Most kiosks are frame metal structures, consisting of shaped pipes, angles, channel bars. The frame is a kind of skeleton of a kiosk. It must be rigid to withstand the load during construction, transportation.

The lower belt of the frame (base). With a kiosk width of 3 meters or less, corners are used. With a kiosk width of more than 3 meters, a channel is used. At the base for every meter there is an additional crossbar for greater rigidity.

Frame racks (pillars). The corners are the most commonly used. The main ones are placed in the corners - 4 pieces. Connection of all metal structures produced by welding.

The frame is of two types, depending on what the walls will be made of. First type: prefabricated sandwich panel wall - frameless. Second type: prefabricated sandwich panel - frame (layer-by-layer manufacturing). First, a frame made of timber is placed, then it is sheathed on the outside with any facing material. A wind-moisture-protective film is stretched under the lining. On the inside there is insulation, which is closed with a vapor barrier film. All this is closed interior decoration walls.

When installing walls by layer-by-layer assembly, additional racks made of profile pipe to stiffen the doorway. When installing walls using sandwich panels, the frame is the corners with installation in the places of the device window openings- frames from the corners. A closed frame is made of the corners for the entire window. Also done on the door.

The upper belt of the frame (base for the roof) It is made from a corner or a channel, depending on the size of the kiosk (pavilion). Beam - a jumper of the upper belt. Placed on every meter. Most often it is made from a profile pipe. Additional beams from a bar are also installed. Acts as a crate, and is a support under prof. flooring.

Floor. The lowest layer of the floor is galvanized prof. sheet. A heater is laid on it - polystyrene foam. Next, a board is placed as a subfloor. On it is a leveling screed made of chipboard. A coating is laid on it - linoleum, laminate, etc. All this is fixed with a plinth.

Overlap. Facing material - professional flooring, plastic panels. Next comes the frame of the beam, on which all this is attached. The cells of the beam form a beam network and are filled with insulation. From above, everything is covered with a profiled sheet, galvanized or painted.

As you can see, making a kiosk or pavilion with your own hands is not the easiest thing. It is necessary to purchase a large amount of materials, find a place suitable for manufacturing, protected from precipitation, so that during assembly water does not get inside, from which the insulation becomes unusable. You need to have some experience in order to weld all the seams with high quality, properly insulate the walls, roof and floor, and install wind protection. All these works must be done with high quality, as this is a guarantee that in winter your kiosk or pavilion will be warm, and therefore economical.

But the most valuable resource is time. Experienced craftsmen can make a kiosk in less than 10 days, while for an inexperienced builder it can take a month or more. Time is very important in any business, and when building a kiosk, it is very expensive, because the sooner the kiosk is up and running, the sooner it will be profitable.

What other advantages can there be in working with a professional company "Babilon-Omsk"?

Question from Evgeny:

Hello Nikolay. I want to put a big stall in the city. Two in one. With two separate entrances. One type of office is to accept orders, sign contracts with employees, and so on. The second is for trading. So here's the question. What documents are needed? And how much money will be spent on all the permits to get land on lease from the state? The pavilion is already in the property. Thank you in advance!

Answer from lawyer Shmidt Yana Leonidovna:

Hello Eugene!

Installing a trade pavilion and renting land from the state is not an easy task. Let me just say, you need to be patient.

For starters, you must at least be or .

I also note that depending on the region, the requirements for opening may vary. For clarification, please contact department of land or property relations of the administration of the city or district in which you reside. I cannot describe to you in detail the entire process of obtaining the necessary documents, as I repeat, depending on the region, the requirements and the package of documents will differ.

Don't be lazy! You will have to go to the administration many more times. Therefore, before collecting documents, it is better to clarify all the necessary information directly with the administration itself, in accordance with your regional requirements.

Next, we will consider the general requirements for necessary documents at the initial stage opening a trade pavilion for purposes not related to construction. Because many citizens ask exactly where to start, where to turn, what to ask.

Step by step action plan

The first thing to do is to find out who owns the land: municipal or state. For this, we turn to Department of property relations of the city administration. Addresses and opening hours can be found on their website or in 2GIS.

In municipal ownership

If the site is in municipal property, the next step is handling application addressed to the head of the district (or locality). Write in the application:

  • purpose of the lease for example: to run a business selling flowers);
  • the proposed area of the lease;
  • location of the land ( For example: at the intersection of Pushkin street and Mayakovsky street);
  • claimed right to land (lease of a land plot that is in municipal ownership).

The statement will look something like this:

« I ask you to provide me with a lease of a land plot, which is in municipal ownership of the administration of the city of xxx, for business purposes for the sale of flowers and related products. The total area of the land plot is 35 sq. m. The land plot is located at the intersection of Pushkin Street and Mayakovsky Street. Attached is the site layout plan..

Attached to the application :

  • Store layout plan. On this occasion, it is necessary to clarify with the administration the question of in what form to provide a plan for the location of the outlet. Most likely they will need scheme of the location of the object (M 1:500), made on planning and cartographic material. This scheme is provided in 3 copies. Everyone in the same administration will tell you where it is more convenient and faster to order and receive this scheme. If you have not specified this issue, then you can independently contact any design organization that has a license to carry out this activity.
  • 3 copies of panoramic photographs from the location of the pavilion.

An approximate form of the above documents is shown in the figures:

In addition, the following documents are attached to the application:

  • For IP: a copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority as an individual entrepreneur.
  • For legal entities: a copy of the document on the appointment of the head of the legal entity; a copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity.

The application submitted by you, with the package of documents indicated above, is considered by the administration within a month.

After a month, the administration issues a diagram of the location of the land plot on the cadastral plan or cadastral map in the relevant territory.

After receiving cadastral passport, the administration within a 2-week period accepts decision to lease land. After that, they send you a decision with a cadastral passport.

From the date of this decision, within a week, you must conclude land lease agreement.

State owned

If the site is in state ownership, then in order to lease it, you must follow a slightly different procedure. This issue will no longer be dealt with by the Department of Property Relations, but Main Department of Land Resources of your region. Specify the location of this office in your region and specify all necessary information they have.

The first thing to prepare is statement. It will be in the same form.

  • application (specify the application form and sample to the department, but for an example you can see sample for IP And sample for LLC);
  • copy of founding documents For legal entities ) in 1 copy;
  • a copy of the passport, TIN;
  • Certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur ( For individuals ) in 1 copy.

After that, information about the demand for this land plot is published in the local newspaper (this is not yet an auction!). Within a month, if your application is the only one, then the department sends an appeal to the Department of Property Relations and the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning on the formation of a land plot.

  • the administration issues a diagram of the location of the land plot on the cadastral plan;
  • you carry out cadastral work at your own expense;
  • receive a cadastral passport;
  • enter into a lease agreement.

If your application is not the only one, then an auction is announced for the right to receive this land plot for rent.

That's all. In general, local administrations allocate time for consultation of citizens (entrepreneurs) on this issue, so be sure to contact and they will tell you everything.

In fact, everything may turn out to be simpler than described in the article. It all depends on the city and on who owns the site on which you want to put the pavilion. Therefore, we cannot physically consider all possible cases. Start with a trip to the administration, and then everything will be known.

Of course, it is easier to rent land for a pavilion from a private owner, but if this is not possible, then you need to go through all the above steps. And I repeat once again that the application forms and action plan may differ depending on the city!

Or installation - choice of location. Trade will flourish only in "busy" places, so the choice should be approached thoroughly. After you have approximately looked after the land plot for the pavilion, you will need to decide which pavilion you want to build. It will already depend on what and when you will trade, the choice of pavilions is huge. For temporary, summer trade, pavilions made of lightweight structures are very suitable, which do not belong to real estate, since they do not have a strong connection with the ground. For other types of trade, a pavilion with a foundation that will not be cold is more suitable. This pavilion is real estate. The rights to property are subject to state registration with the bodies of Rosreestr.

In order to rent a land plot for the construction of a pavilion, you will need to submit an application to the authorized state or municipal body for the selection of a land plot and preliminary approval of the location of the object - the pavilion. The authorized body carries out all the necessary procedures for selecting a site and informing interested parties about the upcoming construction of your pavilion. A decision is made on the preliminary approval of the location of the pavilion, cadastral work is carried out, the site is put on the cadastral register. After that, the authority decides to provide a plot for construction, a lease agreement is concluded, which must be registered with the Rosreestr authorities.

The next step is to obtain permission to build a pavilion. However, it is only necessary if the pavilion can be considered an object of capital construction. The Town Planning Code gives a rather vague definition of such objects (a capital construction object is a building, structure, structure, with the exception of temporary buildings, kiosks, sheds, and the like). However, most of the pavilions can still be attributed to capital construction projects according to these characteristics. To obtain a building permit, you must submit an appropriate application to the authorized body, attaching to it:
1. title documents for a land plot - a lease agreement, etc.
2. design documentation for the pavilion.
3. town-planning plan of the land plot on which the pavilion is located.
4. conclusion of the state expertise of the design documentation for the pavilion.
In different cases, other documents may be required.
Only after passing through all these steps, it will be possible to begin the construction of the pavilion directly.

Starting your own small business? Do you want to set up a stall to sell newspapers, food or flowers, clothes or other goods?

Let's try to figure out what material to build a stall from so that your business quickly pays off and generates income.

As well as, according to modern frame-modular technology, it is beneficial for the entrepreneur. Today, almost everyone, a kiosk or a stall, is a frame metal structure.

Metal frame - a reliable basis for the design

The frame is the skeleton of a kiosk or any other structure, which consists of shaped pipes, a channel, and corners. The frame provides strength to the entire structure of the kiosk. It must be rigid, coated with an anti-corrosion compound.

  • As a result, the kiosk perfectly tolerates mechanical loads;
  • It can be repeatedly transported to a new location;
  • It will serve you reliably for many years.

Features of the kiosk frame

The frame of the kiosk has a reinforced lower belt (base). For a small kiosk, up to 3 m wide, use the corners. For a kiosk of larger sizes - a channel. To give the base greater rigidity, there is an additional crossbar for every meter. Racks-pillars are used in the frame structure. All elements are connected by welding.

The upper belt of the frame serves as the basis for the roof. For each meter, a beam-lintel of the upper belt is placed. A galvanized profile sheet is laid on the floor.

What is the secret: how to build a warm and cozy kiosk

What to build a kiosk from, so that it is durable, practical, outwardly presentable and inexpensive?

The main secret of how to get a warm and cozy, comfortable and practical kiosk lies in sandwich walls.

  • Due to their properties, such panels have become the basis for the construction of kiosks,
  • warehouses,
  • stalls and pavilions,
  • public buildings and
  • shopping centers
  • and many other buildings and structures.

Two options for the design of sandwich walls

  • prefabricated walls . Walls can be manufactured in the production environment in the form of sandwich panels. Such panels are completely ready for installation, they are brought to the site and quickly assembled on site into a ready-made kiosk. Usually a sandwich panel has two skins made of metal sheets (0.4-0.7mm) and an insulating filler inside.
  • Layered production of walls. The second option is a prefabricated structure with layer-by-layer production of sandwich walls. First, they put the frame, then sheathe it with facing material. From the inside, a heater with a layer of insulation from steam is placed. All this is closed by the interior decoration of the walls. Outside mounted siding or profiled sheet.

Kiosk sheathing

What is the best way to sheathe a stall? In order for your kiosk to acquire presentability and solidity, be practical and reliable, choose high-quality lining. From the inside it can be MDF, chipboard, OSB sheet or wood, outside - aluminum composite panels, profiled sheet or siding.

What you need to build a kiosk with your own hands

To build a kiosk with your own hands, you, first of all, will have to purchase the right amount of materials and find a place convenient for assembly, protected from precipitation. It is necessary not only to have a clear idea of how to build a stall with your own hands, but also to be able to properly weld all the seams, insulate the walls, floor, roof, and install wind protection according to all the rules. Work must be carried out with high quality, in compliance with all technical requirements. This will ensure that your pavilion or kiosk will be reliable, warm in winter, and therefore economical.

How to build a kiosk, what material to choose for construction, experts from our company "ARTMETALL UKRAINE" will tell you. But, in order to save your time, you can order the construction of a kiosk in Ukraine from us from design to installation - urgently and inexpensively.

Now pay attention to the bottom of the frame, it will be three-layered. It should be sheathed with some kind of moisture-resistant material: for example, galvanized sheet or rubimast. This is necessary to protect the interior from the harmful effects of moisture. The next layer is chipboard, and the third layer is the coating of your choice. Having done this, we move on to the next steps.

Step - 3
Then the finished frame should be sheathed. For sheathing, you can use a galvanized profiled sheet. It can also be used as a roofing material. Having done this, we move on to the next steps.

Step - 4
For finishing interior it is best to use chipboard. The heat-insulating material for the kiosk is expanded polystyrene or mineral insulation- it will protect from moisture and from cold. Having done this, we move on to the next steps.

Step - 5
The door of the kiosk should also have an insulation pad to avoid drafts. Having done this, we move on to the next steps.

Step - 6
Show-windows of a booth can be made of a double double-glazed window. Make sure that they can be closed with metal shutters. This way you will secure your kiosk from unexpected guests. Having done this, we move on to the next steps.

For many entrepreneurs, it is extremely important to build trade pavilion as soon as possible. But it is necessary that such a structure has strength and reliability. You can assemble a trading pavilion with your own hands, but you will need to take into account a number of certain factors.

Site selection for the pavilion

Many novice businessmen do not know how to put up a pavilion in the city. To organize a trade pavilion, you will first need to choose a suitable place. This stage is extremely important, since the kiosk located in good location will bring more profit. It is better to give preference to places near residential buildings and major roads.

It is also desirable that there are no supermarkets nearby, most of the buyers will go there. But if fresh fruits or vegetables are sold in the store being built, there is no need to be afraid of competition from large buildings.

For a small kiosk selling food, great solution there will be a plot in the courtyard of a residential building away from shops. The people living there will be grateful and all the costs of building a kiosk will pay off in the shortest possible time.

Lease of land for a trade pavilion

How to rent land for a pavilion? This is a rather difficult and painstaking business, you will need to be patient. Often the land on which the opening of the pavilion is planned is owned by the state or municipality. So it can only be rented. To do this, you need to make a request to the city branch consumer services and trade or to the district committee of state possessions.

Lease of land for a trading pavilion is possible only if a businessman is registered as an individual entrepreneur or acts on behalf of an LLC. Therefore, to begin with, you will need to purchase one of these statuses. After that, the procedure will be as follows:

  1. Selected land for the pavilion. You can choose a site based on personal preferences. But if many shops have already been built on it, the administration has the right to refuse.
  2. Then you need to collect documents and submit them to the administration. Of the documents you will need: an application for the lease of a plot, a certificate of no tax debts, drawings of a future building, certified copies of OKVED codes. The time for studying the application from the moment of its submission is 30 days.
  3. Also, the lease of land for a pavilion requires permission from the following organizations: sanitary and epidemiological stations, fire departments, environmental enterprises, traffic police, and a water utility.
  4. If a positive decision was made on the request and all permits were obtained, you can proceed to the construction of the building. In this case, it will be necessary to carry out cadastral work on this site.

Interesting Facts! The process of renting a land plot for a trade pavilion can be greatly simplified. To do this, you will need to purchase a plot in any market, then all the documentation will be collected by its owners, and the businessman will act as an ordinary buyer. You can also rent a plot from a private entrepreneur, and not from the state, this will greatly simplify and speed up the opening of a trade pavilion.

Refusal to rent

If the rental request is denied, you will need to clarify what is the reason for the refusal. The most common reasons for this are:

  • There is too much density of objects for trade on the selected area.
  • The land is used by the state for urban needs.
  • The plot is no longer part of the turnover.

If such a situation arises, you can go to court or change plans for choosing a land plot. The second solution will allow you to arrange a trade pavilion as soon as possible.

Types of shopping kiosks

To open the pavilion, you will need to first familiarize yourself with its views, study the nuances of their construction. Trading kiosks can be classified according to their scope. There are such options:

  • Pharmacy kiosk.
  • Newspaper.
  • Coffee house.
  • Vegetable.
  • Grocery store.
  • Flower stall.
  • Souvenir shop.
  • Bread kiosk.

Also, such structures can vary in shape and size. These characteristics are selected based on the purpose of the store. If there is a small amount of goods in it, it is not necessary to erect a large building. For example, vegetable and flower stalls may be small.

There are several technologies for the construction of such buildings. They differ in financial costs and time required for construction works. These include:

  • LSTK technology. A method of building a kiosk that uses a metal frame made of wood as a base. During the construction, thin-walled, lightweight profiles are used, which will help to assemble the pavilion with your own hands in the shortest possible time. These profiles can be solid or perforated. The frame can be combined with reinforced concrete-based materials.
  • Sheet assembly. Such structures are installed in several stages. After the metal frame and enclosing structures are installed, it remains to mount the external and internal profiled sheets. After that, using self-tapping screws, the insulation is installed, and facing work is carried out. Installation using this technology is a little more complicated than the previous version, but it allows you to provide a higher level of reliability.
  • Use of sandwich panels Such material is purchased for the purpose of finishing the frame of the building and for its insulation. Usually ready-made slabs are used, but prefabricated structures are also sometimes used.

The considered technologies are quite often combined. Sandwich panels allow you to build a building in the shortest possible time, they can also be used to build a large store.

Interesting Facts! For successful trading great importance has the speed of turnover and the ability to open or move the pavilion as quickly as possible. Store mobility is extremely important, especially when it comes to seasonal trading. Therefore, when building a kiosk, it is recommended to give preference to lightweight materials, but with good strength.

Pavilion construction process

In order to build a pavilion with your own hands as quickly as possible, it is recommended to use sandwich panels. Their installation is quite simple, so that the work can be done without the help of specialists. Quite often, such buildings do not even require a foundation.

Interesting Facts! When erecting a pavilion, it is recommended to pay attention to the filler of the panels used. It is best to choose the category of materials protected from fire, this will be indicated by a special designation on the packaging. The fact is that kiosks often become victims of hooligans, so their fire safety must be up to par.

How to make a pavilion with your own hands? The lightness of the material, the weight of which can vary from 30 to 80 kg, and the ease of installation allows you to do all the work yourself. For small buildings, a foundation is not required; a flat concrete surface will suffice. The help of construction equipment is also not needed. The procedure for the construction of the pavilion is as follows:

  • To build a trading pavilion with your own hands, you will need to use drawings. The kiosk project can be ordered from a construction company, found on the Internet, or calculated by hand if you have the necessary skills. Often calculations are made based on the characteristics of the panels used, but since this material is difficult to adjust, it is better to give preference to standard plates. You can also use the following drawings.
  • The foundation is being built. If the construction will be carried out on a flat concrete surface, it can be abandoned. Since the sandwich panel kiosk is light in weight, a lightweight, shallow-depth tape base or tape-column base will be sufficient. The construction of the base consists of pulling out a pit, mounting a formwork based on boards and filling it concrete mortar. For a strip-column foundation, you will also need to install piles.
  • A metal frame is being erected. The first step is to assemble the wall and roof separately. The width of the profile is selected based on the calculation of the pressure on the building. You will also need to take into account that the frame structure has a large windage, because of this, the load increases. Then the walls and roof are connected.
  • The wall installation process starts from the corners. When connecting the panels, heat-insulating materials are laid between them, the formed seams are filled with foam. Plates are fastened with self-tapping screws. For safety and maintaining the integrity of window openings can be used.
  • Roof sheathing is performed in a similar way, but roofing sandwich panels are used to work with it. For sun protection functions in such designs are used:,.

After all construction procedures are completed, the pavilion can be filled with goods, all the necessary equipment can be brought in and gradually proceed to its opening.

In this article, we will only touch on the construction part of the process, leaving the permissive-documentary part behind the scenes. Trade pavilion - in our case it is a small architectural form (SAF) up to 30 square meters. We will consider step-by-step construction instructions.
The foundation is better to make tape - reinforced concrete. Since it will not be designed for a large load, a trench is dug under the foundation with a depth of 2 bayonets of a shovel, a depth - along the width of the shovel. To save money and time, you need to pour the foundation immediately at the desired height. Therefore, over the excavated trench, you need to make a formwork of the desired height. Inside the foundation, you need to make a dressing of reinforcement. For such a foundation, it is enough to make 2 racks of 8 mm reinforcement every one and a half meters. And through them put the same reinforcement - two from below, two from above. On the racks, make crossbars from below and from above, like the letter “T”, tie them to them! knitting wire longitudinal reinforcement. Pouring concrete beam from the mixer. In this case, it may seem that hiring a mixer and buying ready-made concrete is expensive. But keep in mind that the whole process takes about 2 hours, and the mixer is ordered for an hour. And making concrete with a concrete mixer will require hiring workers for several days, buying and transporting sand, cement, and water. In total, everything will take more time, money and nerves. Immediately after pouring into the foundation, you need to stick a few reinforcements around the perimeter to link the pavilion frame to them in the future.
After the foundation has hardened, you need to level the area inside it, then cover it with sand by 5-10 centimeters and compact it tightly. Then cover the area with expanded clay. To reduce the cost, expanded clay can be replaced with floor foam, although there are cases of flooring as a heater for ordinary wall foam, which is cheap and, as practice has shown, reliable. After laying out the floor 5 cm of foam. A welded mesh with a diameter of 10 cm is laid on it. The sheets of the mesh are tied together with a knitting wire. 10 cm of concrete is poured from above at a level with the foundation. After installing the pavilion frame, all that remains is to lay the tiles - and the floor is ready.
Walls for small architectural forms are mainly made of metal frame lined with profiled iron. For the frame, a square pipe of 40x40 or 60x30 mm is often used. Walls need to be insulated mineral wool. It is not recommended to insulate walls with polystyrene foam (expanded polystyrene), as it is very flammable and (when burning) very toxic. The total thickness of the insulation must be at least 12 centimeters. The inner side of the wall can be made of drywall, which has more beautiful view, or for example from a plastic lining. Profiles for drywall are screwed to the iron profile, suspensions go from them, and through the distance necessary for the insulation, again the profile, to which the drywall directly clings. If you want to build a very high-quality trade pavilion, then it is better to contact the appropriate construction company. Here the construction of trade pavilions.
