    Ingredients:

    • one large fresh cucumber
    • 25 grams, peeled and crushed, walnuts (or other) nuts
    • celery stalks - place at your discretion
    • four tablespoons of not very fat sour cream
    • a pinch of sea salt
    • 150 grams of raw mushrooms (you can use canned ones)
    • freshly ground white or black pepper - optional
    • 250 grams of fresh chicken

    Cooking method:
