottom. They are made on a sore spot, wherever it is: on the head of the chest, arm, etc. They are always made downwards, and not upwards. you have to imagine that you are pouring out a stream of power from your fingertips. Your fingers should be unclenched and your hands should be held palm down. Movements downwards are made with unclenched fingers, and upwards on the sides of the patient, with clenched fingers, and the palms should be turned towards the patient.
The distance is not determined, it is prescribed instinctively by anyone who will quickly point you to the correct distance, and in some cases it will be much less than in others. If you yourself feel that the distance is “just right”, then you will be satisfied and know that you have reached the distance at which you can achieve the greatest success.
In general, it can be said that a slow movement, at a distance of 3-4 inches from the body, gives a feeling of peace and relief. A more accelerated movement, at a distance of one foot, produces a more revitalizing effect, causing activity and energy in the parts of the body. An even more exciting effect is achieved by even faster and stronger movements at a distance of two feet from the body. These passes contribute to the revitalization of blood circulation and raising the activity of the organs.

2. Cross passes- movements made across the sore spot. In this case, you should turn your palms sideways or outward. This requires a special turn of the brush, but it is easy to get used to it. With your hands in the correct position, stretch them sideways in front of the body or in front of it, but on the reverse movement, turn the palms inward so that they are opposite each other, and not turned one from the other. These movements are very helpful in treating patients suffering from congestion blood. Sometimes it is very useful to apply this method of healing before the treatment with a longitudinal movement.

3. In some cases, it is highly recommended to use the so-called. " palm". The palm of the hand is then brought up to the sore spot at a distance of about six inches, or even a little nearer, and is not withdrawn for several minutes. This is usually done with just one hand. This is an exciting and strengthening effect.

4. In the same genus, the so-called. " Finger Submission", consisting in bringing the fingers of the right hand open to the sore spot at a distance of 6 inches, and holding them so for several minutes, so that the vital force can pass from the tips of the fingers to the diseased part of the body. In some cases, this method is the most successful.

5. A variety of substitution of fingers is " Rotational substitution”, in which it is necessary to hold the hands, as above, for 1-2 minutes, and then begin the rotational movement of the hand at a distance of 6 inches, and hold them like that for several minutes from left to right in the same direction in a clockwise direction. Acts exciting.

6. Another variety is known as " drilling”, while the hands make a drilling motion, as if they want to drill holes in the body of the patient (at a 6-inch distance). This method strongly arouses the activity of the lazy part and causes a feeling of warmth in the part of the body being healed. It should be noted that with these types of substitution, unequal force is applied. The most moderate action is “substituting the palm of your hand”. Then follows the substitution of the fingers, which is already much stronger. Then rotational substitution, which manifests a higher level of energy. The most powerful action is drilling.

7. In some cases, it is possible to achieve a successful result by the laying on of hands, and lay the palm of the hand for several minutes directly on the sore spot. Then, taking your hands away, you need to quickly rub them against each other and put them back in that place. By repeating this several times, you will notice a clear improvement. This method is usually used for headaches and can be used for any ailment. With neuralgia, etc. diseases, this method greatly relieves suffering.

8. " Stroking It helps well with tension and balances the circulation when a tendency to improper circulation is noticed. It is soothing and we recommend using it at the end of the treatment.
When stroking, lightly touch the patient's body or sore spots with your fingertips. One should always rub from top to bottom or to the outer places, and not from the bottom up or inward, and always in the same direction, not back and forth. Touching should be very light, not with the whole hand, but only with the fingertips. The words "lightness, tenderness, airiness" best define the accuracy of movements. With exercise, you can soon comprehend the correctness of these movements.
If you want to stroke the whole body of the patient, then it is better to divide this method of healing into two parts, namely:
1) From head to waist;
2) From the waist to the legs.
When stroking the whole body, attention should be paid to the chest and stomach in order to revitalize these organs and equalize their magnetism.

9. It should be remembered that the old tried and tested method of rubbing is only another way of transferring the vital force or prana. This method has been known since ancient times, has always been used by all peoples. The clergy in Egypt have always used it to treat chronic diseases. Hippocrates greatly appreciated rubbing and, apparently, used them very often. He wrote the following: “The doctor must know a lot, he is obliged to study the beneficial effects of rubbing. By rubbing, the opposite results can be achieved: it loosens stiff joints and strengthens weakened ones. Almost 2000 years ago, Celsus vigorously defended this method of treatment, he paid a lot of attention to way of life healing in his books and, by the way, proved that this method was known and used for many years before him.
IN ancient rome rubbing was a favorite form of treatment, and the wealthy used it regularly to maintain their health.
And now many people use it under the name "massage". The Greek physician of the 6th century, Alexander Trakhles, was an adherent of the "Mystical Rubbings" and used them in the treatment. He assured that rubbing contributed to the throwing away of everything harmful, calmed the nerves and facilitated the release of sweat. In addition, he believed that it relieved convulsions and, in general, helped with various ailments. He wrote a lot on this topic and agreed with Hippocrates that only clerics should have been initiated into these secret rubbings, and not communicated to the profane. The physician of Louis XVII, Peter Boral, writes that a certain Degust - the court secretary - healed many people by rubbing their hands and feet. And now, in our time, massage is very much appreciated, and the new school of “Osteopathy” is used everywhere, and is a success.
When rubbing to revitalize the body through the vital force, one should act gently, since the manifestation of force is not required and undesirable here: the result is achieved only by transferring vitality to the sore spot. With this method of treatment, it is necessary to use the palm and lower part of the fingers. Fingertips and thumb should be bent, in which the lower part of the thumb is fleshy, you can use it with your palm. Movements must be made from top to bottom. Some use a different method of rubbing: after the pressure of the palm, they press in a special way with the flat fingertips.
You can choose any of these methods at your own discretion. With each method, it was noted that the doctor must feel that in this way he can best transfer the vital force to the patient. This gave the healer "feelings" and should be adhered to as it quickly begins to show up in the healer.

10. Many healers believe " rotary motion» a very successful way of treatment. It consists in a circular rubbing motion (as described below) of the hands and fingers over the sore spots. You should always follow the direction of the clock hand, and not chaotic movements back and forth. Such healing stimulates the action of the cells and is useful in their weakening.

11. Another method of treatment, which is called " application". It helps with stiff muscles, rheumatism and other local rather than organic ailments. Pressing is done by grasping muscles or tissues and "processing" them along the surface adjacent to them. There are three different types:
1. Surface pressing.
2. Pressing with the palm of your hand.
3. Pressing with fingers.
One of the practical methods of external pressing is "pinching", and it consists of grasping the skin of the patient with the thumb and forefinger, while the skin rises slightly, then lowers and lies down as before. Both hands are used alternately: one grabs the skin when the other lowers it, and so on over the entire surface.
This method is very revitalizing for the patient, and is successfully used in poor circulation and in other similar cases.
Pressing with the palm is done with the whole hand. It is necessary to grab the sore spot with the palm of the hand and clenched fingers, without using the thumb, with the exception of its fleshy part, which helps in the movement of the lower part of the palm, called the heel of the hand, one should firmly hold the captured body, preventing it from slipping away, it is necessary to pinch deeply in order to grab it well muscles. Do not use too much force, act carefully, but still vigorously. Use both hands alternately. There are various ways of applying this movement, which the healer himself comprehends after some practice. He will eventually feel life in his hands, instinctively understand how best to transfer this life to the patient.
Pressing with fingers consists in covering the sore spot between the fingers while lightly rubbing it over another, adjacent part of the body or bone.

12. If the patient needs an excited activity of the organism, various types of healing can be applied with the help of "tapping", of which we will name a few here. At the same time, the hand must remain flexible and free; a non-bending hand is not applicable in such cases. The percussion should be elastic and rough movements and bruises should be avoided.
a) The fallback method of tapping can be called a "thumping motion" consisting of a chopping motion of the hand, which should be open, with the fingers clenched. The blows are applied with the side of the hand "at the little finger", the hand acts like a meat cutter. Keep your fingers loose, they are compressed when striking.
b) A crushing movement, consisting in striking the inner flat surface of a semi-clenched fist, with the "heel of the hand" and the clenched fingertips in contact with the patient's body.
c) The third method can be called the "impact method", with the hand hitting or spanking, while the fingers remain motionless.
d) The fourth method can be called the method of clapping, in which one should keep the arm slightly bent so that a dull sound is obtained. The position of the hand should be similar to the hand movement used by some people in the theater when they want to make a strong sound with their hand during applause. After some practice, this movement will quickly become familiar.
e) The fifth method can be called the "tapping" method, it consists in bringing the fingertips to each other of both hands and striking them on the body alternately.

13. Any method of treatment through the transfer of prana is "Vibrational Healing", which consists of a whole series of vibrational movements produced by the doctor's hand. In this case, fingers are usually used. They are firmly applied to the sore spot, then a slight trembling or vibrational movement is made. The latter is considered difficult at first, but is achieved with due skill. This is a powerful way of treatment and the patient gets a feeling of electric current, You should not press the body with the hands, the patient should only feel the heaviness of the hand itself. With proper vibrational healing, the vibration should pass through the sore spot, when the other hand is placed under the body, the vibration should be felt by it.
During the training of students in this method of healing, they put a glass of water on the table and showed them these vibrational movements on the table. When the right movement is achieved, the water trembles only in the middle, and does not overflow from side to side. We advise readers to take up vibrational healing very seriously, if you study it, you can achieve amazing success.

14. Healing through breathing also brings amazing results. This method has been known since prehistoric times, Arnob reports that the Egyptians were very successful in treating this method, and that some preferred it to stroking or laying on hands. Merklin in his work tells about the case when one old woman revived and healed a child who seemed almost hopeless.
Borel speaks of a sect living in India that heals the sick through breathing. In India, there are even now some clergymen who, breathing on the sick, as if transmit to them living life and fresh strength. Borel (who lived about 1650) before the birth of Christ reports a case when a servant revived the seemingly dead body of his master with his breath and adds: “Is it amazing that the breath of a person produces such an effect. Since we believe that God breathed life into the body of Adam, this is a particle of that divine breath, which even today can restore health to the sick.” In Spain there are people called insalvadores who heal with saliva and breath.
Breath healers use two commonly recognized methods of treatment. The first is known under the name "Hot breath of air". At the same time, a clean towel or napkin is applied to the sore spot, and then the half-open mouth is pressed close to the body so that the breath cannot escape. Then you need to slowly breathe strongly, as if forcing the breath to penetrate the body. The towel will become very hot, and the patient will clearly feel the warmth. Another method is to bring the lips closer to the body at a distance of one inch: while blowing on the sore spot, as you blow on frozen hands in winter, to warm them.
Another way is to purse your lips and blow at a distance of one foot or more, as if you were about to extinguish a candle. It has a calming effect and even induces sleep, it helps a lot with overworking the brain and other similar cases.

15. Some healers are willing to use eye healing. It consists in the following: the doctor “runs” the patient or the sore spot with his eyes and literally bathes the patient in the rays of his gaze.

16. Life force is often transmitted through objects, such as new scarves and other objects, previously treated in the same way as if they were treating people themselves. To heal or magnetize an object such as a handkerchief, the healer must pass over it until he feels that the object is sufficiently supplied with his power, at which point he may stop the treatment. This object, when used by the sick, emits at the last rays of magnetism, gradually decreasing to complete exhaustion. Some people magnetize an object by holding it in their hands for a while.

With all methods of treatment, it is recommended to end the session with stroking, which we have already talked about. This relieves and calms the patient. Never forget this. All this will appear to the beginning healer gradually, by intuition, and in the end there is something that can only be learned from personal experience. And no two persons heal in exactly the same way. Don't be afraid to follow your own intuition in this regard.

Chapter 8 Pranic Breathing Pranic breathing plays an important role in pranic healing. Through it, the supply of prana is replenished, and the latter is distributed to diseased parts of the body. Pranic breathing is based on continuous vibration, which manifests itself in

  • Two Basic Principles of Pranic Healing

    Pranic healing is based on two main principles - cleansing and recharging the patient's energy body with prana, or life energy. It is through cleansing or removing diseased energy from the affected chakra or diseased organ, and then feeding them enough prana (life energy), that healing is achieved. These two main principles are the basis of pranic healing.

    The action of these basic principles - cleansing and recharging - is very clearly seen in our body. The body is cleansed by releasing used air, or carbon dioxide, when exhaling, and recharged by receiving fresh air, or oxygen, when inhaling. The physical body purifies itself through its excretory system and recharges itself through the appropriate foodstuffs. Therefore, the healer must give equal importance to both cleansing and recharging.

    Cleansing is required to remove lifeless, diseased energy from the entire body, or from its affected part or parts, as well as to remove blockages in energy channels. At the same time, the rays of health are simultaneously cleansed, "combed" and straightened.

    It should be noted that the affected area should be thoroughly cleaned before and/or after recharging. In case of severe diseases, it is necessary to cleanse the entire energy body. Very often, after an initial cleaning, it is recommended that the patient be partially recharged to facilitate further cleaning. It is similar to cleaning: a very dirty floor is first swept, and then water and soap or detergent are used to wash it and remove stubborn stains. The whole procedure should be repeated until the state of the energy body is normalized. If cleaning is not carried out, the patient may experience "healing crisis". This reaction is explained by the fact that the body is taking vigorous measures to correct and normalize its condition. It is usually painful and uncomfortable and may look like initial deterioration. However, after enduring the "healing crisis", the condition of the body gradually improves. However, this reaction is completely optional and can be avoided if the cleaning is done properly.

    A similar case once occurred with a patient suffering from chronic abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting caused by an emotional factor. She had prana stagnation in her abdomen. Recharging with prana was carried out without preliminary cleansing of the affected area. And, although the patient felt relief, abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting resumed and intensified within 20-30 minutes. A "healing crisis" set in: the body made efforts to cleanse itself and throw out stagnant, diseased energy in order to normalize its condition. Three hours later, the patient was cleansed and recharged with prana in the abdomen, resulting in a lasting improvement.

    The same patient received several more healing sessions for the same condition. This time, she felt relief within minutes of just brushing, or removing the diseased energy from the affected area. There was no recharging, because the improvement came immediately. There was no healing crisis.

    Purification helps the prana, or ki, to penetrate better into the diseased part of the body. Recharging an ailing area with energy without first cleansing it is like pouring fresh coffee into a cup filled with old coffee, or trying to force out dirty water from a sponge, pouring it with clean water. This approach is slow and downright wasteful. Access for fresh prana to the affected area is difficult, because the latter is filled with sick energy and the energy channels are blocked. In addition, the radiated pure prana cannot be completely absorbed by the affected area. Therefore, the symptoms may return either immediately or after a short time.

    Here are a few reasons why you should clean before recharging:

    1. Prana or ki is more easily absorbed.
    2. The healing session takes less time and less prana is needed to heal the patient.
    3. The possibility of a healing crisis is reduced or eliminated.
    4. The risk of damage to the finest energy channels, or meridians, is reduced.

    For mild illnesses, in most cases a cleansing of the energy body and/or diseased area is usually sufficient to heal the patient. In severe cases, areas of diseased energy are so depleted that the healer has to recharge them with prana to hasten recovery.

    Hand and finger chakras

    There are two very important chakras in the center of the palms: these are left hand chakra And right hand chakra. Typically, these chakras are about 1 inch (2.5 cm - approx. per.) in diameter. For some pranic healers, the size of the hand chakras can reach 2 inches (5 cm - approx. per.) or more in diameter. Although the hand chakras are considered small (secondary), they play a very important role in pranic healing. It is through the chakras of the hands that the healer absorbs prana from the outside and transfers it to the patient. Both hand chakras - right and left - are able to absorb and transmit prana, or ki. However, it is easier for right-handed people to use the left hand chakra to absorb prana and the right hand chakra to transmit prana, and vice versa for left-handed people.

    There are mini chakras on each finger. These chakras are also capable of absorbing and transmitting prana. The hand chakras radiate less concentrated or softened prana, while the stronger, more intense prana radiates from the finger chakras. Recharging children, the elderly or severely weakened people with energy should be done slowly and carefully, using the chakras of the hands.

    Stimulating or activating the chakras of the hands makes the hands more sensitive, resulting in the development of the ability to feel more subtle matters and the ability to scan different layers of the aura. After all, it is through scanning that the healer discovers diseased areas in the energy body.

    Increasing your energy level by pressing the tip of the tongue to the palate

    Your energy level can be temporarily and easily increased by pressing the tip of the tongue to the palate (hereinafter - "pressing the tongue to the palate"). As a result, the connection between the back and front energy channels is improved, which leads to activation and increased circulation of pranic energy. This manifests itself in the form of an increase in the size of the inner aura. For example, when a switch is turned on, the light comes on. The circuit is closed. Turn it off and there is no light. Similarly, pressing the tongue against the palate increases the flow of pranic energy. When the tongue is not pressed against the palate, the circulation of energy is reduced.

    Pressing the tongue against the palate allows the healer to receive more energy and makes the healing process more effective. Therefore, while developing the sensitivity of the chakras of the hands and fingers, scanning, brushing and recharging, your tongue should be pressed against the palate. This technique can also be used while reading, studying, meditating, and other energy-intensive activities.

    The Seven Basic Techniques (Techniques) Used in Elementary Pranic Healing

    The following are the seven main techniques used in the practice of elemental pranic healing:

    1. Increasing the sensitivity of the hands
    2. Scanning the inner aura
    3. Cleaning: general and local
    4. Increasing the susceptibility of the patient
    5. Prana Charging: Hand Chakra Technique
    a) Collection (absorption) of prana
    b) Transmission (radiation) of prana
    6. Stabilization (fixing) of the transferred prana
    7. Release of transmitted pranic energy

    All the techniques given in this chapter have been tried and tested in healing. Most of you will be able to achieve positive results in just a few sessions if you follow the instructions correctly. It is very important to keep an open mind and perseverance. Put the acquired knowledge into practice immediately and try to practice new techniques for at least four sessions.

    Increasing the sensitivity of the hands

    Since it takes a considerable amount of time to develop the ability to see an aura, you should at least try to activate your hands in order to begin to feel the energy field, or inner aura. This will allow you to determine which areas of the patient's energy body are depleted and which are stagnant.

    Physical exercises to help increase the sensitivity of the hands

    To facilitate the process of activating the chakras of the hands, please perform a set of exercises that will cleanse and open the meridians of the spine, shoulders, arms and fingers:

    1. Exercise for the spine: raise your arms forward at chest level. Perform rotations of the body alternately to the right and to the left. Do this exercise 10 times.

    2. Exercise for the hips: circle the hips 10 times clockwise, and then 10 times counterclockwise.

    3. Exercise for the neck: rotate the neck clockwise 10 times, and then counterclockwise 10 times. This exercise is contraindicated for people suffering from blockage of the carotid artery.

    4. Exercise for the shoulders: make circular rotational movements with your hands 10 times forward, then 10 times back.

    5. Exercise for the elbow and wrist joints: bend your elbows close to your chest, clenching your palms into a fist. Straighten your arms forward, unclenching your fists at the same time. Do this exercise 10 times.

    6. Exercise for the wrists: make circular rotational movements with the wrists, first to the right side 10 times, then to the left side 10 times.

    Method

    1. Press the tongue against the palate.

    2. Press your thumb on the centers of your palms. This will make it easier to concentrate on the middle of the palms.

    3. Place your hands parallel to each other at a distance of 3 inches (7.5 cm - per.) one from the other, while the armpits should be slightly open.

    4. Feel the centers of your palms and fingertips. Breathing is slow. Begin to gently spread and bring your hands together. Movements must be very slow. Continue these steps for about 5 minutes. When attention is concentrated on the centers of the palms and fingertips, the chakras of the hands and fingers are activated, as a result of which the sensitivity of the hands increases, that is, the hands begin to feel subtle energy, or subtle matter.

    Eighty to ninety percent of you will feel a tingle, warmth, pressure, or rhythmic pulsation between your palms on the first try. It is important to feel pressure or rhythmic pulsation.

    5. After increasing the sensitivity of the hands, immediately proceed to scanning.

    6. Develop the sensitivity of your hands for about a month. In general, your hands will become more or less permanently responsive after a month of practice.

    7. Don't be disappointed if you don't feel anything the first time you try. Keep practicing, and most likely you will learn to perceive these subtle sensations already in the fourth session. It is important to keep an open mind and focus well.

    Scanning

    In scanning, it is helpful, but not essential, to learn to feel the size and shape of the outer aura and the health aura before beginning to scan the inner aura. This will make your hands more sensitive, since the outer and health aura are more "subtle" than the inner aura, and you will also prove to yourself the existence of the outer and health aura. In healing, we are mainly interested in examining the inner aura. It is when scanning the internal aura that one can determine the location of diseased areas.

    When scanning with your hands, always focus on the centers of your palms. Concentration on the centers of the palms keeps the chakras activated or further activates the chakras of the hands, making them sensitive to subtle energy or matter. Without it, you will have a hard time scanning.

    Another coincidence - I have long believed that the 8 chakra system is more harmonious than 7, and therefore I wanted to call the Indian system not 7 chakras, but 7-8 chakras (well, like gamma up to an octave, standard, harmonic), but not I could call it the 8th chakra because I almost never found confirmation of this, only Alena told me that she had heard something similar somewhere, but this was not enough. I remember Pasha asked a funny question - how many (basic) chakras do you think a person has - 6 or 8? The number 7 was not specifically named. He said - 8.
    And I called the Egyptian chakra system 12-13 chakra, by analogy, well, chromatic.
    So, I found some kind of confirmation of my words.

    And right here Egyptian 13 chakra system:
    http://www.waylove.ru/p9804
    http://alpha-omega.su/index/0-24

    Surya Chakra
    "Solar". It is located halfway between the xiphoid process of the sternum and the navel, in the region of the solar plexus.
    Surya Chakra controls the proper functioning of the organs abdominal cavity. When activated, it prolongs life and is symbolized by the wish-fulfilling tree. This chakra can be activated by holding the breath.

    Manas Chakra
    Mind chakra. It is located in the middle of the distance between the heart and the navel.
    Manas Chakra regulates imagination, emotions, creation. To develop these abilities, you should perform exercises to activate the chakra. Activated by holding the breath.

    soma chakra
    "Lunar". Located in the center of the brain.
    This chakra is involved in stabilizing the normal body temperature.

    heart chakra
    The heart chakra is located in the area of the left nipple.
    This chakra is responsible for the health of the heart and cardiovascular system. The whole chakra is filled with blue light (!that's why the feeling of deep love for me was blue color!). Above and below, at a great distance from each other, two light yellow crescents are symmetrically located. Pain in the heart begins when the crescents approach each other. The smaller the distance between them, the more pronounced the pain and the more serious the heart disease. At the moment of contact of the crescents, a heart attack occurs.

    Chakra of the thirteenth world
    Located in the area of the right nipple. All astral negativity is concentrated in this chakra. inner world person. When there is too much negativity, the energy of the thirteenth world chakra begins to destroy the body, disrupting the harmonious flow of energy through the body and destroying interchakra connections. Needs regular cleaning. However, two conditions must be met. Firstly, this work can only be done with the help of a strong bioenergetician with extensive experience. Secondly, for successful work with the chakra of the thirteenth world, it is necessary that the patient takes an active part in this process. This requires a strong desire to get rid of negative thoughts and emotions, and spiritual practices.

    Lalata Chakra
    It is located on the midline of the forehead at the border of hair growth.
    This chakra is responsible for behavioral reactions and the fate of a person.

    Chakra circle
    Between the occipital protuberances in the region of the medulla oblongata is a chakra circle, consisting of twelve chakras. They are located in the same way as the numbers on the watch dial are located and correspond to them by numbers.
    Each of the chakras of the circle is associated with a specific system of the body. The peculiarity of these chakras is that normally they are all in an inactive state. If any of the chakras of the circle is active, then this indicates a disease of the system associated with it or the presence of disturbing processes in the body.
    The chakras are located as follows:
    1 - cardiovascular system;
    2 - organs of the head;
    3 - oncological diseases;
    4 - genitourinary system;
    5 - hematopoietic system;
    6 - associated with the chakra of the 13th world;
    7 - oncological diseases;
    8 - organs of the gastrointestinal tract;
    9 - oncological diseases;
    10 - immune system;
    11 - endocrine system;
    12 - central nervous system.

    There are also seven lower chakras. They are located in the legs and are associated with the lower, "animal" instincts.

    Here's another interesting one: http://priroda.inc.ru/astral/astral101.html

    It is also worth noting that each chakra has its own vibration, and these vibrations can be compared with wavelengths of different colors (you can draw a pyramid, the base of which is red - muladhara (the longest wave), and the top is purple - sahasrara (the shortest wave). There are I have an idea that when the wave becomes as short as possible, a transition to a standing wave is possible - that is, as if into a vertical one, a 90-degree turn - a transition to the 4th dimension.

    Well, if you take a prism, then all colors together give white - this is, perhaps, our standing wave, integral, enlightenment, or the achievement of holiness. In addition, the chakras can also be compared with the steps of the fret, and in this case the transition is carried out to the next octave, which can be, for example, the existence of consciousness at the planetary level, then - the level of the star (solar-systemic), then - the galaxy, and so Further. Music of the Spheres...

    And besides, there is chakras below mooladhara.
    Here is about the chakras below Muladhara: http://www.layayoga.ru/index.php?id=1054
    seven chakras or tal, located between the spine and feet, are places of instinctive consciousness, a source of fear, anger, envy, confusion, selfishness, anger, lack of consciousness. People whose consciousness has settled in these seven chakras below Muladhara are not interested in religion. They treat any religion with disrespect and deny the existence of God. It is a place where the fears associated with prejudice predominate. There are no rules here. There is no conscience here. The various interconnected states of consciousness that can be encountered in these seven chakras cause chaos, feelings of hopelessness, despair - all adharmic states of the mind. Such is the frequency of vibrations of the instinctive mind of the regions below the muladhara, in which Ganesha sits in all his greatness.

    # atala chakra. In the upper thigh area (hip joints). Fear and gross lust. Astral world of Atala. When one is in this state of consciousness, one fears both God and other people, and sometimes even oneself.

    # Vitala Chakra. At the bottom of the thighs. Manifestation of violent anger. The astral world of Vitala or Avichi ("joyless"). Anger comes from frustration or self-will. When people are conscious of this chakra, they become angry even with God. In their anger, they often harm those around them. From the containment of anger arises a constant burning feeling of indignation.

    # Sutala Chakra ("Great Abyss"). In the area of the knees. Feelings of vindictive jealousy and envy. The astral world of Sutala or Samhata ("discarded"). Envy arises from feelings of inadequacy, inferiority, and helplessness. When it is mixed with anger, it causes a terrible reaction in the nervous system of the astral body. People who are conscious of this chakra often deny the existence of God and constantly fight with each other.

    # Talatala Chakra ("Lower Realm"). In the calf area. Constant mental delusion and anxiety, stupid instinctive stubbornness, a total instinct for self-preservation, a desire to get more than to give, pressure on other people, without considering the consequences. All for your own benefit. Astral - Tamisra ("darkness") or Talatala. When people are in the consciousness of this chakra, they declare the dominance of the material principle over everything else. Greed, deceit, violence, bribery and lust predominate in this area. This is such a state of mind, which can be characterized by the words "man is a wolf to man."

    # Rasatala Chakra ("Underground Region"). At the ankles. Selfishness, possessiveness, instinctive reason. The astral world is Rijima ("original") or Rasatala. First of all, take care of yourself and your well-being. Memory, reason, stubbornness, thoughts, feelings and actions without consciousness of what is being done are all motivating factors of this chakra, directed by anger and fear. For this state of consciousness, envy, anger and fear are more intense, even higher, states of consciousness. Real atheism, the main part of the mass consciousness of people during the Kali Yuga period.

    # Mahatala Chakra ("Great Bottom"). In the area of the feet. Lack of compassion, stealing unconscious. People living in the consciousness of this area feel that "the world owes them their livelihood." They just take whatever they think is theirs.

    # Patala Chakra ("Sinner's Realm"). In the feet. Continuous violence and destruction, revenge, killing for the sake of killing, malice expressed through the destruction of other people's property, mind, emotions and physical bodies, hatred, malice. This is the consciousness of terrorists and those who support them and rejoice from afar in their every murder and violence. Arguments rarely affect those who are in this state of mind. The astral world of Patala or Kakola ("black poison").

    From here, from the very bottom, there is no other way but up. Evolution takes its toll on raising the consciousness of these dissolute souls upward, bringing them to their personal ego and giving them self-esteem, and then endowing them with envy. The next stage on the path of ascent is the struggle with fears and memory of one's past deeds, with fears of repetition of these horrific events and, as a result, an ascent to the area of memory and reason, and to the area of the manipura chakra. In this place you can become religious, penitent, look back at your life and burst into tears of remorse for past actions. Yes, there is only one way, You can go either up or down.

    Here, in the manipura chakra, which is closely connected with the memory chakra, they are ready to take prayashchitta (penance), no matter what it takes, in order to extract emotions from the memories tangled in the depths of the subconscious into a tight ball. This is a painful process. However, on the path of evolution, one must pass through it. When it is passed (although, frankly, it is not easy and not always possible), these changes for the better will affect the flow of prana that passes through the subconscious, subconscious and subconscious mind of such people, their family members, their ancestors and descendants for several previous years. generations and many generations to come.

    5 and 7 (8) chakra Mayan systems
    7 Radial Plasma - 7 Beams - 7-chakra system used to turn on the noospheric chip. It is a basic tuning technique in the 13 Moon calendar, where in 4 weeks in the Moon we activate the chakras 4 times, spiraling the energy into anahata.
    The 8th chakra, according to information from the description of the wave module, is called Dramitrana. I did not find information about it in other sources.
    http://www.megagluk.ru/maja/PlazmyDnejNedeli.htm
    http://www.milogiya2007.ru/kubzakon1.htm
    http://www.bestreferat.ru/referat-77464.html - healing practices of the Mayan people, Zapotecs and Olmecs. It is stated here that American shamans have 9 main chakras.

    I didn’t find any information about the 5-chakra version, but I know that there is such an option, although it is used for other needs. And I can definitely say that according to the Maya, the Earth has 5 chakras.

    5 and 7(8) chakra Buddhist system
    The 7(8)-chakra system does not differ from the Indian one, but I did not find information about the 5-chakra system, although I remember that there is such a system (maybe I'm wrong). Or it is even possible that everything is somehow completely different here))) The Buddhist tantras speak only of four chakras located in the navel, heart, throat and cranial plexus.
    There is also the concept bindu- energy matrix.
    Buddhist tantric practices, such as the six yogas of Naropa and their preliminary practices, also use chakras in which mantric syllables are visualized to be melted and moved.
    Avadhuti(Tibetan) - the central channel through which the winds move, an analogue of Sushumna (Sanskrit). Right channel - Rasalana, left - Lalalana, and they seem to correspond to Pingala and Ida.

    Chakras have the following names (here I can confuse):
    Ushnisha chakra- apparently corresponds to the Sahasrara.

    Mahasukha Chakra- corresponds, apparently, to ajna. She is - Ushnisha-kamala or Sahasukha-kamala. Mahasukha-chakra - from two parts, internal: 4-petaled lotus, represents 4 noble truths or 4 categories (chatush-koti), is the nature of the "circle of enlightenment" (bodhi-mandala), since it is considered a receptacle (adhara) and grain- the seed (bija) of all that exists. Outer: 32-petaled lotus with an inverted ha sign in the middle (symbolizing the nature of bodhichitta) and 15 astrological numbers of the moon. Inside are yoginis of 16 kala times (doubled, taking into account the division of day and night, they are expressed by the number of lotus petals). On both sides - the channels of lalana and rasana, in the center - the avadhutika nerve.

    Sambhoga Chakra corresponds, apparently, to Vishuddha, the throat chakra. Sambhogakaya (Skt. संभोगकाय, Chinese 報身, bao sheng - “body of bliss” or “divine body”) is the image of the Buddha, comprehended in deep meditation. In this mystical form, the Buddha manifests himself to give deep teachings to bodhisattvas and yogis. This is Purified Speech, the communicative principle. Sambhoga Chakra - 16-petal red lotus, inside - the sign of hum, from above the channel continuously flows nectar.

    Dharma Chakra- corresponds, apparently, to Anahata, the heart chakra, and besides, somewhere in it there is an indestructible drop of consciousness (I don’t remember exactly what it is called right now). Dharmakai (Sanskr. धर्मकाय, Kit. 法身, Fa Shen - “essential body”) or vajrakaya (Sanskr. वज्रकाय, “diamond body”) - the highest, absolute manifestation of the spiritual essence, the essence of the universe, comprehended only through higher enlightenment. This is the Awakened Mind. Dharma-chakra - double 8-petal lotus (vishva-padma), one looks up, the other down; in the middle is an inverted hum sign; a little higher is a white lotus representing the universe (brahmanda-sadrisa-kara), it contains pure consciousness (vijnana).

    Nirmana Chakra- apparently corresponds to Manipura. Nirmanakaya (Skt. निर्माणकाय, Chinese 化身 hua sheng - "phenomenal body"). Buddha manifesting himself in the everyday world. In particular, the historical Buddha (Prince Siddhartha Gautama) is considered a nirmanakaya. This is the Body of Emanation. The Nirmana Chakra is represented as a 64-petalled blue lotus, in which is the syllable am in the form of a dazzling pearl. A little lower is kanda - the point of convergence of all (72,000) nerves of the body, from which the nerves of incense (prajna) and rasana (upaya) begin. In the center of the lotus is a goddess, symbolizing the universe.

    Ratna Chakra- the middle secret chakra + two more - in front of it and behind it, apparently correspond to Svadhisthana.

    9 chakra Slavic system
    http://etaranov.livejournal.com/599.html
    The human energy system is built on the mutual influence of various energy flows, each of which has its own color, sound, spectrum, frequency and energy center on the human body. This energy center still bears the ancient Slavic - CHAKRA, Chak-Ra, where CHAK (there is even such a rune) means circulation in two directions (for receiving and for issuing), i.e. incoming and outgoing energies, and RA means pure radiance.

    For the Slavs and Aryans, it is a shining 16-dimensional energy-informational cocoon, which is outside of material time and space. The projection of its manifestation in the 4-dimensional (length, width, height and time) material world resembles the shape of 9 luminous different colors rainbows of energy nesting dolls nested one inside the other.

    The Slavic system of energy centers contains 37 main energy centers: 9 are dominant, and 28 are decisive. Together they create an energy cross. Moreover, the dominant ones are divided into three structures:
    . the first lower 3 chakras are responsible for the physical development of a person;
    . middle 3 chakras are responsible for mental development;
    . the upper 3 chakras are responsible for Spiritual development.

    11 Chakra Pranic Healing System
    Another option for the number of main chakras - 11, is mentioned in a book on pranic healing:

    Keith also spoke about chakras in an interesting way (from the point of view of the magic of the 4th era), but unfortunately I did not remember enough.

    When I give a massage, I am sometimes told that my hands seem to be hot, electricity, or something like that. In short, the massage is also energetic.
    And somehow I managed to remove some bruises and swelling from the leg of one slipped and fallen woman and remove the pain, it turned out quite often to treat a headache ... Then people even began to contact me about this.

    Therefore, I became interested in pranic healing and reiki.

    Problems of spiritual practice

    Consequently, there arises the problem of structuring the "lower nature", of singling out specific objects for the application of constructive efforts. The esoteric tradition distinguishes two classes of such objects: the system of "bodies", also called "beings", "sheaths", "veils", and the system of "centers", also called "lotuses", "wheels" or Chakras. In what follows I will speak simply of "bodies" and "centers".

    To better understand the essence of these two classes of objects, one can imagine "lower nature" as a system of elements organized into a single whole by a system of relations with the environment. The elements of the "lower nature" are presented in the esoteric tradition as a system of "subtle bodies" revealed in the process of introspection, observation of one's inner world (see Appendix http://psylib.org.ua/books/danch02/txt041.htm), - and its relations are presented here as a system of "centers" revealed in the process of interaction, the interaction of a person with the outside world. In other words, "bodies" and "centers" are the internal and external functions of the "lower nature" responsible for maintaining its integrity.

    In fact, external and internal system functions are inseparable: in the work of each of the "centers" all the "bodies" are represented, and the structural organization of the "centers" is reflected in the work of each of the bodies. The meaning of the theoretical distinction between "bodies" and "centers" is to indicate the need for two different forms of spiritual practice - introspective and interactive. "Bodies" and "centers" serve as guidelines for these two forms of practice, indicating the main areas of our inner world (its "elements") and the main areas of our relations with the outside world. In short, the constructive effect of the practice must be reflected both in the elements of the "lower nature" and in its relations with the environment...

    Oleg - Wait, I don't quite understand what you mean by "centers". In your opinion, it turns out that the system of centers is the system of our relations with the world?
    - So to speak.
    Oleg - But why do you call these relations "centers"? Traditionally, the centers are known areas of the body - the perineum, upper and lower abdomen, chest, throat, between the eyebrows and crown.

    Zhenya - Indeed, what is the connection between the Chakras and "relations with the world"? Also, traditional Chakra work - Kundalini raising - can hardly be called an "interactive practice". This is precisely an introspective practice carried out in a secluded place. What does "relations with the world" have to do with it?

    I just wanted to say that traditionally there are two classes of objects of spiritual practice. In my interpretation of these objects, I start from tradition, I develop tradition. My interpretation is really unconventional; but it does not negate tradition, but includes it in itself.

    Indeed, raising the Kundalini is an introspective practice carried out with the aim of achieving a trance state. Trance is achieved here by gaining conscious control over the so-called non-specific activating system and successive "deactivation" of various parts of the autonomic and central nervous system: it is said that Kundalini successively "dissolves" all the Chakras in itself. At the same time, Chakras are not just nerve centers and not even "etheric energy centers" hidden in the human body, as the Theosophists believed. Chakras are only associated with known areas of the body, but are not located in them. If we turn to the Tantric tradition, and not to its Western interpretations - theosophical or parapsychological - we will see that the Chakras are complex symbolic complexes that summarize the ideas of this culture about the fundamental elements of the world and its forces - both natural and divine. According to the Tantras, "what is here (in the body of a person, more precisely, his Chakras), that is everywhere, and what is not here, is not anywhere." Chakras are the "summary of the universe", points of conjugation, nodes of communication between man and the world, authorized representations of world forces in man. According to the ancients, the process of "liberation" is possible precisely due to the fact that all the forces are ordered in the Chakra system, ruling man and the world: for the Tantrics, the "dissolution" of the Chakras in Kundalini was tantamount to the dissolution of the world and man in the Force that originally created them. In essence, the "dissolution" of the Chakras is equivalent to a consistent rupture of a person's relationship with the external and internal world.

    Such a gap is a typical example of the suppression of the "lower nature" in the name of trance stabilization of insight. However, in this case, I am interested in what should be the constructive effect of a practice oriented not to trance, but to transmutational stabilization. The strategic direction is clear - not for suppression, but for development. It is also clear that relations with the world cannot be developed through introspection - they can be developed only through interaction, interaction with the world.

    The understanding of the Chakras, traditional for European esotericism, as some kind of "centers" enclosed in the body, is quite natural, because we really feel them localized in the body. For the first time, we discover them precisely as sources of specific bodily sensations that carry information about the environment, about the situation of interaction with the environment. But this is only one, the most noticeable side of the Chakras - this is their "energetic", pranic aspect. It is easiest to notice that the body feels our relationship with the world, to highlight a number of areas of the body that react and take part in different ways of such kind. It is much less noticeable that the same structure of relationships is reflected in the emotional plane, the plane of intellectual activity, the motivational sphere. And the fact that these relations are reflected in our physical body, that the very structure of our organism reflects the history of evolution, the history of the development of the relationship of the world with itself, is completely invisible.

    Oleg - What kind of relationship are we talking about? What kind of relationship do you associate with certain centers?
    - In general, I considered this issue in sufficient detail in the last article.

    Well, let me just read this passage. By the way, there is also about working with centers. (Reads) "Considering the centers as functional psycho-physiological segments of a person, carrying out the main forms of his interaction with the world, work with the centers can be defined as work with the functions of the centers, that is, as the study of the main areas of our real and ideal relations with the world, namely:

    RELATIONSHIP SURVIVAL("RIGHTS and DUTIES"), associated with the fundamental fact of human involvement in the structure of objective connections of the natural and social world with the ensuing need to follow the laws of these connections - the sphere of orientation relations of "my place in the world", including relations of subordination and domination ( Muladhara Chakra);

    COMPLEMENTARY RELATIONSHIPS("PARTNERSHIPS"), due to the fundamental fact of the duality of any forms of interaction, the fundamental "polarization" of the universe, the mode of existence of which is the interaction of its constituent elements - the sphere of communicative relations, the "dialogue" of a person with the world, including relations between the sexes (Svadhishthana Chakra );

    OPERATIONAL ("BUSINESS") RELATIONSHIPS associated with the negentropic (ordering) nature of human interaction with the world - the sphere of "recombinatory", manipulative relations with the world in the process of its transformation, including economic relations (Manipura Chakra);

    RELATIONSHIPS OF IDENTITY ("LOVE and COMPASSION") conditioned by the fundamental fact of the substantial unity of man and the world (Anahata Chakra);

    SHAPING ("CREATIVE") RELATIONSHIPS, due to the progressive, developing nature of the "eternally new" relationship of man with the world (Vishuddha Chakra);

    LEARNING RELATIONSHIPS ("KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS") associated with the assimilation and use personal experience human relations with the world (Ajna Chakra);

    IDEOLOGICAL or VALUE-ORIENTATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS conditioned by the historical process of socialization of the experience of human relations with the world (Sahasrara Chakra).

    The spatial organization of the system of centers reflects the history of its formation: the lower centers carry out evolutionarily more ancient forms of relations with the world. So, already the simplest SINGLE-CELLULAR ARE with the environment in a relationship of survival; in the PLANT kingdom, relationships of complementarity flourish ( sexual reproduction and the "great cycle" of photosynthesis - respiration), and operational relations reach their perfection in the rigidly "automated" realm of ARthropods. In the realm of VERTEBRATES, relations of species identity (“a crow will not peck out a crow's eye”) and creative relations associated with the development of plasticity of adaptive behavior are actualized. Learning relationships, which play a huge role in the organization of the life of MAMMALS, acquire special meaning at the stage of ANTHROPOGENESIS; ideological relations with the world are inherent only in HUMAN. At each of the subsequent stages of the development of the system of centers, the previous forms of relations are included in a structure with a higher level of organization and are modified according to the laws of its functioning, in particular, due to the reflection of new relations in them, they lose their unambiguity and become more diverse. A person is in all the listed relations with the world SIMULTANEOUSLY.

    At present, we are witnesses and participants in the process of becoming the eighth center, through which a person enters into a relationship with his relationship with the world. Sri Aurobindo calls this center "supramental"; you can also call it COORDINATING CENTER or center META RELATIONSHIPS. The formation of the system's focal point completes the evolutionary stage outlined above and creates the preconditions for its qualitatively new stage, which in most teachings on spiritual development is traditionally associated with the emergence of a "new man" and a "new world."

    "The most wonderful experience that we can experience is mystical. This is the fundamental feeling that gives birth to true art and science. He who has not known this, and he who has lost the ability to wonder, is like dead and his eyes are clouded." (Albert Einstein.)

    Would you like to know how strong the internal energy of a qigong teacher is before you start learning from him? Or how balanced is his ki physically, emotionally and even spiritually? What about measuring our own energy or determining how much benefit we get from our workouts?

    Pranic healing not only teaches us to heal without touching the human body, it enables practitioners to martial arts answer these and many other questions.

    As a child, I was fascinated by TV shows like Kung Fu, films by Morihei Ueshiba, and stories about martial artists who could stop a running bull with one blow. I wanted to learn and develop these mystical abilities that lay dormant in me and were waiting to burst out like Bruce Lee's famous three-inch punch.

    Like most boys starting out in the martial arts world, I entered the gym at the age of 12 fully confident that in a month I could walk on rice paper without leaving a trace and become invisible - just like in television shows or in stories about masters. I started the traditional training in the arts: I learned kata after kata, received belts and, it would seem, forever abandoned my dreams of achieving unity with the universe and developing all the abilities that this state opened up.

    Last stress test

    Only after 13 years of martial arts did I find my dream. For seven years I worked as a merchant, and stress literally tore me apart. Years of learning various types of martial arts did not save me from the stress that I was under. And I again began to look for teachers who could give me knowledge about the mystical energy "chi". I studied with famous masters, trained in special programs, studied meditation techniques and even began to think that I already knew something about Taoism. And yet, I didn't feel chi, I wasn't healthy, and I didn't experience the mystical experiences that I longed for.

    And finally I found what I was looking for. My wife and I went to the Whole Life Expo where hundreds of people demonstrated everything imaginable. My attention was drawn to the inscription on the stand: "Chakra Balancing. Free." I didn't know what chakra was - but the service was free. I lay down on the floor and one of the students passed his hands over my body at a distance of about a foot. I felt the energy passing through me in waves, and I realized: everything that I dreamed of since childhood is possible.

    I thought: "In order for him to pass on this secret knowledge to me, I will have to sweep the floors in his house for many years." And I was very surprised when I heard that you can read the book "Pranic Healing" and take a two-day course of Pranic Healing under the guidance of a certified instructor. So I can learn it too! I was so excited that I couldn't believe him. However, it was impossible not to believe in the sensations I had just experienced, and I decided to try.

    In the class, I met a wonderful pranic healing instructor, Master Stephen Coe, who could do miracles with his mind, such as changing the temperature of the air in a room and healing others with or even without the movements of his hands. Incredibly, after two hours I felt energy, transferred energy and even moved partners from their place with the help of energy. I learned about prana (energy), how it affects the body, and energy centers called chakras.

    Power of energy

    "Meditation on Two Hearts" is the first meditation our instructor taught us. I experienced incredible sensations when such energy passed through me. I never thought it was possible. In fact, this energy was too strong for me due to the hypertension that my fighting training led me to. My head was pounding with a swarm of thoughts that kept me awake. With Pranic Healing came the hope of better health.

    Within two weeks my blood pressure returned to normal and I was able to really meditate. Allergies and headaches are gone, and instead there is an incredible feeling of peace of mind. In martial arts, I have reached a higher level. What a wonderful feeling to finally find what I was looking for, and even better, to know that you have two teachers who can teach, and, more importantly, teach me everything that I need.

    The founder of Pranic Healing, Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, is the most amazing person I have ever met. He fully lives up to his title. His ability to manipulate incredible amounts of energy and explain complex concepts clearly is awe inspiring. I first met him at a seminar called "Pranic Spiritual Self Defense". We have learned how to create energy shields to repel physical, emotional and mental attack. In my martial arts, I have heard of techniques such as the "iron shirt" and others that require years of meditation to master. For an hour we threw various objects at each other [to test the reliability of the shields].

    Those who are not familiar with subtle energies will be shocked if they see the destructive effect that criticism and condemnation from other people has on us. For example, the expression "My ears are burning, someone is probably discussing me" has a real basis. People with the gift of seeing subtle energies say that negative thoughts about someone look like red daggers thrown at that person and make their energy field hot and dense. Repeating such attacks after a while can lead to health problems on the physical level, in particular, pain in the shoulder or back (hence the expression "like a dagger in the back").

    Positive from negative

    Most people experience the effect of interacting with negative energy. For example, after visiting the hospital, many feel tired and empty. Pranic healing can help martial arts practitioners protect themselves in such situations. What I like most about Grandmaster Choa is that he always does interesting experiments. One evening after the seminar, we experimented until late. I was ten feet away from Grandmaster Choa and tried to move him with energy.

    The mere thought of doing this sent a light breeze across my face. As I put more and more energy into this attempt, my feet began to slide backwards, as if I were standing on ice trying to move the Empire State Building. For my development, the grandmaster allowed me to continue my attempts to move him for another ten minutes. I was exhausted and at the same time grateful for the invaluable opportunity to experience his energy and develop my own.

    That same evening, I learned how the Grasshopper (David Carradine in Kung Fu) snatches a pebble from his teacher's hand. We have just completed a higher level course - Arhat Yoga - which is based on inner Tibetan meditation. There are no books about this teaching, knowledge is transmitted only orally.

    My partner and I were practicing snatching a 25 cent coin from each other when Grandmaster Choa and a man in his seventies entered the room. The man's name was Pepe. He did not know what we were doing and was not familiar with this game. Grandmaster Choa explained the rules of the game to him and asked him to snatch the coin from my hand. I held out my hand, expecting to play a trick on Pepe. With little effort, he stole the coin from my hand. I was over 40 years younger than Pepe and also very agile, so I figured that he only won because beginners are always lucky, or because I was not ready for it. To my surprise, he took the coin from me again, then again and again.

    Startled and a little frustrated, I tried to snatch the coin from his hand, and each time I found air in my hand. We were all shocked, not understanding how he did it. Grandmaster Choa later explained, "Pepe is practicing a higher level of meditation and you have just completed the course, so his body has more qi and his reaction is much faster."

    This experiment proves that a person engaged in spiritual practices, even despite his age, easily defeats those who are stronger, more dexterous or younger than him.

    Another time, during the dinner after the seminar, Grandmaster Choa took a lemon and asked me to suggest a different flavor for it. As many Indian yogis do, he turned the bitterness of the lemon into the great taste of chocolate. He then channeled the energy into my index finger on my right hand. The energy coming from the finger expanded from 6 inches to over 6 feet and continued to grow.

    I touched several people with this finger-radiated energy, and they felt my touch. At the end of the evening, Grandmaster Choa filled the room with the fragrance of roses, raising everyone's spirits even more. If I had not seen it with my own eyes and felt it with my nose, I would not have believed it.

    Healing and martial arts

    Pranic Healing helps martial arts practitioners to become more advanced in terms of increasing their energy levels and balancing their energy centers. For example, the sensitivity of a Wing Chun practitioner, whether he is familiar with energy or not, is due to the sensitivity of his inner aura. The 5th Degree Black Belt Tai Jitsu (Nin Jitsu) training includes the famous backhand sword challenge. The sensitivity of the practitioner's aura to the approaching wave of energy allows him to get out of the line of attack before the blow hits him.

    Grandmaster Choa has demonstrated punching movements that, when combined with energy, become devastating.

    In the 1980s Stephen Hayes' nin-jitsu achieved unusual popularity, and deservedly so, as it was a great art. In the 1990s, thanks to the Championship in mixed martial arts (Fighting without rules, Ultimate Fighting Championship), the repertoire of martial arts practitioners was replenished with new grips. However, no matter how exciting and joyful the practice of hitting, grabbing and developing speed of movement is, all this is disproportionately small compared to the ability to heal a sprained ankle and put a person on his feet. A higher level is work with internal energy. And that is Pranic Healing.

    There is a saying: "Everything is energy." Therefore, the more energy you have, the faster your movements, the more effectively you can heal yourself and others. I foresee that in the future professional athletes and professional fighters will have a personal pranic healer who will energize them, help with injury and speed up the recovery of lost sports form. I have already targeted fighters in the LJGC tournament and I know this trend will continue. Martial arts practitioners will be able to train like ancient masters.

    If you want to understand the reason for the huge popularity and power of Pranic Healing, start from the top: meet the founder of this teaching - Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, a chemical engineer by profession, a successful businessman and an outstanding personality. He devoted more than 20 years to studying the principles of Eastern and Western systems of meditation, martial arts, esoteric sciences, experimenting and testing the effectiveness of various techniques and techniques in practice.

    Grandmaster Choa is convinced that humanity is ready to receive this secret knowledge in order to rise to a higher level of spiritual development. He earned a reputation as a teacher who plucks the mystical veils from secret principles and rituals and turns them into practical, applicable to modern conditions life, methods. Educational and healing centers and foundations, established in more than 45 countries, transfer this invaluable knowledge to people.

    For the last 18 years I have devoted myself to learning many types of external and internal martial arts. Pranic Healing, although not a martial art, has helped me improve every aspect of my life, and especially the effectiveness of my training. It is said that a person uses no more than 10% of the capabilities of his brain. One of the reasons that prompted me to study martial arts was the desire to develop the ability to concentrate, as well as stimulate the development of my other mental abilities.

    There is a saying in the East: "The mind is like a drunken monkey," which means that the mind is difficult to control. Many people study Tai Chi for the purpose of relaxation, but still cannot relax because of the restlessness of the mind. A person who has mastered the techniques of Pranic Healing can relax in a few minutes. The ability to focus the mind on one subject is also an important skill that I have acquired in the process of learning Pranic Healing.

    With the help of Pranic Healing, a professional fighter can significantly increase his material wealth. After all, athletes lose money if, as a result of their injuries, they cannot participate in competitions. And how great it would be to have the ability to minimize the time required to restore fitness.

    When I first met Joe Moreira, his knee was so badly injured that he couldn't walk. If I had not helped him, he would not have been able to lead the two-day seminar that took place the next day. To demonstrate the power of Pranic Healing to accelerate the rate of recovery, one of the students voluntarily makes a cut on his finger at the training seminars on mastering the advanced techniques of this teaching. The usual healing time for a cut is about one week, but with the use of a special technique of pranic healing, it is reduced to 10 minutes.

    A friend of mine who practices martial arts broke his finger. The broken finger was clearly visible on the x-ray taken the day before. Ten minutes after the pranic healing session, a friend reported that the pain was gone and even removed the splint. Such an acceleration in the rate of self-healing and recovery of the body has great importance for athletes practicing competitive martial arts.

    Many fighters take nutritional supplements to increase their strength, speed and endurance. However, this is where Pranic Healing can come to the rescue. To increase strength abilities, athletes take steroids. There is a natural alternative in Pranic Healing chemicals harmful to the body. This is the Master Technique. With its help, you can quickly pump up the body with energy. I myself have seen a bodybuilder "run out of credit" in the bench press. I did this technique on him and he added another 30 pounds of weight.

    As for speed, internal energy is also a key factor here. I witnessed how Grandmaster Choa, who does not play sports, delivered a punch with such speed that I only caught the return of the hand to its original position. Pranic healing will help fighters become stronger, faster and more resilient.

    The modern fighter will become more harmonious - both externally and internally. There is one Taoist rule: "If you breathe heavily through your mouth, stop exercising." It was believed that excessive physical activity devastates the body's energy reserves stored in the Dan Tien. Pranic healing will teach fighters how to fill this internal "fuel tank" or allow them to have "pranic seconds" to help them recuperate between rounds and during combat. When fighters get tired, there is a slowdown in the exchange in the cells nutrients and oxygen. In order for the lungs to take in more oxygen normal conditions, athletes often train in the mountains. In Pranic Healing, we use certain energies to improve lung capacity in athletes and to dilate the bronchi during an asthma attack.

    One of the characteristics of a successful fighter is his ability to overcome pain. In some hospitals in the East, non-contact "pranic anesthesia" is used. It is claimed to minimize pain during procedures such as catheter insertion and lumbar puncture.

    A fighter's thoughts and emotions can be more dangerous to him than his physical opponent. How can a fighter control his fear of fighting? Or, in case of a loss, how to overcome the reluctance to return to the ring? In addition to the energy body that permeates and surrounds the physical body and controls the health of the body, there are also emotional and mental bodies that are responsible for the mental balance of a person.

    Pranic psychotherapy can help a fighter overcome their fears, bad habits and limited thinking. I know cases when people came to a seminar to teach, although the day before they complained to me that they could not walk.

    Misashi said, "Great warriors are always great healers." Like Bruce Lee, who created the Jeet Kune Do system, Grandmaster Choa combined the essences of various healing and meditation teachings, such as qigong, reiki, laying on of hands healing, to create an improved and optimized Pranic healing system.

    In more than 30 countries around the world, Pranic Healing helps martial arts practitioners learn how to heal, as well as cultivate the character traits of an ascetic warrior. During the two-day workshop, you will learn how to heal without touching the patient's body and how to treat sports injuries. A higher level of teaching is the Yoga of the Arhats - Tibetan meditation, which is transmitted orally by the teacher to the students.

    Next year, after only 4 years of practice, I will learn how to meditate in the snow, melting the snow with the heat of my body. This meditation will help me reach a higher level of spiritual development and inner peace. Today, there are hospitals in the world that do not use drugs, but bioenergy therapy methods for the treatment of cancer and other diseases. in hospitals and medical institutes The US is beginning to teach and apply Pranic Healing.

    How to learn Pranic Healing

    Most The best way to learn to feel the energy centers is to take courses in pranic healing. Students at the seminar are asked to test experimentally everything that the teacher says. To do this, the instructor activates your palms and several energy centers, after which you can easily feel them and use them for experiments. If your hands aren't activated yet, but you want to feel the energy, try this simple trick: press your tongue against your upper palate, smile, do 15 half squats, and then place your hands with your palms parallel to each other at a distance of 6 inches (as if you were holding between grapefruit hands). Concentrate on your fingers and palms. Perform slow, deep diaphragmatic breathing for 30-45 seconds.

    The chakras (energy centers) of the palms, when used or after being activated, become very sensitive. To feel (scan) the chakra, turn to your partner and begin to approach him with your palm facing him from a distance of about 5 feet (you can use the attached diagram to visualize the location of the chakra). Slowly approach your partner and stop when your hands feel pressure. You feel the level of energy in the chakra. If your hands do not feel anything, do the exercise to increase their sensitivity again.

    These energy centers are felt as a slight pressure or magnetic field. Over time, you will be able to capture the speed of their movement and determine their characteristics. This skill will allow you to scan the energy body and energy centers of your potential instructor and assess their level.

    Since Pranic Healing is a system aimed at the spiritual development of a person, it is ideal for balancing the energies of martial arts students. If you scan the energy centers of qigong practitioners and external martial arts, you will see that most people have overdeveloped lower chakras and underdeveloped higher chakras. Such an imbalance negatively affects the energy system of a person and his physical body.

    Therefore, it is so important to find a balance in life, training and energy. Pranic healing is the way to achieve this goal.
