"Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou" in translation means " Everyday life high school students ". This is a comedy sitcom from the famous director Shinji Takamatsu, who released the popular "Gintama". Accordingly, the studio for this project will be Sunrise. People who follow Japanese anime culture will probably know that "Gintama" is an extremely popular piece with Western audiences, which is ranked first on some reputable anime portals. In turn, the studio itself Sunrise, long famous for the most gigantic fur franchise "Gundam" in the history of Japanese anime, has now learned to release not only good fur titles. As we have seen at the Sunrise studio lately, there are practically no failed projects. Moreover, it seems that with such genres as everyday life, comedy and parody, Sunrise is able to work no worse than with fur. Two seasons of "Gintama" are worth something, but there is also "Tiger & Bunny", "Natsuiro Kiseki" and ours "Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou".

It's not hard to guess, since our series has the same director as "Gintama", then some similarities will be noticeable. This mainly concerns the stylistic manner, the very drawing, as well as humor. As in "Gintama" it has a very varied and prickly humor. There are also a little vulgar jokes and downright stupid ones. I admit that not every viewer will like all the humor that is served. However, this is logical, because you cannot please everyone. But all jokes are harmless and funny in their form. After all, the rating of the work is PG-13. From recent humor, one can recall only "LuckyStar" and "YuruYuri" and then only "YuruYuri" falls under the description of the comedy sitcom. Some also cite "K-on!" As an analogy. But this is rather a simple everyday life than a comedy sitcom. That's how it happened with "K-on!" it is more logical to compare the recently released "Kimi to Boku.", which has already managed to acquire a second season. For "Kimi to Boku." this is the same everyday life as "K-on!" only guys starring. From all this, we can conclude that "Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou" is somewhat new in the comedy field. The viewer saw a lot of comedies, but in all, as a rule, girls featured comedies, but here comedy everyday life in the sitcom format and in the main role three guys with their classmates, and each episode is divided into several short sketches.
