Cottage cheese pancakes- a favorite dessert of almost all generations. Of course, each housewife has her own recipe for making cheesecakes. Well, we will publish on this page the so-called "classic" version that will win the hearts of all your household members.

Let's get started.

Recipe for cottage cheese pancakes

Ingredients:

Recipe:

To begin with, it is worth saying that before cooking cheesecakes, it is better to “rub” the cottage cheese through a sieve so that there are no large lumps left.

This will make our cheesecakes more airy.

So, everything is simple - mix all the ingredients without exception in a deep bowl.

Mix until smooth.

Now, we “powder” our hands with flour a little and pinch off a small part from the resulting “dough”. We make a small ball out of it. Roll it in flour and gently press it on both sides with your palms to get a classic cheesecake shape. Do the same with all the "test".

Frying cheesecakes from cottage cheese is as easy as shelling pears - the recipe says to fry over medium heat, in a pan, on both sides, until a golden crust appears.

Ready cheesecakes are best served with sour cream and jam.

By the way, many housewives add a little raisin to cheesecakes.

Bon appetit!

- 2-4 tablespoons of flour;
- vanillin or vanilla sugar to taste;

How to cook with a photo step by step

Cottage cheese for syrniki is better to choose dryish, not very greasy, so that the syrniki do not spread in the pan. If your cottage cheese is too wet, you will have to add a little more flour to the dough so that the cheesecakes turn out to be lush and not spread.
If you have a completely wet cottage cheese, it is best to “dry” it first. To do this, we transfer it to gauze (you can - folded in 2 - 3 layers) and put it under a slight oppression, better - on a sloping surface. After 30-40 minutes, the cottage cheese will become drier, suitable for making lush tender cheesecakes.

Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl with a flat bottom and knead well with a potato masher. I advise you not to knead the cottage cheese with a blender - in this case, the mass becomes more viscous and will require more flour, which will worsen the taste of cheesecakes.

Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk - just so that the mass becomes homogeneous and can be more evenly distributed in the cottage cheese.

Put the sugar into the bowl with the curd.

Add eggs and mix thoroughly with a spoon.

Add 2 tablespoons of flour and vanillin or vanilla sugar (this ingredient is optional, depends on your taste preferences). Thoroughly mix the resulting mass.

As necessary, in parts (so as not to shift the flour), add the remaining flour and mix thoroughly.

Pour flour for breading into a flat plate. We take the curd mass with a tablespoon and form a ball out of it with our hands. We roll the ball in flour and form a cheesecake with our hands - round, about 1 cm high. Since the flour is partially absorbed into the curd mass, roll the cheesecake a little more in flour.

We spread the formed cheesecake on a dry plank. Then we form the rest of the cheesecakes.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, heat it well and put the cheesecakes in turn. We place them at some distance from each other so that it is convenient to turn them over.

Fry cheesecakes on high heat for 1.5 - 2 minutes, then another 3-4 minutes - on low heat. After that, carefully flip the cheesecakes to the other side and fry in the same way. Cheesecakes should have a beautiful golden crust. Keep in mind that if cheesecakes are fried for too long, they can become hard.

We transfer the finished syrniki to plates and serve to the table - with sour cream, honey, jam, yogurt ... There are many options for serving syrniki.

Bon appetit!

Cottage cheese pancakes - recipe with photo

We spread the curd in a suitable container. It is desirable that the cottage cheese is not too liquid - this will simplify the process of making cheesecakes.

Add one egg to it.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth. Add sugar and mix again (if desired, you can also add a little raisins to the cottage cheese).

On cutting board pour out the flour. We form sufficiently voluminous and large round cakes.

Gently dredge each in flour. There should not be too much flour, so lightly roll the cakes on each side.

Put the pan on the fire to heat up. We pour vegetable oil. When it warms up properly, lay out our cakes so that they do not touch and it is easy to turn them over. Fry cheesecakes on low heat on both sides for 15 minutes so that they are properly baked.

Serve the finished dish with sour cream or any fruit jam. Bon appetit!
