The choice, as always, is yours. Martini is ok (we remember that this is a brand, not a panacea, right?).

7. Bitters. How much in this word ... Angostura has become quite expensive recently, so you can try to replace it with analogues from other manufacturers, but it is better to resort to this if you are an experienced player. If you are just starting out, go broke on it too, because the classic taste will settle in your head for a long time and, despite the exorbitant price tag, it lasts for a very, very long time. Advanced users buy more Pesho bitters and other goodies.
