Hello dear tankers! Today we continue our review of American tank destroyers, and today a vehicle is next in line that is capable of much. A machine that terrifies its classmates. This is one of the best Tier 7 PTs. Meet the American T25 / 2 self-propelled anti-tank gun.

Did you like the M18 Hellcat? Well, there are only positive emotions ahead. This machine surpasses its predecessor in all characteristics. All this allows you to be more insolent than on the M18. This miracle costs 1,364,000 credits and 42,350 experience. The amounts are standard for level 7 cars and there is nothing terrible or unattainable in them, especially with PA. And if you consider that this money and experience was earned on the M18 ... So, you bought the car itself, but this is not enough. For complete happiness and a successful game, we need to install additional equipment, plant a good crew and apply camouflage. With additional equipment, everything is simple. Since the style of play is practically the same as with the M18, additional equipment can be removed from the M18 for as little as 30 gold and installed on the T25 / 2.

With the crew, everything is a little more complicated. The crew significantly affects the characteristics of the machine, therefore, it must be immediately retrained to a sufficiently high level of proficiency in the main specialty. Specifically here, I advise you not to suffer much and not make the crew 100% right away. There won't be much difference at this level and specifically on this machine between 90% and 100%. And then you will pump over the process.

As for the crew, here I highly recommend applying it because we are PT and we already have an increased% of invisibility. Camouflage will make it even higher for us. It will cost 70,000 * 3 \u003d 210,000 credits. Be sure to apply it, because in some situations it will play a role for you and save your life.

Equipment

Well then. We proceed to the decisive pumping. I don’t know your engine and radio station have been researched because it depends on whether you have pumped the ST or not. However, we still have a lot to explore without them, so you can't call T25 / 2 an easy upgrade. Yes, the amount of experience is not strong and large + with a good game you will open everything quickly and without much stress, but still ...


Well, almost everywhere without a chassis, so we pump and install as quickly as possible. The top suspension will significantly increase the cross-country ability and, most importantly, will allow us to install heavier modules. Unfortunately, the turn rate will remain the same, but 30 deg / s should be enough for your eyes.

With our light weight, the top-end engine adds a significant boost to dynamics and acceleration speed. The chance of fire is standard, but in practice we rarely burn.

The stock radio station at level 7 will not be enough for us. Therefore, it is necessary to install the top level 9 as soon as possible. Of course, it will be enough for us in any situation.

The top tower is practically no different from the stock one. Turning speed, visibility, booking - everything is identical to the stock turret, the only thing is that we have a slightly different shape and a closed top, well, to some extent it will save from direct hits of shells ART-ACS ... The only significant advantage of this turret is the ability to install a top gun. Yes, I almost forgot, the top tower will add a little HP to us, and this, too, cannot be called a weak plus.

Well, what can I say, the pre-top gun should have already been opened on the M18, so at first you will have to ride with it. I hasten to make you happy or upset, here who is more pleased, the top gun is not much different from the old gun with the M18. Yes, its penetration is slightly larger, but only by 10 mm. The accuracy and speed of aiming also did not go too far ahead. Yes, you need to strive for it, but this desire can be slightly diminished and directed in a more necessary direction, for example, to open the engine. There will be more benefits from it. Personally, by opening the car, I raised it to the top state for free experience right away. However, I decided not to open the top gun. In any case, we will not be able to penetrate the Is-3 with the wrong weapon without gold, and there is already little difference from which weapon to shoot ... In short, the choice is yours, but I strongly advise against bursting into this weapon as, for example, to BL-10 ...

The optimal pumping option in my opinion

Balance weight

The car is thrown at 7 - 9 levels of battles. If at 7 and 8 we have something to do, then at 9 we can only "prop up" top TT. However, throwing us to level 9 is not so common, so you should not worry too much about this.

Profitability

As far as profitability is concerned, everything is fine. Even without the PA, the car should play a plus, and with PA it will farm. Of course, farming is not so good as I do this with cars of level 5 - 6 and prema 8, but nevertheless, during the time of pumping T25 / 2 to T28, you must accumulate a prototype. However, all this is only when using standard consumables and shells, with premium ones everything will be much worse - big minuses.

Tactics

Playing the M18, you should already have a great understanding of the style of play. There is no armor, so it is contraindicated for us to climb forward. Play as if you have 1 HP left and you will bring a lot of experience and credits while getting a lot of fun. The American PT branch is very demanding on hands and thoughtful actions. While low PTs forgive mistakes, high PTs do not. So think carefully about what you are doing. When playing on T25 / 2, you need a hunter's tactics. You need to inflict damage on someone else's light from afar using your speed only to take advantageous positions both at the beginning of the game and mediocre in the middle. Take such positions where either you will not be visible, or you will not come from all directions. Speaking of one of the parties, we have no reservation, so any artillery shells will be extremely sick for us. It doesn't matter where the projectile hit, near or in the body, it will still hurt you a lot. Therefore, take positions where it is safest for you. And of course, do not forget to change them whenever possible. Your appearance on one or the other flank will greatly influence the outcome of the battle. Well, if you got into battles by 9 levels, then turn on gold and cover your thicker allies by hiding behind them. Just try not to catch damage. Play as if you have 1 HP.

Let's start, as always, with the fact that we have a typically small margin of safety for a Tier 7 self-propelled gun, but a very good base view range of 380 meters for its vehicle class.

We won't have to talk too long about the survivability of our American woman, since T25 / 2 characteristics reservations are poor. From whatever side you look, the thickness of the armor plates is very mediocre. Unless the impressive size gun mask 75 millimeters thick, behind which there is still the same amount of ordinary armor, sometimes allows you to catch an accidental ricochet. But it really would be a fluke, to think that Tank destroyer T25 / 2 WoT maybe you shouldn't play from the tower, it can't. By the way, don't be fooled, we have an open tower, and this shield on the roof, which is a screen, does not take damage if the enemy hits it specifically.

As is often the case, if the car did not come out with armor, then its mobility should be good. Yes, this rule rarely applies to self-propelled guns, but we were lucky, because tank T25 / 2 World of Tanks got an excellent top speed, impressive dynamics and pretty good maneuverability.

Cannon

If with general characteristics everything is more or less typical for the PT-7, then our armament is really unusual, if not strange.

T25 / 2 gun has a modest one-time damage, but even worse - our rate of fire allows you to deal only about 1850 damage per minute, which is not enough for a vehicle that specializes in destroying tanks.

Even more disappointment awaits you in the parameters of penetration, the usual armor-piercing shell at Tank destroyer T25 / 2 WoT has the worst armor penetration rate at the level, be prepared for the fact that in the battles at the bottom of the list you will often have to charge gold.

However, our American woman pleasantly surprises each of her owners with very good accuracy, which partially neutralizes the lack of penetration. T25 / 2 tank World of Tanks got good spread, very fast mixing and really enviable final accuracy. In addition, the cannon bends downward by 10 degrees, which is also a significant plus in the piggy bank.

Advantages and disadvantages

As you can see, this device has its strengths and weaknesses, however, this can be said about any car in our favorite game. In order not to lose face on the battlefield or even influence the outcome of the battle, you need to clearly understand the main advantages and disadvantages T25 / 2 World of Tanks.

Frankly, we have so many really worthwhile additional modules to choose from that would really improve the performance of this device. However, there is still plenty to choose from, so on PT-ACS T25 / 2 equipment you can put this:
1. - of course, given our rate of fire and damage per minute, there is no way without this module, it is also the most important.
2. - we already have an excellent mixing speed, but, as mentioned earlier, there are few alternatives.
3. - with a good view and good mobility, this option will be very useful.

However, several significant changes can be made to this configuration, but I want to say right away that they are suitable only for those who like positional and more passive self-propelled gun play. So, we leave the first point, it is impossible without it, but we change the other two as follows:
1. - will give an even greater increase in the view range, which is very effective if you do not have a trained crew.
2. - our car has large dimensions and the camouflage is lame, if you want to stand on the lips and do not glow when fired, such a solution will help, besides, it is an excellent combination with the previous paragraph.

Crew training

Regarding the choice of skills for a balanced crew of five on our self-propelled gun, we will act on the already beaten track. It is important for us to make the shooting process even more comfortable, but do not forget about the massive improvement in parameters and increased survivability, in general, for T25 / 2 perks it is better to teach like this:

T25 / 2 tactics

This is a vehicle with good driving characteristics, a fully rotating turret and an impressive view, which looks more like a medium tank than an anti-tank self-propelled gun, doesn't it?

T25 / 2 tank is able to quickly change position, return to defend the base, support different flanks both in attack and in defense, it all depends on your attentiveness and ingenuity.

The appearance of the T-25 tractor was preceded by a sharp increase in the number of large, greenhouse and horticultural farms in the sixties of the last century. There was an urgent need to mechanize manual labor in areas where the work of large tractors was impossible. A compact, maneuverable tractor was required, of a low traction class, but at the same time, sufficiently versatile and powerful, capable of working with a large list of mounted and trailed equipment.

It is unlikely that the designer who created this machine then could have thought that their brainchild would become so popular among farmers in many countries, and the potential inherent in it would allow it to master a variety of areas of activity, becoming truly universal!

The history of the creation of the T-25

The decision to create the Vladimir Tractor Plant was made in 1943, at the height of the Great Patriotic War. The construction of the plant became a real labor feat, in these difficult years for the country, it was necessary to build not only the plant itself, but also the entire infrastructure, as well as train qualified personnel!

In the middle of summer 1944, the first tractors "Universal U-2" were ready. By April 1945, another 500 cars were assembled, and on the 24th of the same month a solemn meeting took place, at which it was decided to consider this day as the plant's birthday.

The first ten years, the plant produced the "Universal" tractor. They were simple and cheap cars with metal wheels and a carburetor engine.

Tractor T-25 model 1966

In 1955, a new DT-24 tractor was created, a new diesel engine was installed on it, and the wheels were shod with rubber tires. A year later, 10,000 cars were produced.

A further, significant step in the development of the plant in 1958 was the start of mass production of the new T-28 "Vladimir". This model received a gold medal and was awarded the first prize at the world exhibition in Brussels. For all the time, more than 250 thousand of these machines have been assembled. In 1972, the production of the T-25 tractor, produced in Kharkov since 66, was transferred to VTZ from the Kharkov plant, and a year later it was replaced by the completely updated T-25A, which became the hallmark of the plant for many years! It is the T-25A, and not its predecessor, that is considered the base model for all future modifications.

Tractor engine T-25

Reliable, time-tested, air-cooled four-stroke power plant. The lineup was developed at the Vladimir Tractor Plant. There are 2, 4, 6, cylinder models, with many unified parts. The T-25 is equipped with a two-cylinder D21A1 model with a capacity of 19.5 kW (26 hp).

The engine is famous for its unpretentiousness to fuels and lubricants, maintainability and simplicity of design. Also, the design features include a double (pressure and spray) lubrication system.

On a warm engine, the oil pressure should be 1.5–3.5 kgf / cm² at rated speed. Prolonged engine idling is not recommended.

The unit is mounted on three supports. Two front, elastic, rigidly attached to the engine, located on a semi-frame, on rubber cushions. The rear part of the engine is rigidly attached to the connecting body of the tractor by the flywheel housing flange.

T-25 tractor gearbox

The tractor Vladimir is equipped with a mechanical transmission. The gearbox is equipped with a reverse and a doubler, thanks to which the car has a wide range of speeds, 8 forward / 6 reverse. This set of gears allows the tractor to move and perform various works at speeds from 1.5 to 21 km / h. The clutch is dry, single-plate, permanently closed. The arrangement of the shafts is transverse.

All gearbox mechanisms are housed in a molded case. In the front part of the housing, on two ball bearings, there is a primary shaft made together with a bevel gear. This gear is constantly in mesh with the bevel driven gears of the reverse mechanism, the mechanism itself is located in the middle of the intermediate shaft.

On the intermediate shaft to the right of the reverse mechanism, there is a movable gear wheel of 2/4 gears. On the left, on the same shaft, there is a movable double gear with 1/3 and 5/6 gears.

Under the main and intermediate shafts, in the lower part of the body, there is a rear power take-off shaft drive and a low gear assembly.

A locking device is installed on the transmission cover, its purpose is to prevent gear shifting when the clutch is not fully engaged or disengaged. It also protects gears from premature wear and tooth breakage.

The rear linkage mechanism, brake hoses and steering elements of the tractor are attached to the gearbox housing.

Dimensions and weight

Since the tractor was developed mainly for work in small, often confined areas, it received good maneuverability and compact dimensions. However, the weight of 2050 kg allows him to work quite successfully with a plow and on inter-row cultivation of row crops.

Undercarriage and control of the T-25A tractor

The rear axle is the leading one on the T-25 I tractor, the front axle serves as a support for the front of the tractor and provides a change in the direction of movement of the tractor using the steering control.

Front axle of the machine consists of rods and levers of the steering linkage, steering knuckles and axles, transverse balancer and wheel hubs.

The steel balance bar has bosses in its middle part, and hardened, high strength steel bushings are cemented in these bumps. An axle passes through these bushings, which is fastened with a tie and cone bolt in the front of the half-frame, and acts as a rolling axle of the bridge. The articulated joint allows the front axle, independently of the tractor frame and rear wheels, to follow the unevenness of the surface. The tides, made in the upper part of the balancer, limit the rolling angles, resting on the half-frame mount.

At the ends of the balancer in special cuts, steering knuckles are fixed with tightening bolts. Each knuckle has four holes for adjusting the track width. By moving the pin to different holes, the track width of the bridge changes.

Tractor T-25A

Rear driving wheels They consist of a stamped steel disc with a rim and reduced pressure tires. For good grip of the wheels with the surface, and self-cleaning of the tires during operation, the tires are equipped with a herringbone tread outside.

A sealed rubber tube with an air valve and a tire are put on the rim. From the inside, the rim has six welded uprights, to which the disc is attached with bolts. The disc, with its convex part, is attached with cone bolts to the flange of the rear wheel axle. By deploying the disc relative to the axle flange, as well as turning the rim relative to the disc, it is possible to adjust the rear wheel track within 1200–1500 mm.

When working in the field, the pressure in the tires should be 0.8–0.9 kg / cm2, for transport operations 0.9–1.2 kg / cm2.

Steering

The steering is intended to control the movement of the tractor along a given trajectory.

The main controls include a steering wheel, tilt column, two bevel gears for reversing the steering wheel, and a worm gear.

A welded steering column is formed by a pipe, with a flange welded to it at the bottom and an upper body on the reverse side. The flange is bolted to the steering box with four bolts.

Inside the column is a steering shaft rotating on a radial ball bearing. In the upper part of the shaft, on the splines, a steering wheel is put on and clamped with a nut.

The lower part of the steering shaft is connected to the worm gear of the control mechanism, which in turn engages with a roller on the bipod shaft. And the longitudinal tie rod connects the lower edge of the bipod directly to the steering linkage of the front axle.

The allowable backlash of the steering wheel can be up to 15 degrees, but if this value exceeds 25 degrees, adjustment or replacement of worn parts is required

Cab of the T-25A tractor. Overview

This famous car was produced in different trim levels. In the basic configuration, the tractor was equipped with a metal, fully glazed cab, with heating from the hydraulic system and an adjustable steering column and seat. Modifications with an awning and with a roll cage were also produced, both of these modifications retained the ability to install a full-fledged cab.

The foot pedals for fuel, clutch and brake have a classic layout. Separate brakes (right and left pedal) are connected by a special bar. On the left next to the seat is the differential control pedal.

Attachment system

Rear linkage mechanism is designed to attach various attachments to the tractor, and also makes it possible to raise it for transportation and lower it to the working position.

The linkage system of the T-25A tractor has a classic three-point design. The structure includes: connecting chains, a central link and two longitudinal links, one end attached to cast brackets, which are bolted to the tractor gearbox. Special braces connect the longitudinal rods to the lifting arms, these arms, in turn, receive the force from the power cylinder through the lifting shaft. Attachments are directly attached to the free end of the longitudinal and central links.

Hydraulics... The purpose of this system is to ensure the operation and control of the hydraulics of various trailed and attached equipment, as well as to raise and lower the linkage mechanism.

The hydraulic system consists of an oil tank, an oil pump, one or more power cylinders, a hydraulic valve and oil lines.

An oil gear pump creates pressure in the system, this pump feeds oil from the tank to the distributor under high pressure. Further, depending on the position of the distributor spool, oil enters the upper or lower cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, moving the piston in the desired direction.

"Vladimir" has undergone a number of modifications. In all cases, the changes were not significant, only minor design changes were made. Consider the range of modifications of this famous tractor.

T-25A2
In this version, the weight and cost of the tractor was reduced by replacing the full-fledged cab with a tarpaulin awning.

This made it difficult to use the tractor in winter, but as practice has shown for many farmers, this did not upset at all, since the machine was used mainly in the warm season.

T-25A3
In this version, the designers took care of the safety of the tractor driver and added a strong frame to the cab design. The frame served as a good protection for the driver in the event of a tractor overturning. The appearance of the Vladimirts was also slightly improved.

T-25K
This particular retrofit has been designed for inter-row cultivation of tall crops. The power of the power plant and the functionality of the tractor remained unchanged, but the agrotechnical clearance was increased right up to 1500 mm and the track expanded to 3050 mm.

Operating experience of the T-25A "Vladimir" tractor

Although this tractor was created for work on livestock farms in collective farms, as well as large horticultural and greenhouse farms. It was ideal for smallholder farming. But in the Union of farmers, in principle, there were no, therefore, this machine acquired the greatest popularity among the population after its collapse. The overwhelming majority of tractors owned by private traders are machines purchased from various enterprises and collective farms, often in the form of scrap metal and even without documents.

Thanks to the story of its owner, we were able to trace the fate of one of these tractors bought out on the collective farm of Belarus in more detail:

Tractors of traction class 0.6 in the collective farms of Belarus have always been in the shadow of the famous MTZ, performed secondary functions and worked on them either by green youth, gaining experience, or by retirement-age machine operators ending their careers.

So saved from being melted down is my tractor, bought out on a collective farm in 1999 rather like scrap metal. His appearance was very sad: everything that could be removed was removed, attachments from the engine, without front wheels, oil pump reducer, PTO, etc. But! The tractor inside was the most alive of all living things! And this is thanks to the tractor driver who received it in the new 1983, a person who is disabled without a right hand and retired. For a couple of years of orphanhood, the tractor came to the above-described state.

It took two years to complete and restore the tractor, it was very difficult - there was nowhere to buy spare parts, and for nothing, the Soviet system for the supply of spare parts had already been destroyed, and the commercial one had not yet been created. It was also impossible to find used spare parts, because there are one or two such tractors in Belarus on a collective farm, and they have already laid eyes on those.

We managed to "get" some of the parts, something had to be made from scratch, and something had to be installed from other tractors, for example, the missing hitch parts were installed from MTZ-80.

The engine turned out to be produced in 1989, it was clear from the painted nuts that it had never been opened, I completed it, started it up and honestly worked it out to this day.

Having taught a tractor to drive, it was necessary to teach it to work - that is, to look for agricultural units for it, after all, again, Belarus is a country of "Belarusians"! There was no question of searching for original units, everything had to be made by reducing-lightening the "adult" units. So, from year to year, they grew with attachments for servicing subsidiary plots.

The first was a homemade dump trailer assembled from the frame of a welding unit, a T-16 body, a UAZ axle, Volga wheels, and a GAZ-SAZ hydraulic cylinder.

Then the plow, L-101, was acquired from Belarusian production.

Belarus and potatoes are synonymous words, the understanding came that without mechanization of planting it is impossible to mechanize the whole process of growing potatoes. Having started the search for components, it was not a task to buy a new one, I accidentally stumbled upon a Polish planter, converted into a two-row at a reasonable price. I bought it, I'm happy, as well as all my relatives, neighbors and acquaintances.

After the planting machine, of course, a hiller was also needed. Despite the simplicity of the unit, it had to be redone several times. Satisfied with the fourth option, all because of the killing of decommissioned collective farm components. There were no Polish-Chinese offers on the market at that time.

The lack of gas in a rural house and problems with a sore back made us make a primitive wood splitter. It is valuable because it was taken from several photographs from the magazine - pre-Internet ancient times - and I had to think out a lot of things myself. But everything is successful, it works with dignity, there is a reserve for modernization.

With the advent of your own welding machine, it became possible to swing at more serious things. I decided to fulfill my old dream - to make a tillage cutter. At the heart of the utility brush for the T-25, the loosening paws were delivered to Belarus from Ussuriisk. Until recently, there were doubts about this unit - there is nothing like this in the district - but everything worked out! It has been working for two seasons, and I cannot imagine further agricultural technology without it.

Communication with colleagues at a specialized forum determined the need for a full-fledged front loader with quick-change working bodies. The very need for a device that facilitates loading and unloading work has been felt for a long time, something primitive has already been manufactured, but it's not that. Two years of selection of materials, components, work, and in the spring of 2015 the loader passed the first tests. So far, there are more emotions than technical terms in evaluating his work. The loader on the T-25 is an irreplaceable assistant that allows you to solve a lot of tasks in a rural estate. It is also independence, because you cannot take a lot with a pitchfork and a shovel, and it is unprofitable to constantly hire equipment from the outside.

Two-row mounted digger KTN-2B

This year we managed to mechanize the harvesting of potatoes. The purchase of single-row potato diggers made in Poland and China was not considered in principle due to the primitiveness of technical solutions, and serious industrial machines for the T-25 were expensive and were also single-row. Two-row mounted ones went beyond the traction class of the tractor in terms of weight, and the trailed ones did not fit in size.

The search was focused on the selection of a two-row mounted digger for subsequent conversion into a trailed one. Such a machine, a KTN-2B produced in the late seventies, was found, it was quite easy to adapt it to the T-25. Working more than two hectares in the first season did not reveal any fundamental shortcomings.

In addition to the above agricultural operations, the tractor was used in many other works, logging, towing a four-ton trailer, construction, and everywhere it coped, the engine power was sufficient. The presence of slow gears, PTO, rear wheel differential lock, together with the low weight and dimensions of the tractor, make it indispensable for small-contour home gardens.

All these years, while the trailed inventory was accumulating, the T-25 conscientiously did its job. In principle, there is not much work, because the farm is subsidiary, the total amount of arable land is about a hectare, there is not much transport work and with a wood splitter, but in such conditions, technical reliability is important, so to speak "combat readiness", so that after a long downtime the tractor will start up and be ready for operation. did not require any additional action. Here the T-25 showed its best qualities, laid down by the designers during its creation.

For fifteen years of operation, after the restoration repair in 2001, no major repairs have been made. The same restoration repair can include the restoration (not replacement) of worn out parts of the front axle.

The single-plunger fuel pump ND-21 failed directly, repeated repairs ended with a cardinal replacement with a UTN-type pump, a four-plunger injection pump was adapted from the T-40 tractor. This replacement has fully justified itself - in addition to reliability, the power characteristics of the engine have also improved. The hydraulic cylinder of the hitch was replaced due to the wear of the rod, instead of the standard hydraulic pump NSh-10, the NSh-16 was installed.

Everything, otherwise only "consumables". This does not mean that the tractor does not need repair, there is a need, but it is planned repairs, elimination of oil leaks and other maintenance.

The manufacture of a mounted one caused the modernization of the tractor itself in terms of facilitating the work of the tractor driver, improving the ergonomics of the workplace.

At this stage, an additional hydraulic valve is installed. The standard two-section distributor has been replaced by a three-section one and is installed higher on the front wall of the cab subframe (like on the T-40), which allows you to work with levers without changing the position of the tractor driver, without "diving" under the steering wheel.

All hydraulic lines have been moved from the gearbox housing to the cab subframe - this will improve the maintainability of the gearbox when, after dismantling the cab, access to the gearbox cover is immediately provided (as at MTZ).

Conclusion

This is just one of thousands of similar examples, but it clearly shows the truly great possibilities of this small tractor, the potential and versatility inherent in it. It is this quality that is the main advantage of this wonderful machine.

Despite the fact that the "Vladimir" is considered an outdated model, with a number of design flaws, such as air-cooled engine, it copes well with any job in its class, for which it has become a favorite workhorse in small farms and personal subsidiary plots ...

The T-25 gained great popularity among farmers in Poland, where it was massively supplied in the 80s, there are many clubs for lovers of this tractor.

Today in the secondary market there are a lot of different offers for the sale of T-25 tractors in very different technical conditions. The price range is also great, for example, a car in a deplorable state requiring large financial and labor investments will cost you 30-50 tons. and a "pumped-over" device with a power steering, a loader, improved hydraulics and other additions can be found within 400 tons. The average price for a good working tractor of this model averages 150-200 thousand rubles.

Your level. Having rolled back the legendary M18 Hellcat, the T25 / 2 may seem like a boring and "passable" car, but it is not. Having got used to it, you can "bend" and on this installation. The speed (56 km / h), although less, is quite sufficient for fast movement on the map, maneuverability (30˚ / s) is excellent, together with the tower it is rather difficult to "spin" us. The gun is the weakest of all ATs of its tier, penetration 170 mm, alpha 240 HP, dispersion 0.36 m / 100m. Perhaps the strengths of the gun are the rate of fire of 7.79 rds / min and the mixing rate of 1.7. Our armor is very weak (hull 76/50/38, tower 76/25/25), so you won't have to tank at the front line. The tank has the best visibility at its level of 380 m. The tower allows you to use a camouflage net and remain undetected.

Each map has its own tactics, for example, the presence of a tower and excellent dynamic performance in urban conditions allow us to act in a group of CTs. For example, in Khimki and Prokhorovka we occupy a hill, in Ensk you can quickly take positions in houses by shooting through the central or first line. Also in the city we can play "swing", shooting from around the corner of houses. On open maps, try to use the terrain folds and stick out only the tower. Our turret has a large gun mask that absorbs damage well, and the round turret shapes ricochet perfectly. We should only be afraid of art, the roof does not protect us from landmines.

As already mentioned above, the T25 2 tank destroyer has very bad armor. Our only strong point is the frontal armor of the turret, all because of the large gun mantlet and ricochet shapes. Although the hull has stronger sides compared to the turret, the high straight sides almost do not ricochet, and 50 mm only saves from tanks up to level 4. Try not to substitute yourself for artillery shots, land mines almost always pass with full damage.
