Part III
AUXILIARY HEALING METHODS

Each generation is destined to preserve the essential features of an old beloved form, but it is also wise to expand and enrich it. Each cycle must be enriched with the fruits of further research and scientific research, removing what is obsolete and has lost its value.

Chapter 19
Instructive healing

BASIC CONCEPTS

Instructional healing is based on the concept that the body (bioplasmic and physical) of a person is conscious, and therefore is able to receive and follow instructions. The mind or body consciousness is called the physical subconscious mind. The term "subconscious" is used because it is below the level of ordinary consciousness. By periodically giving commands to the physical subconscious mind, recovery can be greatly accelerated.

It is due to the fact that the organism possesses consciousness or intelligence that independent harmonious activity of various systems of the body is possible without the intervention of our consciousness and without its instructions. If the physical subconscious mind did not exist, such a complex activity that requires delicate coordination of many muscles, such as running or dancing, would be impossible. Artificial intelligence scientists are well aware of the amount of effort it takes to create a computer program for a robot to walk, climb, and run.

It is thanks to the physical subconscious mind that self-healing of a wound or burn occurs. Thanks to him, hundreds, even thousands of the most complex biochemical reactions, about which we are not even aware, are harmoniously performed in our body. Our physical and bioplasmic bodies are actually magnificent living and intelligent machines.

The chakras also have their own mind, or consciousness. It is called the chakra subconscious mind. That is why the author uses the expression “such and such a chakra controls and nourishes energy” in the book. To govern involves intelligence. In turn, the subconscious mind of the chakras is under the control of the physical subconscious mind.

The organs of the body also have their own mind or consciousness. It is called the organic subconscious mind. The organs of the body and the organic subconscious mind are under the control of their respective major chakras or the chakra subconscious mind. The intelligence of the body organs corresponds to the small chakras. The consciousness or mind of a cell is called the cellular subconscious mind. The cells and cellular subconscious mind are under the control of the organic subconscious mind.

To further clarify the concepts of instructive healing, we will use the analogy with the structure of the firm. The firm itself will in this case be represented by the physical subconscious mind, its top management, directors of departments and vice presidents - by chakras or the chakra subconscious mind. The heads of departments in each department will then be the organs or the organic subconscious mind, and the employees of the departments will be the cells or the cellular subconscious mind.

The instructions can be given directly to the cells, organs, chakras or the patient's physical subconscious mind.

MENTAL DIAGNOSTICS

The diagnosis of a disease or disorder can be obtained by referring to the patient's physical subconscious mind.

1. Calm your emotions and mind with pranic breathing.
2. Introduce your patient's face.
3. Ask the patient's physical subconscious mind about the nature of the disease or disorder that bothers him physically, on the etheric, emotional, mental planes and karmically. For example, like this: "Ivan, what is the reason for your skin inflammation in the armpits and throat?"
4. Wait for an answer.

Accuracy of mental diagnostics can be achieved only after long practice and with high sensitivity.

HEALING WITH VISUAL IMAGES

Instructions can be given visually and verbally. If they are given in the form of images, it will be a visual instructional treatment. It is also called visual healing. Either the healer, the patient, or both can practice it. Visualization (figurative representation), as in pranic treatment, must be repeated. It is important that the healer is not attached to the patient and can free himself from the visual instruction being transmitted to the patient's physical subconscious mind. You should imagine that your visual image falls into the patient's ajna chakra.

The instruction should be given softly but firmly. At the same time, you do not need to overextend your will, because the physical subconscious mind can resist the order. If the healer overwhelms the patient's physical subconscious mind, the patient will be partially stunned and unable to quickly “turn on” and follow instructions.

A mental picture or image can be real or symbolic. A real (literal) image requires thorough anatomical preparation. This approach is easier for healers with a medical background. For those with limited knowledge of anatomy, it is easier to use symbolic imagery. Imaging should last approximately ten to fifteen minutes per session and be applied one or more times a day until treatment is complete.

Procedure:

1. Imagine the patient's face.

3. Imagine how the treatment is going and its final result.
4. Repeat visualization as long as necessary. How often instructional treatment should be given depends on the specific situation.

For example, to speed up the treatment of a ruptured eardrum, imagine wetting your ear opening with a light blue fluid and tightening it. Imagine that the eardrum is completely healed. In this case, treatment with a blue liquid means a figurative command to disinfect the affected area, and tightening the hole means an instruction to eliminate the rupture of the membrane. The image of a completely healed tympanic membrane means a visual installation to achieve the desired result.

Another example. To speed up the treatment of a tumor, imagine how it is eaten away by white blood cells and it gradually disappears.

One of the forms of healing with visual images is the use of photographs, paintings, posters, which the patient must regularly examine over time. Treatment of tuberculosis patients, for example, can be accelerated by looking at images of healthy lungs.

ORAL INSTRUCTIVE HEALING

In this case, instructions are conveyed in words. This can happen out loud, subconsciously, or telepathically. Healing instructions can be recorded on regular subconscious tape. The patient listens to it several times a day for as long as necessary. This type of healing is called by various names:

1. hypnotherapy;
2. treatment with the help of suggestion;
3. self-hypnosis treatment;
4. treatment with a conspiracy;
5. treatment by referring to the body or the affected part of it;
6. healing on command;
7. healing by order.

In the course of oral instructional healing, the healer verbally or telepathically gives instructions to the physical subconscious mind, or chakra, or organ, what to do to get better.

For example, in pancreatic diabetes, the pranic healer, after performing the pranic treatment procedure, can order the pituitary gland through the ajna chakra to instruct the pancreas to produce the amount of insulin the body needs. Another example: to heal a wound, one must telepathically order the wound to heal and recover during the pranic healing procedure.

Procedure:

1. Imagine the patient's face.
2. Smile and send him the kindness of love. This should establish a connection between you and increase the patient's receptivity.
3. Give the telepathic command to the physical subconscious mind what to do to achieve the desired result. Commands can also be recorded on tape so that the patient listens to them several times a day for as long as needed.
4. Repeat the procedure as needed. The frequency with which instructive healing is used depends on the specific situation.

An overflowing chakra can be cleared by energizing it with light green - white prana. Then she should be given a telepathic order to rotate mainly counterclockwise, expelling disease-causing energy. Once the affected chakra is free of overflow, instruct it to normalize rotation.

Overexcitation of the chakra can be suppressed with one act of the healer's will. Also, with just one will, you can activate the under-activated chakra. However, the result will be better if you first cleanse and recharge the affected chakra.

By cleansing and recharging the affected area, the physical subconscious mind can telepathically clear blocked meridians to facilitate the healing process.

The patient himself can apply oral instructive healing using self-hypnosis, spells or appeal to the affected chakras and organs. The conspiracy can be repeated for about 5-10 minutes per session one or more times a day as needed. The patient can also gently and lovingly approach his body, the affected chakra (s) and the affected area (s) and ask them to get better soon. This can be done every day for as long as required.

Self-hypnosis or talking is very helpful in speeding up the treatment. You can use the following text:

“My body is getting healthier. My ... (insert affected organ) is getting better and better. "

Many illnesses have emotional roots and are often caused by resentment and an inability to forgive. Therefore, it is recommended that the text of the verbal formula be directed not only to the physical, but also to the emotional causes of the disease. You can use the following formula:

“I forgive everyone who has hurt and hurt me. I free myself from all wrongs. God the Father, I humbly ask You to forgive me for all my mistakes. I am peaceful and filled with love. The health of my body is growing and getting stronger. "

You can also use Emile Coue's multipurpose formula:

"Every day, in all respects, I get better and better."

The healing formula should be repeated several times a day for as long as necessary.

INCREASE VIBRATION LEVEL

A quick energizing of the etheric body can be achieved by ordering it to increase the vibration level by 50 - 100%. The same applies to the rapid replenishment of the affected area. Before giving such an order, a thorough cleaning should be done. Otherwise, the sick energy can spread and worsen the patient's condition.

Pranic Healing is an ancient science and art of energy healing that uses Prana, Ki, or life energy to heal the physical, emotional and mental body holistically. It is a safe and gentle treatment. By cleansing the energy bodies and projecting energy or life-giving force, the healing process is carried out.

Pranic Healing is a simple yet powerful and effective non-contact energy healing system. It is based on the fundamental principles of self-healing of the bodies of living beings, and that the process can be accelerated with an increase in vitality, which is easily obtained from the sun, air and earth. Master Choa Kok Sui said: “Life energy or Prana is around us. It is all-encompassing; in fact, we are literally floating in the ocean of Life Energy. Taking into account this principle, any healer can draw the necessary Pranic or Life energy from the environment. "

Prana is the energy that exists in all of us. Everything is made of prana. It is invisible to the naked eye, but can be felt with proper preparation. The human body is surrounded by prana, and this is called the "Energy body", and through the practice of Pranic healing, we can easily perceive the structure of the individual's energy body.

Diseases primarily manifest in the energy body. They take on stagnant or emaciated forms. If left unnoticed, they ultimately actually become diseases. To prevent illness, the structure of the energy body must be restored and Pranic Healing is the best way to do this.

Features of Pranic Healing.
1. Besides the physical aspect, Pranic Healing also works on the mental, emotional and psychological aspects of health.
2. Pranic healing works with the very root of the problem, not just the symptoms, therefore, the treatment is more holistic.
3. Pranic healing can also be used as a preventive therapy.
4. Pranic healing has no side effects.
5. The process of treatment takes place without touching, and therefore painless.
6. There are no minimum and maximum dosages.
7. Pranic healing can help balance our material and spiritual lives.

Practical application of Pranic healing.
1. Improving the energy field and atmosphere in our room, home, office or other environment.
2. Increased physical, emotional and mental strength and confidence.
3. Neutralization and removal of energy that is detrimental or detrimental to our well-being.
4. Applying Pranic Healing to ensure faster materialization of our plans, business ideas and projects.
5. Cleansing and energizing food, medicine, personal belongings, etc.
6. Splitting and annihilation of negative thought forms that have been generated or projected by us or other people.

Pranic healing, like any other alternative medicine, is not a 100% replacement for traditional conventional medicine, but is used to complement and accelerate healing. Pranic healers do not diagnose or prescribe drugs or medical procedures. If symptoms persist, please see your doctor.

METHODS OF TREATMENT

The control of cells that exhibit physical malaise is carried out by personal methods of mental healing. They can be divided into three types:

1. Treatment with prana, or healing by sending prana to the diseased parts, thus stimulating cells and tissues to normal activity, as a result of which the unusable substance is thrown out of the body and, thus, normal conditions are restored. This type of treatment is known in the West as Magnetic Healing. Many were healed in this way, although many healers were unaware of the principle behind it, despite the fact that they had acquired a serious knowledge of their method of healing.

2. Thought treatment, which means the control of the cells' thinking directly or through the patient's subconscious thinking. This type of healing includes what is known in the Western world as "Direct or Abstract Thought Cure: Suggestion Healing." This also includes many religious methods of healing, which are methods of the same healing by thought, hidden under the cover of religious teachings and theories.

3. Spiritual treatment, meaning an elevated way of healing, coming from a healer who has reached an elevated degree of spiritual development and sheds light on the patient's thinking, pouring over him with elevated thoughts and raising his own thinking to a higher plane of being. This type of healing is not nearly as widespread as one might conclude from the conversations of healers and their patients. In fact, it is very rare and is available only to healers who have reached a very high spiritual development. Many people who imagine that they have it, usually adhere to simple methods of healing by thought and have not the slightest idea of what true spiritual healing is. But there is no harm in this, since they work successfully, and we mention this only so that the reader has a correct understanding of everything. It should be remembered here mainly that, in essence, all types of psychic healing are carried out by Thought. Even healing with prana is driven by Thought and is the power of thought itself. Illness or malaise is called "physical", that is, it manifests itself in the cells of the physical body, but upon closer examination we will see that in reality it is a malaise of the thought of a certain, seized cell. And, therefore, the only successful method of treatment is to reach a particle of thinking of this cell and bring it back to normal. This can be achieved in various ways, but in the end the paths constitute the Paths of Thought, because it is not the path or the method that produces the treatment, but the thought excited by the path.

To comprehend anything with healing with prana, we must understand what prana is.

1) Prana is " " - this WATER OF LIFE, green-blue Energy. This "River" (Energy of Life) permeates all living and nonliving on the surface of the Earth.

2) - the PRANIC Body (LIFE) is the source of life for the Physical Body. The carrier of Prana in a person is the Etheric Body - the field of Prana (chi / chi / ki). Prana endows matter with the ability to change. The essential sponge absorbs "life" from all the Kingdoms of Nature.

3) PRANA (Phenomena of Nature, vital current) - vital Force, the area of influence of the Elemental Spirits.

4) According to Daniil Andreev Aruguilta Prana - an impersonal, unconscious subtle substance, spilled in our world, overflowing from body to body and providing the possibility of individual organic existence.

5) The philosophers of Yoga call prana the “active force” or energy that is in the body of every living being. Prana is gifted with the ability to think (Elemental Spirits and elemental consciousness-elementals) and represent the energy of the universal mind of Nature.
Prana manifests itself in the form of electrical forces (magnetic perception), vitality, warmth (receiver of emotional waves), light (receiver of "astral light").
Prana is the force that sets the whole body in motion, facilitating all actions to the manifestation of all the signs of life. Prana is that vital principle that can be found in air, water, food, etc., the absorption of which serves for the work of the whole organism.

The principles of pranic healing are based on the fact that prana can be transferred or passed on from one person to another in various ways.
- The most common and effective way consists in the passes of hand movement over the patient's body, at the same time directing the flow of prana to the sore spot, as a result of which lazy cell groups revive and start moving again. Prana transmitted in this way acts on the patient as a strengthening agent, nourishing him with energy, which helps to heal the sore spot.
- Prana can be transmitted in the form of stimulating thought energy directed by the doctor to the patient.

Healing the sick through the "laying on of hands" known since ancient times. Traces of it can be found from the very beginning of history and it is very likely that this treatment was practiced before, when the events were not yet recorded. Nowadays, it is spread everywhere, even among the wild tribes. People instinctively sense that they should seek healing in this direction.

Hindus, Egyptians, Jews, Chinese of ancient times knew this method of healing well. Ancient Egyptian stone engravings depict healers holding one hand on the stomach and the other on the patient's back. Ancient researchers in China report that the same treatment was common there.

In the Old Testament, many examples are given of the same healing, it is said about that in the New Testament. It is reported that St. Patrick, healing the blind in Ireland, laid his hands on their eyes, They say that St. Bernard healed eleven blind and eighteen crippled in one day, and that he healed twelve lame, three dumb, and ten deaf in Cologne by the laying on of hands. The history of the ancient church is replete with examples of this kind, and admitting that they are partially embellished to a certain extent, as is always the case in such cases, it is still clear that in this way much success has been achieved in this direction.

There is an indication in history that the Zmera king Pyrrhus had the ability to heal spasms and blues, touching the sick and blind with the laying on of hands. Andrion healed those suffering from dropsy by putting his fingertips on them. King Olaf instantly healed the sick with the laying on of hands. Ancient English and French kings treated goiter and every other throat ailment with the Royal Touch. In England, there was an ailment called "royal evil" and it was believed that it could only be cured by a royal touch. It is said that the Habsburg earls had the ability to heal stuttering with a kiss. Pliny said that in ancient times, some people cured snakebites with their touch. Many celebrities from the spiritual environment were treated with the laying on of hands.

In England, Gretrex caused a sensation and was persecuted. Thus, various ailments, succumbed only to the royal touch, so many decided that he claims to the royal throne. In the seventeenth century, a gardener named Levret successfully healed the sick on the streets of London by stroking them with his hand. In 1817, a Sicilian innkeeper cured 1,000 people by the laying on of hands

From all this it is clear that pranic healing was manifested from ancient times among all peoples, and that those who had sufficient confidence in themselves, in their healing abilities, were considered especially gifted people. But in reality this "gift" is universal, and anyone who has sufficient confidence and sufficient seriousness to devote his whole soul to the cause can manifest it.

Twenty-five centuries ago, the ancient yoga scholars turned this form of treatment into a science. And the traces of their knowledge have penetrated all parts of the world. Ancient Greek doctors treated mainly by the laying on of hands and "processing" of the affected parts of the body. Hippocrates wrote: "The soul sees with closed eyes the ailments from which the body suffers." Already in ancient times, wise doctors realized how good it was for the blood to rub the body with their hands and believed that the warmth emanating from the hands had a beneficial and pleasant effect on the patient. This remedy is equally successfully applied both for sudden and habitual pains and for all kinds of ailments, it always has an invigorating and strengthening effect. When treating my patients in this way, it often seemed to me that a special property emanated from my hands (removing, drawing out all pain and all dirt from sore spots). Therefore, some scholars know that a sick person can be healed by means of certain movements and touching, just as the infection of some diseases is transmitted by touching one face to another. Vokupanius treated the sick by blowing on sore spots and stroking them with his hand. The ancient druids also healed, and these techniques were used during religious rites. This is reported of the Druids, and astounding evidence of their giftedness is given.

Medieval records are full of similar reports of miraculous healings achieved by the laying on of hands in churches. Van Helmont, who lived at the beginning of the seventeenth century, seemed to be familiar with the principles of pranic healing, because he writes: “Magnetism works everywhere, and there is nothing new in it except the name itself, it seems a parodox only to those who laugh at everything and who attributes everything inexplicable to Satan. "
Around the same time, the Scotsman McAvell taught similar methods of healing. He believed in a spirit of life spread throughout the world that people could use to heal from ailments. In 1734, the priest Father Hal taught about the existence of a "universal fluid" that can be used for healing. He achieved many amazing healings, but was expelled from the church for possessing and abusing devilish power. Mesmer taught the theory of animal magnetism and healed with his help, applying his hands. After Mesmer, many followers and disciples remained, many of them became more famous, among them the Marquis Lenzegur stood out. In Germany, the dogmas of Mesmer and his followers enjoyed great success, Bremen was a vast center of the dogma of "animal magnetism" and from here this doctrine spread throughout Germany. The Prussian government showed great interest in this issue and established a hospital for "magnetic treatment". Many continental governments passed strict laws that required magnetic treatments to remain under the authority of physicians.

So, the new treatment has spread from country to country, often suppressed by government intervention, crowded with medical obstacles, it continues to flourish in various ranks and theories. Over the past ten years, it has enjoyed great success in America and England, spreading from various schools of magnetic healing, and from the movement of new thought. To explain it, many theories have been developed, ranging from purely material to religious. But despite all the theories, the work itself continued with increasing healings.

Many people still believe that the ability to heal is a special gift that is inherent and bestowed only on some people, but this is not true, because this gift is inherent in everyone, although some are more successful than others, depending on the degree of their temperament in this. labor.
Everyone has the opportunity to develop this gift in themselves..

Vitality is the basis of all physical movement in the body. It promotes blood circulation, the movement of cells, in general, all actions on which the life of the physical body depends. Without this vital force there could be no life, movement, action. Some call it Nerve Force - but it is still the same force, however you call it. This is the force sent by tension, if from the nervous system, when we want to set some muscle in motion. And it is this force that makes the muscle move.

A person is supplied with a supply of vitality through cosmic prana, Vitality, and especially from the air. Through the power of thought, a person can also attract energy from the great storehouses to himself. This vital energy is found in the brain and in various nerve centers of the body and is taken from there to supply the weak parts of the body that need it. With the help of the nervous system, it spreads to all parts of the body. Indeed, every nerve is stored with vitality and serves as a wire that transfers the vitality further. Even more, every cell in the body, wherever it is, and whatever work it does, always contains a certain amount of vital energy.

A healthy person is considered to be one who has a significant supply of vitality that penetrates all parts of the body, refreshing, energizing and invigorating him in everyday activities. A person with a weakened vitality feels bad, feels its lack and reaches a normal state only when the reserve of vitality is replenished.

All people, to a greater or lesser extent, have vitality, all have the ability to increase its reserves and transfer to others, healing them from ailments. In other words, healing is inherent in all people. All have this gift and can develop it with certain exercises.
The basic rule of pranic healing is the filling of diseased cells with a fresh supply of vitality or prana, which leads the cells to normal activity and work. With the correct activity of the cells, the organ regains its former energy, and the whole organism recovers its health, and health is just its normal activity.

PRANA TREATMENT IN PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Way hands-on treatment applied by people somehow instinctively. The mother instinctively puts her hand on the head of the child, who came running to her with a complaint that he fell and hurt himself, the mother's touch immediately soothes his pain. How often we have to see and hear that mothers in this way calm their children. Or, if we ourselves hurt ourselves, we also instinctively put our hand to the sore spot. And this gives a certain relief.

It is common to treat a headache by putting on the hand, and this is how the caregiver calms the patient. These simple instinctive movements form the basis for the application of practical healing. The course of treatment is so simple that it requires almost no training, although we are going to focus on the main methods used by those who have achieved outstanding results with this method of healing. The main ways of transmitting life force or prana in healing are as follows:
1. Gazing or transmission through the eyes.
2. Passes or hand transfers.
3. Breathing or blowing transmission.

All three methods do the trick and can be used together. Since the transmission of life force is primarily mental, and the eye serves as a conduit for the transmission of mental force, it follows that the eye can be successfully used to transmit life force in healing. When using the method of placing a hand on a sore spot, healers will notice the enhanced effect of the treatment, if at the same time they intently look at the part of the body to be healed and at the same time focus their thoughts and their will so that this force passes over the sore spot and the diseased cells can restore their normal activity ...

Many people use breathing successfully in healing. At the same time, for the most part, they directly blow on the sore spot, on which the warm breath produces an amazing revitalizing effect. But sometimes they blow on a piece of flannel, then applying it to the sore spot. Flannel retains heat.
But the main transmissions of life force in such healing are passes and manipulative techniques. We'll discuss the passes first, and then we'll look at manipulative techniques.

Hand position when healing can be described as follows:
bend your arms and fingers so that the latter do not touch each other. If the patient is sitting, raise your arms above his head and then slowly and gradually lower them in front of him, ending with quick movements slightly above the knees. After finishing the movements, wave your fingers to the side, as if shaking off water from them and then, closing your fingers and placing your palms on the sides of the patient, stroke him from the bottom up. When your fingers go above your head, lower them again in front of him, spreading your fingers. Imagining in your mind that you are bathing him with a stream of life force emanating from your fingertips, you will soon acquire the power of movement, and besides, each healer uses his own favorite movements, resorting to them instinctively.
The movement of the hands downwards has a calming effect on the patient, and the movement upwards, in front of the face, excites him to wakefulness and activity.

There are different kinds of passes, or hand movements, and we will discuss them now. But we would advise readers to familiarize themselves with these different types, so as not to be embarrassed if, for example, the patient wants to suddenly be reassured. Having become accustomed to the movements, we gain confidence, which is difficult for us to achieve otherwise: then the healer also works calmly and can concentrate all his attention on healing.

1. Longitudinal passes - hand movements along the body from top to bottom. They are made according to the sore spot, wherever it is: on the head, chest, arm, etc. They are always made from top to bottom, not up. one must imagine that you are pouring out a stream of power from your fingertips. Your fingers should be unclenched and your hands should be kept palm down. Movements downward are done with unclenched fingers, and upward on the sides of the patient, with clenched fingers, and the palms should be turned towards the patient.
The distance is not determined, it is instinctively prescribed by everyone who will quickly show you the correct distance, and in some cases it will be much less than in others. If you yourself feel that the distance is "just right", then you will be happy and know that you have achieved the distance at which you can achieve the greatest success.
In general, it can be said that moving slowly, 3-4 inches from the body, gives a feeling of peace and relief. A more accelerated movement, at a distance of one foot, produces a more revitalizing action, causing activity and energy in parts of the body. An even more stimulating effect is achieved by moving more quickly and forcefully, two feet from the body. These passes help to revitalize blood circulation and raise the activity of organs.

2. Transverse passes - movements made across the sore spot. In this case, you should turn your palms sideways or outward. This requires a special turn of the hand, but it is easy to get used to it. With your hands in the correct position, stretch them sideways in front of the body or in front of a part of it, but with the reverse movement, turn your palms inward so that they are opposite each other, and not turned from one another, These movements are very helpful in treating patients suffering from hot flushes blood. It is sometimes very helpful to apply this method of treatment before the longitudinal treatment.

3. In some cases, it is highly recommended to use the so-called. " palms out ". In doing so, the palm of the hand is brought to the sore spot at a distance of about six inches, or even a little closer, and is not taken away for several minutes. This is usually done with just one hand. This is an exciting and strengthening effect.

4. In the same way, the so-called. " Substitution of fingers "Which consists in bringing the unclenched fingers of the right hand to the sore spot at a distance of 6 inches, and holding them so for several minutes that the vital force can pass from the fingertips to the sore part of the body. In some cases, this method is most successful.

5. A type of finger substitution is “ Rotational substitution ", In which you need to keep your hands, as mentioned above, for 1-2 minutes, and then start a rotational movement of your hands at a distance of 6 inches. And hold them like this for several minutes from left to right in the same direction clockwise. Acts exciting.

6. Another variety is known as " drilling ”, And the hands make a boring motion as if they were trying to drill holes in the patient's body (at a 6-inch distance). This method strongly stimulates the activity of the lazy part and produces a feeling of warmth in the part of the body to be healed. It should be noted that different forces are applied for these types of substitution. The most moderate action is “palm extension”. Then comes the substitution of the fingers, which is already much stronger. Then rotational substitution, showing a higher degree of energy. Drilling produces the strongest effect.

7. In some cases, it is possible to achieve a successful result by laying on hands, and putting the palm of the hand for a few minutes directly on the sore spot. Then, having taken away your hands, you need to quickly rub them against each other and put them back in that place. If you repeat this several times, you will notice a clear improvement. This method is usually used for headaches and can be used for any ailment. In neuralgia and other diseases, this method greatly eases suffering.

8. " Stroking »Helps well with stress and balances blood circulation when a tendency to poor circulation is noticed. It is soothing and we recommend using it at the end of the treatment.
When stroking, you should lightly touch your fingertips to the patient's body or to sore spots. You should always rub from top to bottom or to the outside, not from bottom to top or inward, and always in the same direction, not back and forth. The touch should be very light, not with the whole hand, but only with the fingertips. The words "lightness, tenderness, airiness" best define the accuracy of movements. With exercise, the correctness of these movements can soon be realized.
If you want to stroke the whole body of the patient, then it is better to divide this method of healing into two parts, namely:
1) From head to loin;
2) From the waist to the legs.
When stroking the whole body, attention should be paid to the chest and stomach in order to revitalize these organs and equalize their magnetism.

9. It should be remembered that the old tried and tested method of rubbing is just another way of transmitting life force or prana. This method has been known since ancient times, has always been used by all peoples. The clergy in Egypt have always used it for the treatment of chronic diseases. Hippocrates greatly appreciated rubbing and, apparently, used them very often. He wrote the following: “The physician must know a lot, he must study the beneficial effects of rubbing. By rubbing, you can achieve the opposite results: it loosens stiff joints and strengthens the weakening ones. " Almost 2000 years ago, Celsus vigorously defended this method of treatment, he paid a lot of attention to the life method of healing in his books and, by the way, proved that this method was known and used for many years before him.
In ancient Rome, rubbing was a favorite treatment, and the wealthy used it regularly to stay healthy.
And now many people use it under the name "massage". The 6th century Greek physician Alexander Trachles was an adherent of the "Mystical rubbing" and used them in treatment. He assured that rubbing helped to throw back everything harmful, soothed the nerves and made it easier to sweat. In addition, he believed that it relieved cramps and, in general, helped with various ailments. He wrote a lot on this topic and agreed with Hippocrates that only clergy should have been initiated into these secret rubbing, and not reported to the profane. Louis XVII's physician, Peter Boral, writes that a certain Degust, a court secretary, healed many people by rubbing their hands and feet. And now, in our time, massage is very much appreciated, the new school of "Osteopathy" is used everywhere, it is a success.
When rubbing, to revive the body through the life force, one should act gently, since the manifestation of force is not required and undesirable: the result is achieved only by transferring vitality to the sore spot. With this method of treatment, use the palm and lower part of the fingers. The fingertips and thumb should be bent back, where the lower part of the thumb is fleshy and can be used in conjunction with the palm. Movements should be made from top to bottom. Some people use a different method of rubbing: after the pressure of the palm, they press in a special way with their flat fingertips.
You can choose any of these methods at your own discretion. With each method, it was noted that the doctor must feel that in this way he can better transfer the life force to the patient. This gave the healer the "feeling" and should be adhered to, as it quickly begins to manifest in the healer.

10. Many healers believe “ rotary motion »A very successful treatment. It consists in a circular rubbing movement (as mentioned below) of the hands and fingers on sore spots. Always stick to the clockwise direction, not chaotic to and fro movements. This healing stimulates the action of the cells and is useful in weakening them.

11. Another method of treatment, which is called " application ". It helps with muscle flexion, rheumatism and other local, not organic ailments. Pressing is done by grasping the muscles or tissues and "processing" them along the surface adjacent to them. There are three different types:
1. Surface pressing.
2. Pressing with the palm.
3. Pressing with fingers.
One of the practical techniques of external pressing is "pinching", and it consists of grasping the patient's skin with the thumb and forefinger, and the skin is slightly raised, then lowered and lays down as before. Both hands are used alternately: one grabs the skin, when the other drops it and so on over the entire surface.
This method revives the patient very much and is successfully applied in case of poor circulation and in other similar cases.
Palm pressing is done with the whole hand. It is necessary to grab the sore spot with the palm of the hand and clenched fingers, without using the thumb, except for its fleshy part, which helps in the movement of the lower part of the palm, called the heel of the hand, you should firmly hold the grasped body, not letting it slip away, you need to pinch deeply in order to grab well muscles. Do not use too much force, proceed with caution, but still energetically. Use both hands alternately. There are various ways of applying this movement, which the healer learns after some exercise. Over time, he will feel life in his hands, instinctively understand how best to transfer this life to the patient.
Finger pressing consists in covering the sore spot between the fingers while lightly rubbing it on the other, adjacent part of the body or bone.

12. If the patient needs an agitated activity of the body, you can apply various types of healing with the help of "tapping", of which we will name several here. At the same time, the hand should remain flexible and free, a non-bending hand is not applicable in such cases. Percussion should be firm and rough movements and bruises should be avoided.
a) The reserve method of using tapping can be called a "shock movement", which consists in a chopping motion of the hand, which must be open, with the fingers clenched. The blows are delivered with the side of the hand "at the little finger", the hand acts like a meat cutter. Keep your fingers loose, they clench when you strike.
b) A crushing movement, consisting in striking the inner flat surface of a half-clenched fist, with the “heel of the hand” and the clenched fingertips in contact with the patient's body.
c) The third method can be called the "shock method", where the hand strikes or slaps, and the fingers remain motionless.
d) The fourth method can be called the clapping method, in which one should keep the hand slightly bent to get a dull sound. The position of the hand should be similar to the movement of the hand used by some people in the theater, when they want to cause a strong sound with their hand when applauding. After some exercise, this movement will quickly become familiar.
e) The fifth method can be called the "percussion" method, it consists in bringing the fingertips of both hands closer to each other and striking the body with them alternately.

13. Any method of treatment through the transmission of prana is "Vibrational Healing", which consists of a series of vibrational movements produced by the doctor's hand. In this case, fingers are usually used. They are firmly applied to the sore spot, then a slight tremor or vibration is made. The latter is considered difficult at first, but is achieved with the proper skill. This is a strong method of treatment and the patient receives a sensation of an electric current. One should not press on the body with the hands, the patient should only feel the heaviness of the hand itself. With proper vibration treatment, vibration should pass through the sore spot; when placing the other hand under the body, vibration should be felt with it.
While teaching the disciples this method of healing, they put a glass of water on the table and showed them these vibrational movements on the table. When the correct movement is achieved, the water trembles only in the middle, and does not overflow from side to side. We advise readers to take vibration healing very seriously, if you study it, you can achieve amazing success.

14. Breathing healing has also produced amazing results. This method has been known since prehistoric times, Arnob reports that the Egyptians were very successful with this method, and that some preferred it to stroking or the laying on of hands. Merklin in his work tells about the case when an old woman revived and healed a child who seemed almost hopeless.
Borel speaks of a sect living in India that heals the sick through breathing. In India, there are still some clergymen who, breathing on the sick, as if impart living life and fresh strength to them. Borel (who lived approximately in 1650) before the birth of Christ reports a case when a servant revived the seemingly dead body of his master with his breath and adds: “Is it surprising that the breath of a person produces such an effect. Since we believe that God breathed life into the body of Adam, this is a particle of that divine breath, which even today can restore health to a sick person. " In Spain there are people called insalvadores who heal with saliva and breathing.
Breathing practitioners use two established treatments. The first is known as Hot Air Breathing. In this case, a clean towel or napkin is applied to the sore spot, and then the half-open mouth is pressed close to the body so that the breath cannot escape. Then one must breathe slowly and strongly, as if forcing the breath to penetrate the body. The towel will become very hot and the patient will clearly feel warmth. Another way is to approach the lips to the body at a distance of one inch: in this case, you have to blow on the sore spot, as you blow on frozen hands in winter to warm them.
Another way is to fold your lips and blow one foot or more away, as if you were going to extinguish a candle. It has a calming effect and even makes you sleepy, it helps a lot with overwork of the brain and other similar cases.

15. Some healers are willing to use eye healing. It consists in the following: the doctor "runs over" a sick or sore spot with his gaze and literally bathes the patient in the rays of his gaze.

16. Vitality is often transmitted through objects, for example, new scarves and other items, which were previously treated in the same way as if people themselves were treated. To heal or magnetize an object like a handkerchief, the healer must perform passes on it until he feels that the object is sufficiently supplied with his power, then he can stop the treatment. This object, when used by patients, emits rays of magnetism on the latter, gradually decreasing until completely exhausted. Some magnetize an object by holding it in their hands for a while.

For all treatments, it is recommended to end the session with stroking, which we have already mentioned. This relieves and calms the patient. Never forget this. All this will appear to the novice healer gradually, by intuition, and in the end there is something that can be learned only from personal experience. And no two physicians are exactly alike. Do not be afraid to follow your own intuition in this regard.

Miracles of Pranic Healing. Choa Kok Sui. This book is mainly devoted to paranormal healing, and not so much its theoretical aspect, as an explanation of "how" and "why". The approach in this book is simplistic and mechanical, but spiritual at the same time. Mechanistic - in the sense that a person is required only to strictly follow instructions, and the results will definitely appear. And spiritual - because with the help of prayer or invocation, a person becomes a conductor of divine healing power.

INTRODUCTION

The most beautiful experience that we can experience is contact with the incomprehensible. This is the underlying feeling from which true art and science are born. The one who has not experienced this, or the one who has lost the ability to wonder at a miracle, is like a dead man, and his eyes are clouded.

This book teaches in one to two weeks how to treat simple diseases; and within one to two months - how to treat serious illnesses. You don't have to spend 10 or 20 years learning paranormal healing. Nor does it require any "special innate healing ability" or the gift of clairvoyance in order to heal. All that is required is a desire to heal and following the instructions in this book.

From an early age, the author began to be interested in yoga, psychic phenomena, mysticism, Chinese qigong (the art of generating inner strength) and other esoteric sciences. Driven by his deep interest, he devoted over 18 years to researching and studying books and other literature on the esoteric sciences. He also worked closely with yogis, healers, clairvoyants, Chinese qigong practitioners and several outstanding personalities in telepathic contact with their Spiritual Teachers. The author and his clairvoyant friends spent several years experimenting to determine the effectiveness and mechanism of healing methods widely known and used by healers and students of the esoteric sciences. This book is the quintessence and synthesis of the science of energy healing, cleared of superficial superstitions and practices. Some of these techniques have already been described in books by other writers or other healers, while some have been "rediscovered" by the author. More complex techniques, which were passed on to him personally, are described in another book by the author entitled "Advanced Pranic Healing". This will help reduce the suffering of humanity caused by disease. Many of the advanced healing techniques and concepts have been passed down to the author by his Respected Master Mei Ling. The author is not clairvoyant, nor was he born with any healing ability. If the author can learn to heal effectively, then you can too!

The instructions in this book are laid out in such a way that the average person can easily and gradually learn paranormal healing. The book also gives instructions on how to diagnose a patient paranormally without using clairvoyance.

The term "paranormal healing" is perhaps not quite the correct definition. What is considered paranormal healing today may become quite common and normal in a few decades. This is the purpose of this book: to make paranormal healing commonplace in the near future. A more appropriate term would be pranic or ki-healing, since the healer applies life energy - prana, or ki. This will ensure due respect for its ancient origins and recognition of the great contribution to its development by all followers of the esoteric teaching.

The study of pranic healing is very useful for everyone, as it helps to quickly and effectively treat simple and serious diseases such as headache, toothache, fever, sore throat, bruises, mumps, flatulence pain, arthritis, pneumonia, heart disease, hearing impairment and others.

Advice to Pranic Healing Students: When conducting a Pranic Healing session, please open the book and carefully follow the guidelines for treating the specific disease or disorder. Strict adherence to the recommendations will provide the patient with proper pranic treatment. You will be surprised at the large number of miraculous healings. Therefore, feel free to practice open book healing. Explain to your patient that you want to treat them thoroughly.

Note:

Pranic healing is not intended to replace classical medicine - it complements it. If the symptoms persist or if the illness is severe, you should immediately seek help from a doctor and an experienced pranic healer.

An intelligent person does not reject anything new. It does not behave like an ostrich burying its head in the ground, trying to avoid new ideas and phenomena.

An intelligent person is not gullible. He doesn't take ideas recklessly.

He carefully studies and assimilates them, and then evaluates them from the point of view of common sense; he tests these new ideas and phenomena through experiments and experiences.

An intelligent person studies these ideas with a clear objective mind.

In severe cases, the patient may feel better in a day or two, or even earlier.

A) heavy smokers

B) alcoholics

C) drug addicts

D) people in a state of stress

E) people who are in a state of anger or irritation at the time when a healing session is required.

The patient's condition may worsen after the healing session due to the fact that the energy bodies of these people are very polluted and this dirty energy can be transferred to the patient.

If you want to become a good pranic healer, you must study this book carefully and practice regularly. It is important to eliminate pork and become semi-vegetarian over time in order to have a clean energy body.

The pronoun "he" will be used throughout this book as a general term for both masculine and feminine gender.
