I dream of becoming a teacher

In my school life, very important changes have taken place for me. Recently, a teacher of Russian language and literature appeared in our class. With its appearance, these objects have become more understandable and very informative. Now, in her lessons, we discover a lot of new things for ourselves and fill in the gaps in our knowledge. We hear the correct Russian speech in all its splendor. Even the usual rules of the Russian language are remembered with extraordinary ease and practically do not cause any difficulties in their application. And the heroes of literary works seem to come to life in our lessons. And I also drew attention to the fact that the guys who previously behaved restlessly, now do not make noise and do not interfere with others, and also, like everyone else, are fascinated by our teacher. With what can I compare these unforgettable sensations? They remind me of a stream of fresh spring air that suddenly burst into the room, filling it with the unforgettable scent of blossoming buds and flowers. With these sensations, new horizons of my worldview open up. Every time I catch myself thinking that once again I do not want to leave these wonderful activities - the piggy bank of my knowledge.

My dear grandparents, you probably really want to know about her as a person. In my opinion, she is internally rich and open, beautiful in soul, modest, hardworking, kind and moderately strict. Her severity is her love, which she shows to us in her desire to teach us our native Russian language. If you knew how afraid I am of losing her now. And I think with horror that such a moment will come someday.

For a long time I have dreamed of being a teacher. And right now you would ask me: "Why a teacher?" I will simply answer this question. This desire first came to me in elementary school, when I saw my first teacher almost every day. She entered the classroom with a friendly smile and met us at the school. She showed us care and love. She taught us to cope with difficulties and sincerely wanted to teach us everything that is good and necessary. We were her children for her. I even remember coming home, putting the dolls in a row and teaching them like she did. And my mother, laughing, said: "Now I know what you went through today."

There are many interesting and wonderful professions in the world. And each person sooner or later decides what to become. Nowadays, most young people go to colleges and institutes, and they choose professions mainly financial or legal. And I think that the teaching profession is no less important now and will be just as necessary later. And wherever you live in the village or in the city, good teachers are needed everywhere. And now, with the advent of our teacher of Russian language and literature, I wish even more the realization of my dream. I really love children, and I want to become for them the same attentive and caring. I really want to teach them everything that my teachers taught me, so that they are literate and love their native language. I already know that it will not be easy, because both adults and children spend more and more time at the computer, and not reading books.

Let the image of my teacher so far have been collected from a few examples, but I can call myself happy, because he serves as a guide for me, which I can and should follow in fulfilling my cherished dream.

I hug you tightly. Your Anya.

"I'am a teacher".

"To achieve a dream come true - this is the greatest meaning of human life ..."

A.S. Yakovlev.

We all come from childhood! And each of us has our own cherished dream. And my dream is to become a teacher! But, my path to this dream was long and difficult.

As a child, I played school, was a teacher, gave grades, albeit on postcards, which at that time came with congratulations. She tried to make her dream come true all her academic years at school.

School is a great life! Studying was easy for me, but I learned the humanities better, read a lot, quickly memorized historical dates and events. At school, together with classmates, she prepared all kinds of events, holidays, was a counselor, patronized younger students, helped them do their homework, played different games, went to the movies with them. It was interesting for me to communicate with the kids, and they are so interesting and funny, and it was so exciting! There were no questions before me: where to go to study, who will I become? I already knew the answers to them. When they asked me, like many children, the question: "What will you be when you grow up?", I answered: "A teacher!"

I came home from school later than my parents, so I didn't want to leave! And she went home cheerful and happy! And she could not imagine another life without school, without cheerful fuss, without fuss at recess. Oh, what happiness it was! I dreamed that I would finish school and become a teacher.

But, here's what kind of teacher - primary grades, Russian and literature? But, here my dad helped me in choosing a profession. He constantly, unobtrusively, gave me interesting articles, historical books, told a lot about the past from the history of our country and of course the family. He asked not to forget and cherish family traditions, to take care of family photos. So gradually I wanted to become a history teacher, and the choice was made.

My father helped me prepare for entering the university, took me to courses. But my health let me down, or rather, my eyesight, which from constant stress, as I read a lot, prepared for exams, greatly deteriorated. And the doctors' diagnosis - you can't strain your eyes, you can't read, etc. decided the outcome in choosing a profession. Mom categorically forbade me to enter the pedagogical institute. I had to enter the mechanical and technological technical school of the dairy industry and become a technician-technologist. True, it was my mother's choice.

And there I studied easily. She actively participated and prepared all the events, since she was elected as the chairman of the student trade union committee. And after graduating from the technical school, the teachers asked me to stay and continue to work at the technical school. But, then my parents fell ill, and I had to return home. She got a job in her specialty, then got married, gave birth to children and began to raise them. And the dream remained a cherished dream!

Many people knew about my dream, and I did not hide about it. Many years later. And suddenly, in a circle of friends, I find out that a history teacher is going to retire from school and the problem is - where to find a teacher? Since we live thirty kilometers from the city, getting there is problematic. And who will go to live and work in the farm. So my friends suggested that I go to the director and propose my candidacy. "You dreamed of becoming a history teacher!" A decision was made in the family, my husband supported me, told me to make my dream come true, and he would help. True, then, when I saw with my own eyes what a teacher's work, preparation for lessons - all night long. He regretted it and said that if he knew what it was, he would never have given consent to my admission to college. The director gave the go-ahead, and at the age of 32 I entered the university, the Faculty of History. What happiness it was! It was easy and interesting to study. Like a sponge, I absorbed all the information, ran to lectures with interest, and what is interesting, I forgot my age, I am 18 and only! A year later, the teacher retired, and I was invited to teach at the school. But what is it - fate! I am offered classroom guidance in 11th grade, where students born in 1987. This is the year of my graduation from school and the realization of my dream, which, alas, came true not then, but now!

Of course, it was very difficult to start my career: to combine work, distance learning, home, family, raising children. There were many things, all sorts of adversity. But what is all this compared to what awaits you at school. This smell is the smell of childhood, I just can't breathe it, although I have been working at school for 13 years. These are cute, funny, inquisitive, sparkling children's eyes of students. It gives me pleasure to communicate with them, the opportunity to help solve their childhood problems, see, hear a variety of questions, and look for answers with them. The ability to see the result of your work. Their joy, their pain, their mistakes, my miscalculations, their successes and my successes. Sometimes for some reason, there is no strength, health, you feel unwell, you can hardly walk. And suddenly you hear: “Hello, Marina Anatolyevna! How are you?" And where do the forces come from! Immediately you forget about everything in the world, there is a concentration of forces and energy. And the day flies by, as always unnoticed. It seems that the day has just begun, but already the last lesson! I strive there, within these walls, in this friendly team, where everyone is trying to support and help you. With excellent administration, headed by a director, a professional who will always come to the rescue and support you in difficult times. And now it seems to me that no better place in life on earth and the school in which I work.

Me and my colleagues who work with me and try to sow the eternal, rational, kind, are not indifferent to how our future generation will grow up, which will build the life of our country. Let not everyone become great, brilliant people, but the most important thing is that real citizens grow out of them: kind, sympathetic, hardworking, ready to help people. Therefore, I try to show by my personal example how these qualities should manifest themselves in a person. After all, you are a teacher not only at school, but also outside the school walls. And always in sight of the children, and many follow your example. I try to create the most comfortable conditions for the full development of each child. Help him succeed in lesson and extracurricular activities that match his inclinations and interests. Excursions, visits to museums, sports events, participation in contests, Olympiads, and interesting class hours help us in this.

My students, both those who have already left the walls of the school and have gone into adulthood, and those who are still nearby, are winners and prize-winners of Olympiads and intellectual competitions. Studying in circles and sports sections, they proudly talk about their achievements, bring their certificates and diplomas. And together we rejoice at their success. FROMi try to be a professional and a person, and not just borrow workplacebut also to decorate this place, which is the meaning of my work and life. And in order to be a professional in my field, and in general an interesting person, I strive to know my subject well, improve my pedagogical skills, study the psychological characteristics of students, take courses, read psychological literature. I pay attention to improving my professional culture, my self-education, while fulfilling my immediate duties: educational, developmental, educational. As a person, I try to be interesting, respected, principled, active, creative, patient.

Every day brings something new and in order to be a modern teacher for children, you have to study even more, master new methods and technologies. And I would like to quote the statement of Omar Hayam:“For many years I have pondered over earthly life, There is nothing incomprehensible for me under the moon, I know that I do not know anything! "This is the last one, the truth, discovered by me."Therefore, the more I learn, the more I want to know. If I am not able to do something - I study, and what I don’t know - I learn, I am interested, I strive to find interesting forms of working with children. It is impossible to know everything in your field, you need to continue to study your subject during all your activities.

I believe that a teacher is the most important and necessary profession. In our profession, there are no random people, only those remain in the profession who love, appreciate children, devote their lives to them. I have a good interesting job, I am happy! During this time, I have never regretted my choice. Every day of work is a celebration of the soul. I bring my knowledge to children, and this is my mission. My family supports me in my professional path. All my relatives and friends believe that this is a profession from which I receive spiritual development and positive emotions. It is a great happiness to be useful and enjoy your work.

Today I can proudly say: "I am a teacher!" This is my calling, my life path... And I want to end with the words of great people:"In nature, everything is wisely thought out and arranged, everyone should do his own thing, and in this wisdom is the highest justice of life."

For the fourth time in the Primorsky Territory, a competition for young teachers "Pedagogical Debut - 2014" is being held. On December 9, the assembly hall of the PK IRO hospitably opened its doors for 10 young "Vasilis", who will have to exchange their "wisdom" for four days.
Young, beautiful, perky, young, smart. They believe that every child is talented. That work should be enjoyable. That each of them (there are only girls among the participants of the full-time tour) can make the world a little better. We are ready to dare, create, invent, make mistakes.

Support groups, guests of the competition, members of the jury "heard" how the hearts of young teachers are beating. Therefore, words of support from senior colleagues and wishes of good luck (Leibolt O.A., chief specialist of the Department of Education and Science of the Primorsky Territory), fair refereeing and fair fight (Barabash O.A., rector of PK IRO), inner confidence (Mamaeva S. N., associate professor of the FEFU School of Pedagogy) were very much needed by our contestants.

So, the first day. The first competition "Self-presentation". What are our young colleagues like? What do they think about their profession?

She tries to be honest and become a little better than yesterday. And she really wants her students to learn to see physics in all the surrounding space.
Inna Nechipurenko, a history teacher at MBOU Secondary School No. 6 with in-depth study of individual subjects in Vladivostok, she made an accurate choice of profession. It is important for her to understand who a teacher is - a mentor, a sage, a person? She wants not only to teach, but to create, but to love. And she also knows how to be grateful.
Telegina Tatiana Valerievna, teacher in English MBOU Secondary School No. 2, Chuguevka village, Chuguevsky district, ready to fill the cup of knowledge in full. In her lessons, she helps the children learn another language, another culture.

She was lucky, she ended up in the "cheerful team", in which all the enthusiasts. She is attracted by everything new and interesting. This is probably why she teaches her students using the Singaporean method.

It's just a “cool” mother, the first graders say about her, without her the school would be empty. She is very afraid of losing the trust of her students. And he tries to give them his soul and heart.
Kozlova Anna Vladimirovna, a teacher of mathematics and computer science at MOBU Secondary School No. 6 of the Arsenyevsky urban district, knows that she is always studied by “twenty pairs of eyes”. Therefore, the main pedagogical credo is to teach and love!
Prokopchuk Natalia Sergeevna, teacher of history and social studies MBOU secondary school № 35, Vladivostok, does not like to talk about himself. Therefore, she presented the jury with a video prepared by her students. They say that Natalya Sergeevna's path is to be a teacher. She knows her subject well and constantly improves her qualifications.
Vornakova Ekaterina Igorevna, an English teacher at MBOU Secondary School No. 19 in Vladivostok, travels with his students to the world of English. How to motivate children to learn another language? How to understand people without a language barrier? Ekaterina Igorevna finds answers to these questions in communication with colleagues from Canada, South Korea... She sincerely believes that knowledge of the English language will become a magic thread for her students into the vast modern world.

The second competition task - "Defense of a pedagogical project" (possible topics: "My initiative in education", "My pedagogical discovery"). This task turned out to be quite difficult for our participants. Unfortunately, not all contestants were able to present their work as a pedagogical project.
In order to competently prepare pedagogical project, you need to follow certain requirements for drawing up a project plan. The design development should contain the following structural components:
Justification of the need the project.
Goals and objectives of the project.
Project participants.
Description of the project: strategy and mechanisms for achieving the set goals.
Work plan for project implementation.
Projected short-term and long-term results of the project.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the project.
Risk assessment.
Further development project.
Therefore, the jury members heard rather a presentation of the experience.

You can get acquainted with the pedagogical projects of the participants on the website of the Competition "Pedagogical Debut - 2014"
But we believe that our young colleagues have everything ahead. It is important that already on initial stage their professional career, the contestants study the experience of Russian and foreign teachers of scientists, learn to systematize their pedagogical experience, and take the first steps in pedagogical design.
And the most important competitive event for our participants is the competitive lesson. On December 10 we go to the gymnasium № 1 in Vladivostok.
First 5 contestants.
5 lessons.
5 discoveries.
5 revelations.
5 talented young teachers.
Good luck!

Who to be? Sooner or later, each of us asks himself this question. I was the first child in the family, and later I had two sisters. When I went to kindergarten, I liked the profession of an educator. Growing up, I decided that someday I would work here.

But time flew by. When I went to school, I met my first teacher - Galina Alekseevna Marakulina. This lovely woman is a primary school teacher. From the very first minute she fascinated me, carried me away to her country of knowledge. Galina Alekseevna is a teacher with a capital letter. She has a lot of experience. She worked at school for 43 years. A teacher is not a profession for her, but a vocation.

Teacher! How difficult it is to carry this title throughout your life. But the profession obliges. Most of us remember the first line, the first bell. But the most important thing is the kind look and affectionate smile of the first teacher.

The teacher is the noblest and most difficult profession. Society could not exist and develop if the younger generation, replacing the older, had to start all over again, without the experience that it inherited.

The great Russian writer L.N. Tolstoy saw in the teaching profession, first of all, a humanistic principle, which finds expression in love for children.

“If a teacher has only a love of work,” wrote this master of the word, “he will be a good teacher. If a teacher has only love for a student, like a father, a mother, he will be better than the teacher who has read all the books, but has no love either for the work or for the students. If a teacher combines love for work and for students, he is a perfect teacher. "

I think that a teacher needs to work a lot on himself in order to confidently enter the classroom and say: "Hello, children, I am your first teacher." I felt it when the “Understudy Day” was held at our school. I taught in the elementary level, in the third grade. I've always liked small children. They are so spontaneous, inquisitive, look you straight in the eyes, listen attentively. They are interested in everything. You can talk with them about everything, they understand a lot. I got so used to the role of a teacher that I did not notice how the end of the school day had already come. Small children did not want to part with me. Understudy Day is the day when you are given the opportunity to feel like a teacher. And I did it very well. It was after that day that I firmly decided that I wanted to be a primary school teacher.

Very often, the first teacher is called the "second mother." This "mom" should be strict and kind, demanding and funny. I find this helps create a warm, intimate classroom climate. The first teacher leaves a deep mark in the child's soul.

I think that the motto of every teacher should be the words: "Bring light to people, sow good, give love."

The child's desire to learn largely depends on the teacher, his ability to determine the student's capabilities, his personal personality.

I believe that a teacher is primarily a mentor. He not only gives children knowledge, but also educates them. Kids come to school from different families, including disadvantaged ones. Unfortunately, in our time there are parents who do not study at home with their children, do not prepare them for school, they believe that this is the business of teachers. From such families, children come to school nervous, angry, even quarrelsome. These are the guys the teacher must surround with love, attention, patronize and instruct them every day, foster love and respect for other children, elders, parents, for the whole world around them. It is necessary not to spare your time, to give your whole soul to pets. Then they will love their teacher, they will listen to him in everything, in the future they will grow up educated people... The new generation will have to change our country, make it better and more educated.

Besides the fact that a teacher educates students, their parents also need him. They trust him with the most precious thing - their children. Parents are interested in school, grades, classroom relationships, they care about everything. And it depends on the first teacher how it goes school life child; how parents will relate to teachers and the school, whether they will become faithful companions, like-minded people.

You need to keep up with the present all the time: read a lot, especially pedagogical novelties, watch interesting educational programs with children, discuss everything new with students. As far as possible, organize excursions for children to Kirov and other cities, while expanding their horizons from childhood.

I think that the teaching profession is the most important in the world, because it is it that prepares the citizens of our country. The power and prosperity of my Motherland depends on what young people will be like. All professions start from primary school. It pains me to hear from TV screens how famous "stars" boast that the school did not listen to the teachers, and now they have become famous. It can't be! I know from history how many teachers went with their students to the front during the Great Patriotic War, setting an example of heroism. How the children of those years appreciated the teachers!

I believe that society will turn its face to the teacher and appreciate his work. I want my wish to come true, so that I enter the Pedagogical Institute!

I am sure that my calling is a teacher.

Essay "My pedagogical philosophy"

Teacher! He is always on the road -
In worries, searches, anxiety -
And there is never peace.
And a hundred questions on the doorstep
And you need to give the right answer.
He judges himself most severely,
It is all earthly, but it strives upward.
Do not count, perhaps, how many destinies
Intertwined with his fate!

Every person has their own dream in life. Since childhood, I dreamed of becoming a primary school teacher. Most likely, my grandmother played a big role in choosing my profession. She was also a primary school teacher, I often went to her class, sat down and watched her grandmother teach a lesson, what they do during recess. And then we checked the notebooks of her students together. That was the most interesting thing for me !!! My childhood dream has come true. I became a primary school teacher. In addition, I returned to the school from which my school life began.

The teaching profession is one of the most important, difficult, interesting and creative ones. And this is exactly what brings me joy and a sense of fullness of life. I feel in my place, I don't even imagine myself in any other role! A primary school teacher is a special profession. Comes to school small man... Often, breaking away from my mother for the first time, and I have to become a “second mother”, because without complete trust, understanding, love, it is impossible to teach and educate. Primary School - the beginning of time! A first-grader who does not know how to do anything, in a few months begins to read, write letters of the alphabet, solve examples and simple problems - this is the beginning of the "beginning"! And I always sincerely rejoice at the first successes, but, of course, I am worried about the failures of my pupils, I feel a huge responsibility for their education and upbringing. Every day the eyes of my students look at me. They expect something new and interesting from me. And I want to convey to them everything that I know. Going to lessons, I try to find a lot of interesting things, I am not afraid to experiment, I am constantly in search of improving teaching methods, I love children, I try to find an approach to each student. To make the lesson interesting, I am looking for additional material on the Internet, in additional literature. Children really enjoy doing various tasks. And I watch and rejoice as my students sit and "puff" over them. Thus, they develop their thinking and independence. They really like it! And I need it! The future of Russia sits at the desks. And in this future I and my children will live. And not only the life of the country, but also my life depends on what my students will become. Each student has his own path, his own destiny ... But to lay a solid core of morality in childhood and school years for a child is the teacher's main task, my task. Every September 1, I have new students in front of me, or simply grown up in just three months, but still new. The first month they look closely, and after a month they begin to communicate as close people who know each other, trust. They begin to devote me to their little joys and insults. In turn, I communicate with children as with relatives. Whether I praise or scold, I really want them to grow up to be good people. I do not allow falsity or insincerity in communicating with children. A child's heart is sensitive and generous. If children are given love, they return it. I want my students to be able to be surprised, empathize, make friends and respect each other. Each child is unique and has abilities. A caring, attentive teacher will give each student a chance to prove themselves. The main thing is that children are not afraid to experiment, and for this they must feel that the teacher believes in them and will always support them. And I also try to praise each student, then the child will go to school with a smile, and he will leave school with a smile too. A teacher's smile is capable of a lot, as soon as he smiles, the child begins to feel more confident.

With great pleasure I go with the guys on a hike, on a hill, skiing, participating in games and competitions. Let them see in me not only a teacher, but also a faithful friend, let them remember their first teacher capable of "anything."

Yes, the profession of a teacher is not easy. But there are no easy professions at all! Each job has its pros and cons - it cannot be done without it. But what do I like about my profession? So this is what I need. Needed by my students. Every day, every hour, sometimes every minute ... You come to class and they start to tell you the news and ask questions. Needed by the parents of their students, because they entrusted me with their beloved children. They hope that I will help their children learn to learn, gain knowledge, live in a team and work together. I need it for my colleagues, whom I often ask for advice, I just share the painful ones. This is the meaning of my work - my favorite work!

I chose the teacher's path myself. I chose, although I understood that it was not very easy. But I found my way - to be with children. Yes, sometimes it is sleepless nights, and endless experiences, and endless student notebooks, as well as plans, notes, reports, teachers' councils, conferences ... But this is also the greatest opportunity to fill every moment of children's lives with kindness and love. "In a kind teacher's heart, which is wide open, there can be a whole universe ..."
